Came into town to visit grandkids/the only thing was a couple guys coming out of the elevator stunk like pot!! Smelt like they were smoking in the elevator

The guest WiFi was bad, slow, hard to connect to and not secure so it was nearly impossible to get any actual work done while there. Location was further off the beaten path than I anticipated.

Stay was very pleasant, rooms where clean and air conditioning was great. Breakfast was very pleasant and gym was awesome. Didn't make it to indoor pool but looked very inviting. The only downside was parking was quite small in front but receptionist said to park in back and I found that better.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. However, i was disgusted with the amount of people toting dogs around the hotel. That made it feel like a pet store once I left the room.

Absolutely perfect thank you for your hard work our stay was very comfortable and met all our needs it was nice not having to stress about the parking situation for the uhaul the front desk showed me lots of options .

There was coffee splashed on the bathroom door and by the light switch. The carpet was stained. The room itself smelled musty and wet. We were told that the carpets had just been steamed and that the smell would go away…over our 4-day stay it did not. Also, we were in room 112 which EVERYONE walks by on their way to breakfast and the front desk, it was very loud. The hot breakfast was bland and mediocre at best. We ate one only one breakfast at the hotel, because it was that unappealing. However, the front desk staff were very kind and we liked the fact that we could text them when needed. Also, convenient hotel location and ample parking in front and behind. Not sure if we would go back.

SMELLY rooms - smell of mildew or mold… not a pleasant stay. Pool had murky water and hot tub full of nasty foam. Breakfast subpar in tiny breakfast area. The bathroom had poor ventilation - our towels didn’t dry overnight hanging up…

Traveled with family for a vacation to Silverwood Theme Park. The hotel staff was very friendly, everything was nice and clean. The rooms were nice as well with comfortable beds. The morning breakfast was okay. It was conveniently located near stores and some restaurants. There is a very nice paved path near the Spokane River for a walk, run, or bike ride. The scenery on the path was beautiful. From the hotel, it is about a 30-40 min drive to Silverwood theme park. Overall we had a very nice stay.

1. Not enough parking. I got the last available space, and was considering parking on the street across from the entrance. 2. Tub/shower lacked a non-slip surface – not safe!! 3. Otherwise, despite being surrounded by warehouse businesses and heavy truck traffic, the room was fine, and the staff helpful.

I really enjoyed La Quinta in Spokane Valley. It was close to Spokane Valley mall and accessible to the Freeway. The staff was kind. I really appreciated the breakfast which had great options.

Everyone was very nice, the beds were more comfortable than i expected, and the gym actually had weights, not just bikes and treads. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast and checkout was noon. We are later sleepers, so we were really glad we didnt have to rush.

Check out time was 12 pm but house keeping came the first time at 7:30 am to ask what time I’m leaving she came back again at 9:15 am to ask the same question I felt like I was being rushed to leave and it wasn’t even close to check out time
