First of all got there. We carried our luggage to the front desk.. Got our room key and the person at the front desk told us he would show us where our room is. Then he stepped outside with us and pointed across the street to a whole separate building. We proceeded to walk over there. and got in the front door. Got. upstairs. to our room. And the room key did not work. We then look. luckily so. a woman in the hallway spraying air freshener. This was like midnight or so.. We asked her to help. her to help us with the room key and she. tried it and it didn't work anyway. So. luckily she walked across the street and the guy from the front desk came over with a new key and let it. in. this whole process took about 30 minutes. The hallway smelled terrible. The room smelled awful.. I had a room. there reserved for four days later, which I canceled immediately.. I will probably never stay there again. I stayed there a couple times last season and I was in the main building and it was fine.. Oh, well, they just lost my business.

If I could upload pictures, I would do not under any circumstance book this hotel room. The area is safe. The sleeping conditions were very unsafe. Hotels.com honestly needs to take this off their website. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the whole building really needs to be shut down.

The carpets were sticky the curtains were stained. Bed broke. Tv didn’t work. No WiFi. Absolutely filthy hotel. Charged extra for dog when this was not told in advance. Tried to cancel and was told no.

The Wi-Fi needed a passcode and no one knew it. They said manager knew it but never answered anyone’s calls

The elevator was not working. The rooms were terribly outdated. The sliding door glass was filthy. Will not recommend it. The window unit was of at arrival and the toilet was not in working order. I had to correct it on my own.

It reminded me of the movie the shinning. I was waiting for the twins to appear saying Redrum. It smelled like mildew. Not what I expected. Breakfast was good. Not to friendly the staff in the restaurant. The waitress took forever to give us the bill. We had to call her. Never said her name. The rugs looked like it’s never been cleaned. It’s an old building I guess.

The price is great for the quality of this hotel. It is set in the beautiful city of Coral Gables. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it is in close proximity to downtown Coral Gables restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

the room was dirty, the tv and phone didn't work, the shade courtain was broken, the bathtube was dirty, the bathroom mirror was dirty, the toilette was dirty, the toilette cover was broken, they provide us only one set of towels and we were two persons.The manager told us that they were to fix the issue or gave us other room, but didn't happen. Very disgusting situation. The second day during the breakfast they provided us with cream half/half for the coffee expired on 06/02/2024. We want to request full refund for the reservation as EXPEDIA action. We are thinking to make same request to our American Express credit card.

I don't like the room with a balcony by the pool. I like the room with balcony by the street, I was telling the girl at the front desk and she did not give to me. This is my 6 time at this hotel and I like because is to close to my family in Coral Gables and my friends. I was renting 2 rooms by my name on March 28, 2024 but I was very disappointment this time because I found out that they have empty the room I want.

I had my wallet stolen from this place. Door locked, every security measure in place, but the hotel allowed someone into the premises given to thievery. TLDR: this place just sucks. Spend your money elsewhere:

the hotel has excellent location but its poorly managed and its really dared. the pool was disgustingly dirty it was green with garbage at the bottom only when i complained it was cleaned and it was soo dirty it had to be closed for 2 days

After checking in, we walk thru a musty hallway No air-conditioning in any of the floors hallway just ceiling fans it was nasty. We entered out room and they gave us a room that was never been clean in weeks with the tub full of dirty water with hairs in it, like some homeless guy to a shower a week ago, it was disgusting. Never again.

Shower was unsafe. Room was not cleaned, or trash not collected, bedding and towels were not changed, power outlets were NG,. We stayed two nights. And the TV was NG. And no refrigerator.

It had mold in the room. Everything is old and dirty. The phone didn’t work the tv barely worked. There was stains in the carpet. Took three trips to the front desk to get a blanket. The food at the restaurant was terrible. I wish I could get a full refund

The phone didn't work, the carpet smelled very bad, and I woke up with rashes on my body. The lights in the lamps never turned on, and both the room and the hallway had an unpleasant odor. The elevator was in very poor condition, and we didn't dare use it for fear of getting stuck.

The hotel over all needs to be seriously updated and thoroughly cleaned. The rooms are always hot no matter what temperature setting you have the ac on. It’s not the worst but for the money there is definitely better out there

Old hotel , everything it’s old a/c don’t cool enough old unit. The cleaning not the best. Humidity smells. Staff very poor in customer service maybe three person are good. Management poor performance in response and resolve problems.Weed smell at any hours.expensive for what they offer. Positive the location. Don’t expect star quality service. It’s what it’s is. Low budget pocket resolve your need.

STAY AWAY!!! THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL IS A DRUNK! SHE WALKS AROUND THE HOTEL DRUNK AND INSULTING EVERYONE INCLUDING THE GUEST. THE HALLWAYS HAVE NO A/C ITS HOT AND MUGGY!!! THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND THE A/C IS THE ROOMS DON'T EVEN HAVE COLD A/C. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

I found the toilet and sink dirty. Moth on the floor. The furniture and bed linens dirty. The furniture is old and in bad repair. It seems like they picked up just the garbage from the last guess leaving everything else dirty. I checked in at 9:30 pm approximately, they should have time to clean

Mariguana user allows, electric receptacle old, shut down breakers. Tv without signal reported never showed. Management don’t worry about service. Summer times air conditioning are to old and bad shape and don’t cool the room. Room cleaning terrible. Bath towels with holes. Etc. More to write but waste of my time. Real only one positive thing and only it’s the location.
