Used for a short stay of only one night. Chosen because it is within a 10 minute walk from the station. Very basic room, doesn't look attractive but clean. All sightseeing is within walking distance. wifi worked well. Disappointed that there was no fridge and electric kettle. One cup of coffee in the morning in the restaurant is free.

This hotel has only 5 parking spots so you may need to park elsewhere if they are already taken. The gentleman checking us in wasn’t very friendly and did not communicate very well despite the fact that we were fluent in both German and English. The cleaning staff also seemed to be very annoyed and rude when we entered from the back of the building (from the parking lot) and were confused on how to get to reception. The rooms, however, were very large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great too. We skipped the street car and just walked everywhere. Another con was that the reception desk has very limited hours which was very inconvenient after dinner when we wanted information as well as for an early checkout. So overall, if you don’t need parking or to speak with anyone working there, I would recommend this hotel. If you need those services, you may want to go elsewhere.

2023/11/17 stay 3 days two nights Location is good, walk around 20 min to old town. Parking area is big, located at outside (belong to hotel), need extra pay Breakfast is Less hot cooked food, mostly are cold , ham, fried eggs, few green pepper vegetables Room is very small. single man bed, not place to move Room ground is with carpet and color is very dark, my nose and skin got bad. Shower room is very small and risk of falling when I walked out the shower room. There is a 20 cm height gap to the floor. Old man need to watch out this.

Staff was not too help when we checked in, but next morning different crew seemed to be a bit more friendly. Close location to the center. The only problem we had was finding a closed by place to park. We had to park some distance away in the parking garage and walk to the hotel to get more info on where to park closer. They do have a private parking close by where we were able to park but lost over an hour to find this out. Overall good experience, room and bathroom was clean.

Room wasn’t ready until 5 pm, despite check-in being at 1pm. But they promptly offered us complimentary breakfast and assisted us with parking for our rental car. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but it’s how they deal with issues that makes the difference. In the end, the hotel was fantastic and they made things right by me. Thank you Drei Raben!

It was fine for the price. Decor is a little tired, but the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly but they leave early. Breakfast was great. Very few parking spaces available so we ended up having to pay 38€ to park in a garage for a day and half before moving to the hotel’s parking for 13€. If you need parking, be sure to arrange it early!

Stayed at this property on a business trip. The location is excellent. The check in a smooth. If you arrive late the staff keeps your keys at the door, just inform them accordingly. Friendly and quick service.

Stayed for one night on business trip. For the prise it is a good place. Located near to the train station half way to the city hence the location is very good.

The staff was very nice and they let me do a late check out without any charges. The staff also recommended me a bery good local restaurant. The hotel was comfortable, very near to the station and the city center, however the area it is located is not very friendly.

I had bed bugs in my room. The hotel personnel denies having any problems even when I showed one of them the bodies of the creatures after I had squashed them on the bed. I can assure you those blood filled crawling things on the bed didn't come from my imagination... If you decide to stay here, be extra careful when examining your room. Check the mattress, box spring, skirting, etc. I was sloppy when doing this upon arrival and had to suffer for it.

This hotel checks most of the boxes. From the available hotels I saw, I can say this one is great value for dollar/euro. It’s walking distance to the old town. The bed is super comfy, it was quiet, and it had all the usual amenities. Also, despite what this website told me, there is actually a receptionist and you don’t have to contact them as the email mentioned I had to do. The only knock on the place is the price for breakfast.

Fantastic hotel for the price. You get quite a lot. We arrived the first night after hours (12:30AM) and were still able to check in effortlessly thanks to the key box and code given to us. Hotel room was spotless and modern. Shower was AMAZING! Super powerful pressure. Loved loved loved that! Also loved how close it was to the heart of the city. (10 minute walk). Plenty of cafe’s around too. Helpful and polite staff as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very basic hotel. Clean enough, a little noisy and a little out of the centre. Receptionist although friendly is not very knowledgable about weather conditions.

We stayed one night to visit Graz. The hotel location was good as it was walkable to the old town (15 min) and the clock tower (30 min). The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was dated and didn't give us feelings of 4 star hotel.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good communication prior to late arrival. Did not have breakfast there due to price. Single room was comfortable, a bit on the small size but not a problem. Ideal location for train station and easy access to centre.

The room was the largest I have seen in any hotel I have stayed in for this modest price range. You could have housed a suite of rooms in it. It included a table with six chairs and a four person sofa. You could have held a party for 30 people. The ensuite, superbly equipped, had "his" and "hers" washbasins and was as big as some bedrooms I've stayed in. The staff were all extremely helpful, even managing to pick the lock of a suitecase whose key we had left behind. If I have a criticism, I thought that the common areas, stairwells, landings etc could have done with a good emulsion which slightly damaged the overall impression.
