Customer requests should be honored if there is a valid reason behind wanting to get a good nights rest in a different room. Will not stay here again. Either front desk was too lazy or the policy sucks. Cops constantly driving by with sketchy randoms outside. There was even a guy next door who kept drinking and smoking his cigs all night, kept hearing banging noises so not well rested by the morning.

Horrible never again staying here front desk did nothing about a woman getting beat by her boyfriend upstairs couple kicking doors and going up and down the stairs constantly and having their car alarm go off over and over “security” was too busy on his phone then doing his job

My husband and I stayed here for our Disneyland trip and we seriously had no issues or complaints about the area! It was very easy to Uber there and back to Disneyland. Easy to get in our room, very nice for a Motel 6. Only thing was that on our last night there were random maggots that would appear but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I would not recommend this motel 6 to anyone! Do yourself a favor and save your money and splurge on a hotel instead of staying here. It was one nightmare after another. Not a safe area either. We were also locked out of our rooms twice and were told we already checked out once after having booked almost a week there. Front desk people have not been trained in guest satisfaction and couldn’t even give us simple directions for finding food in the area. No room service except one day, and that was after 4pm and we refused. Plenty of other things that were wrong but I think you get the idea. If I could give 0 stars I would and I’m generally pretty generous when rating places. If you need just one night in the area you may be able to get by, but beyond that I would not recommend.

Front desk girl is always friendly and accommodating! This place is not bad for the price, only issue is the area, it’s not the best part of Fullerton a lot of sketchy people but I still feel pretty safe.

Abandoned building right next to it, it was extremely noisy throughout the day and night, we found bugs crawling on our bed once. The bathtub was super dirty and the toilet kept breaking (nothing major but still inconvenient to fix.) Not relaxing, there was a parked car with bullet holes in the windshield and it stayed there for a couple days, no clue what that was about. Overall the worst motel 6 I’ve stayed at, wouldn’t recommend.

I have stayed at plenty Motel 6 Hotels but this was probably the worst one. The neighbors were banging something all night and we had trouble sleeping, the condition of the restroom wasn’t the best, and the room smelled disgusting like cigarettes.. we asked for a non smoking room, we were exhausted from our Disney trip so we didn’t make a fuss. The staff however was very nice and helpful.

toilet did not flush -- no, I did not clog it. It was broken and did not flush. Also the sink was plugged. Like the insert thing was down and the lever to lift it was missing. Had to spit in the sink to brush my teeth. Did not try the shower, so can't say... Various couples in the lobby were clearly only going to be using the room for a very specific reason. I arrived late so just fell asleep rather than dealing with any of the bathroom issues at 1am. When I departed in the morning I complained and was offered a small refund, but the process was unclear and the credit card mentioned is one I've never heard of. And not the card I used to pay. Very weird.

You get what you pay for. It's decent and just 15 minutes away from the Disney parks. The person at the front desk was nice and with good attitude. Rooms are smelly as expected but not terrible.
