Check in was a disappointment - we booked a double w twin beds. They put us in the basement in a handicapped room next to a utility room. Upon request they did move us. The breakfast area was delightful.

Nice location, right under the train station neighborhood. Close to the lake and city center. Rooms are nice and cozy, staff is nice although the cleaning ladies did make a lot of noise chatting in the hallway. There is a parking downstairs (car elevator, pretty cool), limited amount of space and pretty tight when it’s full but very handy. This hotel is great for a short stay in Lausanne.

The Agora Swiss is located within minutes of the SBB (it's walkable) and right off of a main street in Lausanne. The front desk staff is very customer-focused: pleasant and helpful. The Agora is right near a main busline that services a good portion of Lausanne and goes down to the port of Lake Geneva's cruislines. Our room was very clean, and a good size. Two guest chairs and a small desk. Bedding was plush and comfortable. There is a lounge area at the front of the hotel so you can get out of your room, and the breakfast area on the top floor offers a complete view of Lausanne and Lake Geneva. Great way to start your day! We will surely stay here again!

Great location in Lausanne, walking distance to metro and train station. Beautiful view of city from breakfast location on 9th floor very good and reasonably priced breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful with tourist questions and parking accommodation great and unique.

It was my second stay at this hotel and I returned for its good rooms, perfect location (behind the railway station and next to the Grancy metro) and friendly staff. It is a dependable hotel, with Swiss cleanliness and spacious rooms. There is coffee and tea in the room and shower with moving head and individual toiletries (quite good verveine ones). If I have a qualm it would be the relatively sparse breakfast, for the price, although a coffee + croissant option is also available and a good deal. Plus, the breakfast room with its landscape view over the rising Sun across the Montblanc is a sight in itself. Overall, I will return. It is a nice and homey place to be in.

Great price/quality ratio. Clean, modern, very close to train and metro. Nice area. Service is basic, no bar or big lobby, but this is not needed when you are in Lausanne. Rooms are just perfect size for overnight stay.

Like the hotel and place. Staying here since 2019. Clean, price/quality is amazing for Switzerland, rooms are big enough. Breakfast is just basic, however with great lake view, but i dont care at all.

My choice in Lausanne for biz trips from now on. Excellent Hotel, very comfortable and modern rooms, location is perfect, walking distance to station, an easy walk and right beside the Tram that goes to Ouchy. Will come back

This property had a great neighborhood vibe, close the the train station and at the top of the hill and adjacent to a tram. It was perfect for us to leave our luggage and explore the Lake Geneva area either by train, on foot, or by boat. In the morning, there are local fruit stands and meat stands that are extremely charming and equally delicious. I would re-book this if given the opportunty to return.

Nice triple room. Modern, silent and clean in good shape. Free coffee and tea in the room was a plus. Only remark, 35CHF for a night in the offered car park at the other hotel is far to expensive…

Room (including bathroom) was in excellent condition and of good size. Very close to the railway station. Near a metro stop as well. Surrounding area was nice and had many restaurants.

Stayed here for two nights in July 2023 with two kids (12 and 17). Great location, just minutes walk from the train station and 2 minute walk to metro station which takes you to downtown and to Ouchy. Very clean rooms, great service. Only downside was an air conditioning unit that kept freezing over although it was not even on a high setting. Would stay here again and recommend it.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the position of the hotel is absolutely brilliant as you could use the public transport for free. I.e. you could be at the harbour in less then 15min. But the best of all is the breakfast room below the glass roof and a view all over the Lac Léman.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my daughter. Nice hotel. Handy for the train. Air con was not all that powerful, so it did feel a bit hot on the first night. Breakfast was a big overpriced for what it was. But very handy car park and EV charger.

Location is excellent. It is very close to everything and very clean. I do not recommended booking through hotels.com. I paid for the refundable rate but was not able to make any adjustments after so lost on money for trying to move the check in day ahead of the date.
