Excellent service (everyone very nice), clean, beds were ok (my wife loved the bed, I didn't as I thought it was too firm. Breakfast was good and started at 6 AM which got us on the road quicker. Older Hampton Inn being rebuilt next door as a Sparks(?). Everything worked though and it was comfortable enough for the price.

Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. Carpet looks very old one of the plugs was coming off the wall. Room phone was not functioning not even plugged in due to a stripped cable. Lamps showing signs of rust. We were charged $75 for our dog. I’m unable to upload the pictures of the room I took.

We were sent to a dirty room, then sent to a new one that wasnt cleaned properly. Walls were cracked and falling apart, looked like mold and deteriated sheet rock down by floor, electrical covers held on by wire plugged into it. Mini-fridge didnt work.

The bed was terrible. We had them switch rooms, but the second bed was just as bad. We lost much sleep for 4 nights. We got way too few towels, and they didn't replenish towels. The commode wouldn't flush in our first room. The shower curtain was too short and hung outside the tub, so after showers we stepped into a flood.. This exasperated the shortage of towels. However, the desk attendants were very nice and cooperative. Overall, a very bad experience.

I chose this property specifically because it said it had a car charger. This was going to save me some time in the morning when my family got back on the road. When we arrived I was told there was never a car charger at this location.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a really great experience. What made it that way was the staff — in particular, the front desk clerks Sam, Kim and Steph and the breakfast room manager Shalonda. The hotel as fine, but these staff members made it a great time for us. We’ll go back because of them.

Disgusting experience. Rooms were humid, would not cool down. AC didn’t work. Dirty, stinky facility. Dead bugs on floor. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Phone in the room didn’t work. 0/10. Would not go back. They tried to blame it on storm damage, but if it’s that bad, close the place down for renovations. Don’t keep letting people stay there and charging them money.

This property is significantly outdated. Bathtub is cracked and dirty. Old smelly curtains. Not up to par with the typical Holiday Inn Express and was $175/night. Would not stay here again.

The front desk and breakfast personnel were nice. The room AC didn’t work properly, set on 65, never got above 75. The carpet was dirty, the room musty smelling, as was the hallway. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Oh, and the powdered scrabbled eggs were bad.

Ms. Kimberly welcomed this travel-wearied couple with warmth and enthusiasm. We immediately felt at ease and grateful for the easy check-in after a long drive.
The room was clean but there was notable damage in the room - patches on the wall, broken shelves and a peeling ceiling. Moreover, the bed wasn’t what we’re accustomed to from previous Hampton Inn stays. It’s obvious this hotel needs a little TLC to be the haven Hampton Inn is known for.

So disappointed in this property.. start off our rooms were given to another family with the same name who was not fully checked in properly they basically just gave them The keys and let them go straight to out rooms. Second my sister and I had queen beds side by side and they were both filthy blood stains urine stains on sheets and comforter. The night receptionist was supposed to come and bring new sheets never did until we went downstairs and asked again. It was a hot mess didn't get to sleep until 3:00 a.m. Hampton inn definitely owes me a free room at one of these better properties!!

Kim at the front desk was amazing! She felt like family, and was great to talk to. The breakfast was great! Parking very accessible. I’ve machine on 2nd floor was out. The beds and most of the bathroom was clean, but the phone had no dial tone, there was something like gum stuck on the carpet by the bed, the shelf under the dresser was broken, the fridge didn’t even feel like it was working. I was just concerned I might not get my deposit back, but I did- I guess they’re used to these minor things. Some of the metal fixtures were rusted. You could see light coming through the door jam, but the lock worked. Would I stay here again? Probably just bc it was a good deal and the breakfast was good.

Property was centrally located to where I wanted to be. Property was old and in need of renovation. The faucet in my sink wobbled back and forth every time I turned it on. There was a piece of baseboard on the floor next to the wall where it should have been. The electrical outlet next to the bed was coming out of the wall.

First time staying here. Noted the bathroom shower walls had a little mold that easily wiped off with a wash cloth. I guess they don't wipe down the walls very often. There was also a separation between the wall and the floor about 3/4" and other things that indicated lax maintenance and repair. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The hallways and elevator were not cleaned, and carpet were soiled. Furniture was old and hotel was smelly. Upon entering the room, the Tv did not work. A/c did not get cool properly. Itchy once got in bed.
Breakfast was not good. One person was handling the front desk and the food. I would not recommend this hotel. I never stayed in a Hampton Inn on this lever. It was over priced for this hotel.
A full refund should be granted.

Location was easy access from the highway which made it easy to minimize extra drive time for the long 2-day road trip. Room was very clean and conveniently located to an entrance which made it super easy since we had a dog with us. We will definitely stay again!
