Not good

The check in was a very poor experience due to the front desk staff. The lady was not welcoming nor professional. What should have been a simple and quick late evening check in was delayed because I booked through the hotels.com application.

Restaurant was terrible. They also didn’t clean our room after the first night.

Very beautiful lodge

This was the nicest hotel that we could find online near the Grand Canyon and we weren't disappointed. It was beautiful and warm inside on a cold day. They offered free warm drinks and cookies in the lobby, the decor was on-theme, and I really wish we had time to take advantage of the nice pool and gym.

Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was great. Different choices.
Last time I was here both the pool and the jacuzzi were heated. Not this time, only jacuzzi. Other that everything was great. Food options around the hotel area. Short drive to the national park.

The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was high priced for the food. The breakfast was not that good. The pancakes were hard on the edges. The breakfast was overpriced-$18.00 per person is too much for the food choices. I’ve stayed at other properties that provide breakfast included with the stay that is better quality.

Arrived at the Hotel a few hours after check in time, met staff at front desk who assigned me a room. Went to assigned room and to my surprise it was already occupied. I went back to the front desk and was told they were not sure what happened. Then told they did not have my type of room available (king) only had an ADA 2 queen room left. Then told I could come back the next morning and see if they could switch me back into the room I purchased. Told that because I booked thru Hotels.com there was not much they could do to compensate for my inconvenience, so I was given a free breakfast certificate. Did not change rooms because we wanted to enjoy the state park rather than shuffle rooms.

LOVED this place! A bit pricey but super clean and the restaurant and facilities are immaculate.
Friendliest staff on the planet!

Our stay was comfortable - at least. Check-in/Out process was great, food at the restaurant is also great. But there are some things that needs improvement. 1. TV isn't working, directTV issues I guess (we were too tired to get front desk to address it, so it wasnt really a bother). 2. A/C makes some noise. 3. Patio views, are TOTALLY WORTHLESS. No point of premium rates for 1st floor patio. All we see are piles of rocks and tesla superchargers. It’s also very dusty.
Overall, not as “Grand” as its name and not what you expect for $400++/night. It’s an “OKAY” stay at best.

Mattress was completely shot, sagging and leaning at a pitch twards the headboard made sleeping almost impossible.
Toilet didnt flush properly.

No A/C, bed sheets were well worn and poor quality, tub has what looks like stab marks in it, paint chipping off wood surfaces everywhere, flashing lights from smoke dectors and lights from microwave kept me up. Sheets didn't cover bed all the way so it was awkward to sleep in. Customer service said since we booked here they can't do any refunds but it was the worst stay we have had in a long time and we travel very often. For $400+ a night I expect way better.

Great location just a few miles from the Park entrance. The room was large and the hotel nicely decorated with a fun gift shop. McDonalds next door if you like their breakfasts and other good restaurants within walking distance.

Our stay here was amazing. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and convenient to everything.

Double fee charged. I paid a fee plus the room plus taxes. Then I was charged an additional 75 dollars "In case I use anything in the room." What does that even mean? I was afraid to even use the soap they might charge me 75 dollars. I paid a lot more for that room and got way less for my money than staying at a chain hotel. Way over priced for what they offer.

Went to see the Grand Canyon and stayed 2 nights. Bathroom definitely showed wear and tear. Vanity finish was wearing off.
On site restaurant food was good but pricey.
There was a steakhouse in the area that looked like it was good. No other decent food places to go to worth going to. So bring your own food or eat steak!

I have been on the road for about three weeks and this is one of the better looking rooms had classy looking furniture with marble tops a little area for a coffee, a nice desk and Chester drawers with marble tops. The front desk were very professional and check in was easy. I particularly like the way they try to make things look very nice with tasteful paintings or pictures and the bathroom tub and shower area tile match the shower curtain, which I think is just an extra step to make it look very nice. I enjoy this day and I would recommend to others.
