Everything was run down. Our room smelled incredibly bad like mildew. It was like sleeping in a wet basement. So gross. If it hadn't been so late, we would have went elsewhere.

Had a last minute night in Louisville. I thought this hotel would be good for the price. I should have paid more and gotten a better room. The room had an AC unit but didn't cool the room.

Rooms fairly decent, carpet newer sink area updated, sheet had a burn hole but it said no smoking on the door. Only saw 1 roach, good for when you need to get some sleep and a shower for a low price, lay rid to change $60 instead of the $50 it says online for deposit. She agreed to change it.

Upon arrival I was unaware of a $60 cash deposit before receiving the room key which I had to leave and go the the ATM. (very inconvenient).the guest agent was very unfriendly. I ask him to NOT assign me to a room in the back that faced the expressway...and he assigned me rm 221 which was in the back and faced the expressway! When i entered the room is was not properly cleaned or fully stocked with necessities. The sink dripped constantly. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door and the water pressure in the shower was not working properly, also the tub was clogged and drained very slow which left soap scum and dirt in the tub that I wiped out by hand with a wet towel in order to shower again. The AC unit constantly shocked out and barely was blowing cold air. And the TV had a blue glare that covered 1/4 of the screen and the remote was not responding and it had a rattle inside of it. Also, when I pulled back the bed covering the mattress was very unsanitary and very nasty-it was covered in feces, blood stains and had numerous black burns and spot all over it...I covered the hotel bedding with my personal sheets, and pillowcases however it was a very unrestful sleep because the smell of the mattress was foul and unfortunately I was awakened by several bug bites!! I informed the agent at the front desk of all this and the response that I received was "Speak with the manager in the morning" that made me feel very unwelcome so I checked out a day early a went to the ER

Again, this hotel refused us because of my service animal, which is against the law never even got to go in the door because they refused to allow me because of my service animal, which is a discrimination against people with disabilities. It’s Against the law to deny a person because of a service animal The Americans with disabilities act of 1990 it is unlawful for any place to deny the entrance of any person with a service animal, and these hotels are continuously thinking that they can get away with it

Roaches in the room, only stayed 1 out of 3 nights, was promised a refund but every time I call the manager isn’t there to process it.

They dont offer free shuttle any more charges if you want to check in early and deposit people hangibg around strange wil not stay there again

Hotel is run down and smelled musty. Loose tiles in the bathroom. Should have trusted other reviews but was looking for something quick and cheap for only a few hours of sleep. Would not recommend for a family.

I cannot say anything pleasant about this prpoerty or the staff. You can tell there are alot of junkies that hang around or in that property.

We stayed 2 weeks and the beds was awful nasty blood on the pillow case and the walls had food or somethings tossed all over them! The breakfast "if you wanna call it that" was nasty and not even a breakfast. Now lets talk about deposit time we paid 60 for non smoking deposits well we was returned the 60 back and then charged 100 cause they said we smoked in the room "we vaped was told we could just couldnt smoke" how does 60 turn in to 100??? No fridge no microwave awful and rude employees! Bad environment they have family living in rooms around you just not a good setting.

Would not recommend. When I saw Wyndham I thought it might be ok. We stayed 4 nights & the room was only cleaned one time. On 3rd day a new guest opened our door; the front desk sent them to our room with the key. Never stay here!

I never stayed at this hotel. I was in the front lobby waiting for two other customers to get checked. Upon me waiting the guests had checked in and noticed that the room was completely infested. With visible bedbugs, and cockroaches. They asked for a refund immediately and left the premises. I was watering on the couch in the front and I begin to itch. Why yes bedbugs were there indeed. I promptly asked for a refund. The front desk then became extremely rude with me. He says foul things to my in his native younger. I proceeded to call hotels.com here he was even rider to them. He denied me a full refund. I asked him would want bugs in his room. He said what do you expect from a two star hotel ? I said not bugs. So the representative heard he was responding to my concerns and questions.i spent close to $83.00 and no return from hotels.com nor the hotel. If you go to this property you will experience prostitution, drug dealing, bed bugs,theft,and disrespect for the staff. The hotel should be torn down. I have callled the BBB already, and as well as the health department. My next step is the news station

Dirty hotel. Horrible service, the breakfast was laughable at best. Just 3 different cereals. Coffee was empty. Tv in my room didnt work, they couldnt find a remote to work with the tv. Floors are peeling up. Room was 90⁰ when i walked in. I could keep going. Burning the place down would be an upgrade. I know you get what you pay for, but thisbwas ridiculous.

Do not book this hotel. It is awful. The pictures online look nothing like the actual photos. It is unsafe and disgusting. Every night when we came in the smell of Marijuana was strong. They charged a $60 fee not to smoke that was not planned for. They took us to the 3rd floor for a room that had the baseboards coming up, carpet coming up, a cigarette hole in the bedding, and debris all along the wall under the desk. It smelled musty and gross. The bathtub was disgusting and looked like it came from a condemned hotel. They then moved us to the 1st floor (which looked more like a normal hotel) The first floor looked nothing like the 3rd floor. They said they were under renovations, but they never should've put us on the 3rd floor if it wasn't ready. The breakfast was a joke. They didn't have anything to drink except hot tea, coffee, and milk from a jug. I tried to check out because I booked through Expedia and not stay there, but the front desk lady would not let me. She was very rude, and would not allow me to leave. As we checked in another couple threw their key cards on the table and said that they wouldn't stay there. The hotel did not have enough towels. We didn't have any, and they said there were some in the dryer. So, the hotel was operating with not even enough towels for their guests. We felt very unsafe and frustrated. We looked at the pictures online from when we booked and compared them to the hotel when we got there, and they were not the same at all.

Needs to be cleaner. Poor insulation, very loud

The people running this are really working hard to clean the place up. I feel bad for them as not getting the best people staying there.

Horrible! The bathroom had mold, wasn’t clean, killed a couple of roaches. We ask for towels for 2 days and was given 2 towels for 4 people! Had to go buy towels. Had a microwave where there was no plug. Overall experience was awful!!

Smelly. Only 2small pillows.

It was ok. But we never received clean wash rags or towels. Never gave us anymore toilet paper. We asked for an iron board never received it. Never came to empty the trash.

My family’s vacation day was completely ruined by sleeping at this hotel for only one night. Not only were the staff very rude, especially the breakfast attendant, the so called beds my children, myself, and my husband slept in were NOT mattresses, they were box springs. I have never in my 51 years of living have I/we ever experienced such an unbelievably horrible situation. The only thing I/we require from ANY hotel is a semi comfortable bed! I’m still in disbelief that my family slept on BOX SPRINGS!!

They charged our card twice. We got into our room it was 90° and smelled horribly of urine. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The sheets were dirty. It was just awful

The staff is the best. “Mom” is truly a lovely person. It’s a quiet place…
