It was just not up to par. The pool and hot tub need to be repaired. My son almost did not get in.. he said, " brotha, ewww. That's nasty". At least they worked. The breakfast was the same as everywhere else, but the eggs were mushy and gross. I figure it is at the discretion of staff to allow early check in.. was told there is a fee. It was about 1pm when we came in and i have stayed at numerous Comfor Inn and Suites. Upon checking in later, the OWNERS(2 of them) were behind the counter. I was told to pick up the phone at the desk to contact the front desk staff(who was probably busy working or having a lunch break) because what? They don't know how to check someone in? Or they do not take pride in their business? Either case ia rather pitiful. Probably THEIR policy to charge an early check in fee. Eww. Not a well run business. It was clean, though.

Room was dirty and very stale, places were obviously not cleaned. Pool and hot tub were disgusting, floating hair and bugs and debris in both. Pool towel section was empty save for one stained towel. Linens in room were stained. Breakfast had many options but several items were stale and hard.

We checked in Friday late 10PM. Check in went fine he was friendly. Got to our room and it smelled awful. Smelled like the carpet was cleaned then left to dry with all the water left in it. My husband and I asked the next morning to change rooms and we were told they were sold out and nothing could be done about smell. "Sorry" is all we got. We went to Dollar Tree and got air fresheners to be able to stand the next couple days. Our 5 year old couldn't swim in the pool it was so cold, and the hot tub looked like it hadnt been properly taken care of with cement bottom. There was also a creepy man that hung around outside our room all day Saturday and Sunday morning. He would look in our door every time we left. Peak around the corner to watch us walk away. We had a 15 yo and 5 yo with us so I mentioned it to the clerk that he was creeping my family out and we felt very uncomfortable. The clerks response was "oh yeah he is one of the owners"..... WHAT!!! We as a family are in hotels every weekend and have never had such awful experience. We will never stay here again and would not recommend

For the price we expected a very basic experience. But the staff was great, the hotel was freshly remodeled, the breakfast was above our expectations, and the restaurants in the area were plentiful. Would highly recommend.

Booked 10 rooms the moron working there was not competent enough to even find the reservation and became extremely hostile with everyone onsite. Do not recommend staying at this place ever.

This was the worst experience I ever had. There was blood all over the sheets and the smell in the room was horrific. The man at the front desk told me he was too busy and he didn’t have time to change my room and told me I just need to get a refund and have a great day. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great customer service. This was a good stop for us with our dog. There is a trail right by the hotel and plenty of grassy areas. We were comfortable and felt like the staff was attentive to us.

Because I went through Hotels.com I was placed in an adjoining room right across from a house keeping room. Additionally a dog would bark every time we made a bit of noise. The hotel moved us to another adjoining g room where the air conditioner barely worked, was loud, kicked on every ten minutes and back off after five.

Upon arrival we turned down the sheets and found one of the beds had not been cleaned. Literally chunks of hair and other dirt. Obviously housecleaning missed one. OK, call the front desk gentlemen politely sends someone. Well someone shows up in a dirt t shirt and boxers. Very odd. Changed the bed, spent the night and ran out in the morning. Just a very dirty little hotel. I would not book again.

The check in process was horrible, the hotel was ok-clean. Beds were comfortable but it was not super clean and very outdated. Would stay somewhere else next time.

Everything was fine. The hallway needed to be vacuumed. Our room was very comfortable. I came down for breakfast on Saturday at 9:30. There was still a lot of people coming in. The food needed to be replenished.

The first room we were originally assigned smelled strongly of urine as soon as we walked in. The second room was better smelling. The room was definitely outdated and the outlets on the nightstand wouldn’t work because they were so loose.
