The check-in folks are super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The "grab and go" breakfast could be a lot better. There are pre-packaged sugary muffins/pastries (like hostess brand), cereal, milk, OJ, bars. The coffee isn't good. No cream, only milk. Since they advertise "breakfast", it should be a bit better. The rooms are old, the lamp was hard to turn on, dented. Only one bar of soap soap for shower and sink combined. No shampoo. Had to ask for another roll of TP. It's inexpensive, feels safe, but very basic.

The staff was very nice, but the motel was rundown and dated. Didn’t want to spend anymore time in the room than we absolutely had to. Location was very convenient to Emory, but was definitely overpriced based on the condition.

The location is perfect for visiting our daughter. This is our second time staying here , and both times the room feels very damp. Even with ac on high. It always feels wet. Both of our rooms were on the first floor. I’m not sure if this has something to do with it.

You are required to let the staff know that you want clean towels or clean the room. Not impressed. The best thing was a breakfast to go.

The room was spacious but dank; my room was on the ground floor.The area was quiet at night and I slept well.The staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't have breakfast, but there is "grab and go" area with coffee and tea. I used delivery services for two meals, but there are restaurants in the neighborhood. If I were to come back, I would ask for an upper level.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. We were able to keep the car there instead of having to move to the parking garage. The location was close to food and shopping. The front desk staff did an awesome job upon checking us in, even with the computer hiccup they had going on. They were very professional and quickly got us in our room.

The Inn is a property in need of serious renovation. The staff though is lovely and very helpful. The rooms seem clean ( just a bit run down) and the property is very conveniently located.

This is an older hotel but it was clean and the staff was helpful. Very close to Emory hospital which was important to us. Emory Village is about 1 mile away and had a number of restaurants.

We stayed for 5 nights and the only issue is that they didn’t clean up the room until we left, maybe because we didn’t request. Otherwise the service is good, the breakfast is too simple and the same each day.

Perfect location if your business is the Druid Hills, Medlock, Clairmont Rd, Decatur and closer communities. Excellent quality for the cost. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean. Excellent eating places within 0.2 miles walking in one direction and 0.4 miles in the other direction of North Decatur Road.
