Was mistakenly checked out after one night. Had to get new keys to access the room. Wouldn’t give my husband one because reservation for two was only in my name. No room service was provided because it was a holiday week. Breakfast was fine and heated pool was nice.

Some pretty scroungy people on and around the property. Looked like tweakers. Strange restriction that no one who lives within a 30 mile radius is allowed to make reservations at this hotel. This seems kind of harsh, especially in light of the fact that there are currently a LOT of people within that radius who have been displaced by fires.

I've stayed at this property multiple times when visiting family due primarily to its location. Breakfast provided is a value. Housekeeping is not available daily, but can be supplemented on request. Unfortunately, on this visit, I requested housekeeping on the third day of a four-day stay and was totally ignored.

I had a ground-floor room, the bushes covered the windows, The room was very dark and I felt like I was in a dungeon. The desk in the corner had no light, I mean zero, light. At night the room was dark, dingy, and outdated scratched furniture from the 1970's made me feel like I was in a bad horror film. I stayed there because I had an appointment in the AM in Caldwell and I didn't want to drive a half hour to get there in the AM from Boise, where I had other business calls to make. Next time I will drive the 30 minutes from Boise to get to Caldwell.

Nothing special. Air conditioner ran and ran - noisy. Lighting poor. I was placed at the end of the hall - long walk with suitcases. When are hotels going to replace bath tubs (dangerous) with walk in showers? (much safer).

I chose the hotel online and was unable to check out the bleak setting, which was close to nothing much. I thought I would be able to enjoy the pool, but it wasn’t clean enough and the water was too warm. There was often road noise until late.

We asked for a handicap accessible room, so we got one on the first floor, but it didn’t have a walk-in shower. It had a tub. It would have been nice to have a rubber mat in the shower to prevent slipping.

Do not book this hotel, Manager is not nice at all. We travel a lot and booked 3 to 4 rooms all the time but my experience with this place I will never ever go back. We have to leave due to emergency and was promised I will get one night refund even though we left way earlier than that. I compromised but not I was not only charged for full amount I was also charged a pet fee for three days I was gone already. Hotel.com was cooperating but they just want to charge us.

Staying in 214 the AC would go on and then out a huge bang about 20min in and wake us up. Constant...the showerhead had so much hard water deposits on it it was so gross. I paid for a suite and had to go get my sheets and my comforter...lightbulb was broke so the lighting was horrible..I felt like I was staying at a motel and it was 50 a night...not 600+ for 3 nights. Probably never staying there again.

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk came to our room to make sure everything was good for us (my husband is in a wheelchair). I so appreciated her attention and care! All of the hotel employees were kind and helpful! Breakfast had many tasty options, which was appreciated. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. Loved the heated pool and hot tub! The workout room was small, but all of the equipment was nice and worked, and had cold water available, which was awesome. Only thing that could be improved is some air circulation in there! It was stuffy! But that's okay...I just sweat more when I worked out! lol! Thanks for the great accomodations! Will definitely stay there again on our next trip and I recommended this hotel to a friend!

Enjoyed this property it was a convenient location. The breakfast waa great and options were wonderful. The property appeared to be clean and the room was nice and spacious. The pool was amazing nice and warm and the hot tub was actually a hot tub. The downside was there was only 1 elevator that took a little long and the 3rd floor ice machine wasnt working.

Be careful booking here. I had everything correct to book on Expedia when I noticed underneath the name of hotel it said clothing optional. I was concerned so I called the hotel to see if that was the case. The lady I talked to said it was not and that they were a family hotel and that she was going to look into getting that changed immediately. When I went back to the app and clicked book it musta reset the page and the dates went back to the weekend of the 3rd-4. I didn’t notice and paid for the room. I noticed the following evening, 3 weeks before our stay, and reached out to Expedia. They contacted the hotel and after letting me know the hotel refused to change dates I also called the hotel and couldn’t get anywhere. So we got no refund. Such a money grab on their end. So gross. Read the reviews for here people. Sounds sketchy.

The stay at BW Plus Caldwell Inn & Suites was a very good one for me and my husband. The location was very accessible to all the locations we visited and parking was ample. The room was spacious and had great amenities (micro, fridge especially). We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi multiple nights. We would stay there again if we were in the area.
