The Harrison is currently under remodeling construction. Everything was a bit haphazard with construction materials, dust, etc. however our room was fine and the bed very comfortable.

It was a total mess had to walk through construction and dusty areas in order to get to your rooms or to get out of the building. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Picture online shows a beautiful building but when you get there it is a run down building

Firstly we decided to head south and east of where hurricane Milton was predicted to hit. Turned out to be the best decision. We got in late Monday evening and were surprised first by the amount of construction work going on while the hotel is doing what appears to be an entire renovation. Then there was a $15 per day/ per vehicle charge for parking. The lot was fairly empty when we arrived, but filled up quickly due to the size of the garage and the fact that some spaces were taken up building materials or construction equipment. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom provided a stand up shower only in our room. While it was lovely and modern, the floor of the shower did not have any texture or mat and was extremely slippery. My foot slid at one point and my toe jammed into the molding at the bottom. Thank goodness for the grab bar. All in all, due to our circumstances and availability, we had few options. I'd suggest staying away until construction is completed. Perhaps things will have improved. P.S.while renovation is in progress, their pool is totally out of commission as well.

The hotel was under construction/renovation when we stayed, but we knew what to expect, as this was not our first experience with The Harrison, but it WAS the WORST. The staff - particularly the management - was rude as hell! The rest of the staff were cool, but seemed afraid. It's a great place to stay in a pinch, but as of now, I can't recommend it as a viable option for travelers.

The maid was not clean. She didn't vacumm and just once changed the bed sheets and pillow cases. But I must say we got clean towels daily. !

A/C does not work well Shower was dirty Towel to stop on from shower was dirty Duvet was dirty/ extremely stained when Flipping over Vanity (only light in sink area) would not turn on then randomly turned on around 5 am… it don’t have a timer Reddish/brown dried liquid on ceiling/wall near sink Sink facet was dirty Both mirrors were foggy/dirty

Cleaning ladies extremely mean when I found out that my room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. Stains in the bathtub. Room wasn’t mop or swiped. Carper not vacuumed. And she came back very mad and didn’t say anything and passed by my and pushed me without apologizing. They change to another room, the same issue room wasn’t clean properly. The A/C was Ok. I didn’t want to bother anymore. The next day I ask if they can clean my room and when I came back the room was the same northern my bed was made. They only take out the trash. They promised a brand new room with a brand new A/C and the A/C was licking water and didn’t blow air hard enough. Location was great but customer service and the quality of the new room””” not so much! I won’t recommend this place.

The photos are very deceptive, the hotel is undergoing construction. There is a new paint job on the bldg exterior and the room photo is of one of the renovated rooms. Otherwise it is a complete construction area, and I emphasize "complete Construction area". The elevator has a bad smell and there are soft spots in the elevator floor. This place is not ready for occupancy.

The hotel, STILL, under construction! 2-3 years and counting. The rooms are updated although as cheaply as possible. The longtime GM is a miserable human. Always difficult. She’s most likely responsible for the $125 PER NIGHT “deposit” policy! Paid $75/night=$150 for 2 nights! PLUS $250 deposit!?!? Asinine

toilet was clogged, only 1 person working on a Saturday night, the AC was old & moldy. The smell was horrible and because of the outdated AC unit the floors were wet and we woke up to our belongings damp. Around 3am constant banging on another door non-stop for about 40 minutes and the poor lady was by herself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

It’s more of a motel. It was under renovations. The lobby smelled like 1970. The water in the shower smelled, the toilet was leaking water. There were bugs on the counter were the sink was. The floor was filthy. The air conditioner made a lot of noise every time it turned off. We kept the ac at 66 and we were still hot while sleeping. I would never stay here again. It’s cheap for a reason.

How about we start with that fact that they used pictures of the newly renovated rooms for advertising but that is not what I got. Secondly the hotel is under construction, only one elevator working & no pool none of which was made known before arriving at the hotel My toilet wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it so I got switched on my last night to one of the newly renovated rooms which was not a suite like I paid extra for. The a/c was one of those units mounted over the door and it made a knocking noise. Only thing good about this place was the location oh and I almost forgot they charge a $100 a day deposit so they charged my over $700 to get my key which I still haven’t gotten back my $300 deposit as of Thursday and I checked out Monday.
