The staff here has always been very kind and friendly! Great hotel to get away and relax. The only "knock" I would say is the breakfast. It barely qualifies as continental, and more options should be made available. I love the laundry option too!

Easy to book reservation, nice location, room was new and comfortable. Hallways were clean and fresh. Breakfast choices were ok.

The Microtel is not a misnomer as it is a small room. Stayed on the second floor and there is no elevator. The place and room was clean and quiet. Used it solely for sleeping for 2 nights as we were in Saratoga all day each day and it had a comfortable bed and as i said it was quiet

This was a welcome and affordable stopover on a holiday-weekend trip, when hotel prices often jump stratospherically. The hotel is clean and generally well-kept, but we noticed some leaky plumbing that indicates the need for an in-depth inspection and maintenance/rehab program.

I had to stay as an emergency with my cat and they refused to let her stay after 3 days. I just needed a couple of hours while I worked, as a teacher, but they refused. They did not care that she would be stuck in a hot apartment with no AC, which could kill her. A little empathy would have helped.

Fridge did not work. Hair in shower. Toilet did not flush well. New carpet smell. No juice at Sunday breakfast. No fresh fruits other than bananas. The receptionist was very nice...kind.

Hall smelled like Marijuana, the carpet was dirty, there was a knocking noise the entire time coming from the fridge, the toilet sounded like it was refilling the entire time. The tub had blood stains in it, there was no toothbrushes or toothpaste.

Our TV did not work. I called to the front desk and reported it. I also stopped by the desk and told the staff. Nothing was ever followed up on.

Customer service was excellent. Love eco-friendly products and care. The room was clean. My only complaint is how thin the walls are. You can hear the guests in the rooms next door. I also do not recommend having a room by the entrance of the stairs. You will hear guests going in and out at all hours.

A comfortable and safe, a little dated but fits the budget. Very polite and efficient staff. Breakfast is cold cereal, toast, yogurt but there are food option nearby(driving, not walking distance.

Common areas are a little beat up but clean and smell fine, but this is after all a workingman's hotel. Rooms are new and spotless. Endless restaurants in the vicinity and 5 minutes from the airport. Incredible value.

What can I say, you get what you pay for. Breakfast options were terrible, we ate out instead. Basically there is almost nothing for breakfast. First room we got smelled like cigarets so we asked for another room. Then it smelled like Hash (pot) every night in the corridor, it was terrible. No mini fridge. I do not recommend it unless you want to save money.

Had a very strange trip where almost nothing was going right..they were friendly, understanding, and helped resolve some mix ups with reservation dates along with Hotels.com customer service!
They were very sweet with my Feline travel companion who learned how to walk on the harness to the front desk, whoch Im sure was a site unto its own! The rooms were super clean, beds uber comfortable, and the shower was perfectly hot for my sore bones after much travel.
Want to say Thanks to such a great staff!

We stayed one night for a swim meet with my 2 girls. The hotel was quiet, which is what we needed for a good nights sleep. Service was great and front staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean and nice! The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. Breakfast was good, despite reading the reviews. The hotel looked like it took pride in how the building was kept. Excellent hotel and excellent stay! We plan to book again!

There is no elevator because its only 2 story.
However our room was next to the door for the guest going up and it was constant from 10 pm when we got in the room till 2 am. I did not get much sleep because of this. Plus the ice maker did not work on the first floor and there was no snack machine on second floor causing more people going up and down the stairs between 10pm and 2am along with the regular traffic of guest coming in. Other than that it was pretty clean and nice. Just dont get the room by the stairs door.

Staff was very courteous. Need to add decaf tea and make sure pastries are fresh.

The first room we had there was an issue with the toilet not flushing properly and continually running loudly after we finally got it to flush. When we asked the front desk about it they just told use to flush the toilet again but harder. Also, the bathroom had hair all over the floor and tub. We asked if someone could clean the room real quick they just told is housekeeping was gone and they would just move is to another room.
