When I called from the airport to say I would be checking in about midnight, Hope was very welcoming, and when I arrived, she answered all my questions about the hotel and the area in considerable detail. She honored my request for a quiet room, and everything on the room worked well. Tessie and Magally were very friendly and gladly assisted me with a special request, and I wished I could have met Myra, who helped me with my reservation. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the accommodations and the service at this hotel, and recommend it highly for anyone looking for an alternative to the hustle-bustle of the Strip and Downtown.

It’s a perfect spot with a view for a quick stay in Vegas! Good food too!

The place is clean, the beds are comfortable for the price you pay, the staff is very friendly. The only thing to notice is the smell of cigarettes in the hallways and rooms, which can be uncomfortable, but it is part of the freedoms of Las Vegas.

Beds extremely uncomfortable and building smelled like sour milk

Near the city center with several restaurant options nearby. Conveniently near the freeway. The walls are very thin and every noise echoes in the room - so for those that have sensitivity to noise, it would be very difficult to get proper sleep since we heard a lot of noise throughout the night we stayed. The smell of cleaning products was quite overpowering upon our arrival through the hallways. Beds/Sheets were clean, but we found a used contact on and pet hair on the floor as soon we entered the room. We stayed with our dog - there was no additional pet fee which was nice. No wifi access. We only stayed there overnight as a rest stop in between our roadtrip drive - but we would not stay there again due to the constant noise.

Love it very nice, pet friendly with no charge, room was clean, close to places where you can eat besides the casion food.

This Casino / Hotel is located in North Las Vegas and its main selling point is its low price. Unless you’re looking for a low-budget property you will probably regret staying here. The good: TV programming, the shower drains properly, good carpet and tile, adequate lighting, iron & ironing board, and decent wi-fi. The bad: noisy parking lot adjacent to the hotel; noisy HVAC, small rooms, only room for a bed and one desk chair, bad pillows, cheap polyester sheets, no hair dryer or microwave, tiny refrigerator, inadequate hot water in shower, smoky air in hallways from the casino, and no hangers or closet.

I had a relaxing, quiet, and very comfortable stay. The staff is excellent! I appreciate everything they do. I thank all of you very much!

The stay was fine. The room was clean and neat. Housekeeping was daily, a nice change. Though located near the I-15 interchange, there was no traffic noise. The staff was very friendly. The couple times I needed extra attention, they were very quick to respond. Good restaurant. And the vending machines were normal prices!

Nice rooms, the only thing I didn't like was zero toiletries to even wash your hands. If its a $100 a night surely you can provide the basics.

The only downside was there was no microwave but other than that everything was good, the room and bathroom was clean check in and check out was smooth and fast, there is a TV, mini fridge and AC overall I would stay here again

I don't review stays. I travel a lot, on average 6 to 12 times a year. I stay in hotels or airbnbs or VRBO.
I feel I was terribly misled about this property. I'm a very much "you get what you pay for" kind of customer. So if I paid a low price, I expect low quality. But I was sold something very different with this property. It was advertised as fully refurbished, a boutique style hotel, all which are not true.
For $50 more total, I could have stayed at the renovated rooms at the stratosphere.
Really just disappointed, I had a room with a ceiling that had some weird patch repair in it, a drain that did not drain in the shower, a window that opened up to a chain link construction fence outside of it, no actual ability to order food from the restaurant/ bar without going to the casino, (even though we tried several times), the TV continuously went in/out of sound & signal, so if we wanted to relax in the room nothing was watchable. And last but not least, we asked for not smoking specifically, but our entire floor continuously smelled of marijuana and the occasional cigarette smoke. I get it, it's a casino, so we didn't make a big deal about that. But at least tell me that this is a low level cheap hotel, please don't sell it or mention it as a boutique hotel that's been fully renovated.
Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone given this experience or go stay there ever again myself at this point.

Room was in a horrible sanitary condition. The ceiling and fire sprinklers were full of dust fur and trash. I request room changed or refund and they wouldn't even get my money back and was told they were soldout. The guy said thank you we will put it under out of order lol but as i stayed standing at counter he asked? Or what do you want me to do? I said my money or better room? They only offered a smoking room, they weren't kidding when they said smoking room! Smell was horrible and not even spraying cologne the smell went away and gave me a headache and i decided to go nap in my car and leave for dinner as we couldn't even sat down and eat as they had the fight night and us as residents had any preference or anything. We went back and checked out by 3 am.
And i have pictures but what a big coincidence this app wont let me upload any picture. Seems button to add photos is just a picture not even blinks when i try.
They need to upload real pictures. And this must say cheap Motel!

We ended up having to park off hotel grounds because the casino traffic took all the spots in the parking lot next to the hotel. We frequently were awoken by screaming and yelling in the hallways. The area outside the hotel made us feel incredibly unsafe. The facilities were subpar but fitting for the price.
