Just a quick overnight trip for my and my hubby. We were unfortunately across the hall from the Housekeeping closet and across the street from a major road, so not as quiet as we would like (especially early in the AM as the housekeepers prepared for the day). Exterior door was on the fritz near our room so had to walk around to the front to enter. Breakfast was pretty standard. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom with a great shower and SUPER HOT water -- loved that!

We stayed for an overnight girls trip. The hotel was very accommodating to put us next to each other so we could enjoy our stay even more. It was a very convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants steps away. The Mexican restaurant right next door is very good and in the very next parking lot to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was small but still had a decent variety. I would recommend staying at this location.

We arrived after 11pm, I needed to press the call button to be allowed into the building. So I wasn’t sure about the safety of the area. David at the desk was very helpful at check in. Clean but dated rooms. If you like a firm mattress this is your place! Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Waffle stand was a hit! Best bang for your buck.

The layout of the room is kind of weird, but spacious, i wish they have a bigger counter top space. Also the hot water takes 5 minutes to turn hot in the shower...... and I am not joking. The second night of my stayed, I actually turned the shower on first, brushed my teeth, and the water still not even warm. Weird, but about 5 minutes, it runs nice and hot!

We had a great stay overall. The suite was spacious and worked well for our short weekend away to Busch Gardens. Only issues we had was the cleanliness could be a little better (a lot of dust around the AC unit) and our neighbors were pretty loud one of the nights we were there. You can not beat this location and the free breakfast was a plus. The staff was also very nice. We will stay again next year!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night and I will say the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The place is slightly outdated minus the toilet and shower area our room, but that might speak to the charm of the area being focused on a past way of life. They also had a hot breakfast that was nice and a microwave in the room which is becoming more and more a rarity these days. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely stay there again or recommend the location.

We had a great stay here. We booked a suite for our family of four (two teens) and it was nice that we had space to spread out. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. Pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby--outlets are very close. And an easy commute to the attractions. My only complaint is that the elevators were a bit loud. We were not even next to the elevators and I could still hear them through the night. Otherwise, a great stay.

Our accommodations were spot on...clean, loved the layout, comfortable bed and chair, and the coffee nook was great. Only downside to the stay was at breakfast, tip jars out on the counters (have never seen that before) and the chicken sausage patties were terrible. And that was not just our opinion, we heard other people stating the same. Stick to bacon, ham, or regular sausage.

This really was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was excellent. They offer the best breakfast and there is plenty of room to find a table and eat. I didn't get to use the pool but it was in great condition. I did use the gym and it was great. 100% I would stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel, room, and breakfast were all clean and very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint was the bed was a bit squeaky. We would stay here again.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed in for a quick getaway. Five stars all the way. Great helpful staff. Loved the pool, comfortable beds, and a hot breakfast in the morning with lots of choices.

The property was nice and it was clean however it was very noisy don’t know if there are old pipes or what was going on and the ppl upstairs was making noises all night so the walls must be thin as well. Perhaps if there is a known team or huge group they should be put on the bottom floor.

If you check in and get room 106, have them change your room immediately. The bed in 106, is literally the worst bed I've ever slept on. Imagine a 2000lb steel cross placed had been placed in the bed overnight and then removed. That's the level of sagging and high/low spots this bed had. I requested a room change, but conveniently for the hotel they were booked full. The hotel is old, and the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. I can't speak to the other services provided, but I will not be staying here again. In fact it has put me off of all Hampton Inns going forward. Front desk couldn't provide a discount due to a third party reservation (Hotels.com). I should send them a bill for a massage and chiropractic work I'm going to have to have done to fix my neck. Absolute garbage of a room. Stay away at all costs.

We did not stay because ee were not able to get a room. Storm came through and too powete out at hotel. We sat in car for an hour and a half because we could not get a room.
