The hotel has some updates. Things not updated need to be. Desk chair broke off arms, closet sliding door falling off, outdated bed. Service was good, typical hotel breakfast, good location.

I reserved this hotel as we had an event to attend on a Friday night in downtown Alpharetta. This was within 3 miles and was much more reasonably priced than many other options which were only marginally closer. It is located just off GA 400 but I never heard any related traffic noise. Parking is in the hotel's lot which seemed ample. There are quite a number of restaurants nearby, several within walking distance. There is also a fine dining restaurant (Cabernet) located right next door, but we did not eat there (we had dined there before). There are 100s of places to eat within a few miles. Our check in (around 4 p.m.) was quick. We got a room on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. It was quiet and spacious. The sink was located outside the bathroom, which can be convenient. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served from 7 - 9 a.m. (on Saturday; weekdays may be different). While they had an average variety of items, some of them had that 'from the freezer' quality. The English muffin and the yogurt were fine. Breakfast was the only part of the stay that I thought could easily have been better.

It was very comfortable and relaxing. The overall appearance of the hotel started the being comfortable. It was very affordable, clean and pleasant to the eye. I will definitely use Hyatt again and will recommend it to anyone.

The room is nice. Checked in and was told breakfast was from 7-10. Went down at 915 to find no breakfast except for crumbs, no coffee, asked about more food and was told breakfast ends at 9:30. Several of us stated the site says 10 and she proceeded to tell us she didn’t care what it said breakfast is over at 9:30. Very unpleasant attitudes at the front desk. Later inquired about the shuttle service since we were going to a concert only to be informed that no one was working that could drive the shuttle. So I stated basically the website is a lie and she pretty much said yep it sure is. Will never stay at another Hyatt Place again!

False advertising .hotel look not all up to date. When u walk inside lobby trash can full garages everywhere on floor.. people work front desk not professional at all.. when u walk in room you can smell the carpet wet smell. room look so out date then pictures.you can see carpet get alot stank .. is just look bad .. i never stay there again..

Our check-in was wonderful, got to our room and the lights didn't work went down stairs to tell receptionist, she called maintenance and maintenance made all kinds of excuses as not to come to room, changed rooms and again the bathroom sink was full of water and would not drain, once again went down stairs to tell receptionist about the sink and maintenance was sitting talking to receptionist and never made any attempt to come to the room and fix the problem.

A little disappointed in it being a Hyatt. The carpet by the bathroom door was frayed. The pillows non supportive- the room felt damp, carpet felt damp, closet door was difficult to open. There was some tile work needed by the shower. Bathroom door needs repainted.

We have decided this will be our go-to hotel when visiting Alpharetta during concert season. The hotel is located in a convenient location. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are all so nice.

Great location for going to the Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Everyone we encountered was very polite. The only issue we had was that our room had an awful smell when we checked in, almost like lots of old trash had been left in the room. We were only there for a short time so we just used some of our own spray and ran the AC unit to circulate.

Hotel hosted a baseball tournament and the ice machines were all broke. The hotel ran out of clean towels. Went down for breakfast and they would not restock the food even though it was still within the time of their breakfast service.

There were ants in the room. The outside is noisy! Also, the front desk wanted to put a hold on my card after I checked OUT! Because they forgot to charge me on day one or two?

On arrival it was discovered that our room was given away by the previous shift and the hotell was full, even though we'd called ahead and verified our reservation and they said we were okay for a late arrival. We had to repack our car and go to another hotel for the night (special needs kid and medical equipment), arriving to now separated rooms about 4:15 a.m. at the other place, then pack up and leave that hotel before checkout at 11 a.m., then unload again back at the Hyatt when they made a room finally available to us. Not a great check in experience. Otherwise if they hadn't have done that, it wouldn't have been so bad.

1st room smelled like cigarette smoke. I ask to switch room which the front desk rep was helpful. The 2nd room was dirty and the bed wasn't made and had a blood stain on the sheet. Again went to the front desk rep for all sheets and pillow cases and she was helpful.

The moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. All parts of the facility were very clean and I loved the 24 Hour Fitness Center that was available to me. The other guests were quiet and courteous and I was appreciative for the complementary breakfast.
