Everything was great! We received a call to the room to check on us. Lobby personnel was get friendly. The only downfall is there was no breakfast in the morning just some muffins and the coffee bin was empty at 7am. That was a let down!

The only good thing was this hotel was close to the airport for our 5 am flight. Cleanliness was awful. The door to the bathroom was filthy where people touch it the most. Our phone didn’t work to call the front desk so I had to call using my cell. There is NOTHING provided in the kitchen for use upon arriving. You have to call and request what you need, I didn’t mind other than no one answered at the front. I had to go down to the front desk that had a sign to use the phone on the counter and call and someone would be up to help, no one ever came. We brought back our dinner to eat and ended up not having anything to eat with because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on.

The check was pretty easy. The room are not really modern. The biggest surprise was the internet charge, after paying for a day of service the system bogged down after a few hours of use. Upon my check out I notified the front desk clerk about the problem. She was really nice, but she said she was aware of the issue. She stated that they upgraded the system and been having problems and received previous complaints. You would think they would at least refund you a portion of the cost or the entire cost for a known issues with the system.
I am glad I didn't stay multiple nights as I was intending to do. The easy access to freeways and quiet area was a plus.

Yes, hotels in Santa Barbara are expensive. But >$300 for this place was absurd. Dingy, pretty run-down, loud (sounds like the person next door is IN your room), poor excuse even for a continental breakfast...we def won't stay here again.
3.6
It is a good hotel but not worth $400 per night. I had no choice.
3.6
Check-in was smooth and easy — shoutout to Diego who was helpful, fun, and welcoming. Room was fine, air conditioning was a little noisy. Slept well/

The room was very clean a lot bigger than I expected it and it had a kitchen with a stove, have not seeing a place like this I was very impressed and as soon as we went in the room about two minutes later I received a call from the front desk asking if we needed anything. And if we were ok with the room they offered to bring any dishes or items we needed.

Not to clean

Everything was great!
3.6
The room smelled really bad when we arrived. The bathroom sink was dirty with little hairs on counter.
3.6
Just a basic hotel. Had all the amenities consistent with rate.
3.6
Clean enough.
The “breakfast” was a muffin and coffee.
3.6
It's fine ... kinda sus. Close to airport and InNOut.
3.6
The hotel is located close to the major thruway, and clean and reasonably maintained. Its also quite.
There is one thing however that was a dissapointment, that being what they define as breakfast. It’s basically 2 pots of coffee, tea bags and 2 small baskets of small muffins. Calling it a continental breakfast would still be a stretch.
3.6
Free breakfast means muffin or oatmeal. Fridge was dirty and room was so humid.
3.6
Bath door won't lock. Room a bit humid and stuffy in spite of air conditioner.
3.6
It was an ok stay. I purposely booked this hotel because it said breakfast included. Well that breakfast was coffee and wrapped muffins. With road trips breakfast is one thing I’d like in the hotel to get it out of the way. The bathroom was small. The ac had a noise. Not too loud so we were still able to sleep through it. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. But overall not the hotel for us
3.6
The hotel could use some updates, front desk employees very friendly. Fast check in and out
3.6
WiFi stopped working halfway through my stay and when I asked the front desk about it, the guy told me to call an 800 number to see if I could get it fixed myself. The 800 number wanted to charge a dollar to my room to connect me to customer support. I left and went to a cafe
3.6
Awful customer service. I was told the room would be comped for the inconvenience and a the issues. Very frustrating experience.
3.6
The room was lousy, especially the bathroom.
3.6
The receptionist was very curt and unfriendly.
3.6
Toilet flushed about every third time.
3.6
Front desk was especially good
3.6
Old not updated
3.6
Great space for a long stay. Quiet and tidy.
3.6
Cindy at the front desk was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.
3.6
Convenient location.
3.6
Loved the full kitchen, pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker. Friendly staff. Very accounting.
3.6
For $300/night, the property needs an overall makeover.
3.6
Ok

Great stay and excellent customer service and hospitality from the whole staff. Definitely recommend.

Clean. Pretty quiet. Safe. Loud in-room refrigerator. 1 of 3 washing machines operating. Several dryers were also out of service. Dirty banisters in the stairwells. In-operable outside card reader at 1 of the doors. I would suggest it’s time to pay some attention to the property.
3.6
Not Fresh towels and a linen, but hotel is good.

I usually read other reviews about the hotel before booking, but Ihad to book ASAP & checked in late night. I’ve seen a car at the parking lot w window broken into. The key cards were not working properly ( it took some time to open)on side door entrance of property and need to take stairs to the 2nd floor to my room with my luggage s. The hallway lights so dimmed, carpets dirty, walls thin you can hear people from other room.! the first 30mins :, the fire alarm went off I complained to the manager the next day- another guest was cooking and triggered the alarm system the manager was aware. I asked how come no shampoo and conditioner in the room. She said you have to request it when you check in. Really?! I had to shorten my stay and leave early. Of course the staff messed up on the charges.
