Well me and my friends took a 3hr trip to go to the Haunted House Restaurant and go to Huntington Beach. I had reservations for over a month. So when we get to the hotel i am informed that the room had been double booked and there were no more rooms. Tried to give us one bed for 3 people. Absolutely not i love my friends but i we want our own bed. We had to drive an hr and half to find another room. Not a very good experience

After checking in I got to my room and all looked fine until I went to the bathroom and found an all out mess. It was disgusting. Dirty towels, stuff all over the floor on the toilet. Never had this problem before.

Customer service was minimal, no breakfast, no pots and pans, cops knocked on my door to find it was the wrong door. Poor smell from a/c.

Disgusting! The room had hair everywhere. I just sat on the bed and my pants were covered with hair. Bathroom counter was full oh human hair. Floors had pet hair everywhere. Spider in the bathroom. Bathroom wall had bad stain. Room smelled bad. I can’t believe they call this clean. People standing at the front smoking and cursing. Didn’t look safe. Unbelievable! Stay away from this place.

Long term residents staying at this location. Families noisy and running around. Room was nice but outside property is not being kept up.

The service staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room (1 king bed + sofa bed) was tiny compared to similar rooms at other hotels. Moreover, the area surrounding the hotel was not taken care of regularly: the spilled garbage stayed outside one of the entry doors overnight and was not picked up. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent: a choice of muffin or an oatmeal plus coffee.

This place is awful. We stayed one night prior to flying out of Cleveland. Biggest mistake ever. We arrived later at night and there was nobody at desk to check in. Sign said to call number and they will come. I stood there at least 15 min and called MULTIPLE times. No answer. Finally after leaving and coming back, some young man stumbled from back mumbling and checked me in. There were so many people (obvious long term residents) smoking at entrance and walking in and out of front. We witnessed a drug exchange at a car on the side entrance as we walked in. It stinks terribly. I felt so gross staying here. My kids even commented on how stinky and gross the hotel was. Seems to be a lot of sketchy people staying here. Would never recommend to worst enemy.

Let me set this for you, we show up and a tornado has caused a power outage for the entire area. They tell me we can't be checked in or anything which I understood. So we canceled and set out to find a new place to stay for our trip. I'm charged a no show fee and it's been 10 days and still the money isn't in my account. It's absolutely ridiculous because no one could reach the manager for me to get a refund. From both hotels.com or guest services through their own hotel chain. I'm in a bind because the extra money they took was set aside for a bill this week. Due to the fact I had a budget and had to find other sleeping arrangements for our trip that made it more costly.
Let's also mention that they allow people to smoke at the front door even with a no smoking sign posted. I'm highly allergic to cigarette smoke and have to use a epi pen if inhaled to much. I honestly am grateful that the weather kept us from staying here because I would have probably ended in the ER at some point with the inconsiderate smokers. People are actually living here so people have their pets. We have pet allergies so this also would have been a huge issue. Especially since the rooms look to have carpet based on photos.
I can't score the room because we never got to step foot in one. If you can tolerate the short drive my advice is to stay in Akron there were plenty of food options and hotels there. We actually enjoyed being in that area more than cleveland.

Was great for overnight and definitely would have been very helpful if we had been staying longer. Only odd thing - two Extended Stay Americas on same road - less than a mile apart. Included breakfast was sparse.

We had three suite rooms. Issues observed among them - tub did not drain well so a short shower ended up standing in 6 inches of water, tub is so uneven it was difficult to stand safely, bathroom sink did not drain, bathroom door was stuck on the floor and mostly open, area behind the door was never being cleaned, at least one king bed was very uncomfortable, others were OK, “breakfast” was not useful, residents smoking outside the entrance, weeds in the beds around the building. Very thankful for the luggage racks, and the elevators which were clean and operational. We do not plan to choose an Extended Stay hotel again.

There were different types of hair, including pubic hair and fluid stains on the sheets. Someone shaved in the bathroom and the hair all over was the kicker. Curly hair in the shower and floor dirty.

The hotel was OK, nothing special, but sufficient. I was disappointed in the fact that after a week they never addressed the items in the room that weren’t working (the microwave & a lamp), which I reported on the first day of my stay.

We got a suite with 2 rooms for 4 adults and we're so pleased with our room. The beds were comfortable and we had 2 bathrooms. It was awesome. Thank you for the accomodations.

We really only slept there for 1 night but the staff that was there were kind and helpful. A little disappointed in their grab and go breakfast. But all in all it was clean and comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend this for anybody. The hotel smells like dog poops, shower curtain has mold. Bad experiences all around. Never been to any hotels in this kind of conditions.

We ended up leaving early and finding another hotel. There was trash in the room when we got there. The corridors were hot and damp. The main issue was that we felt unsafe. There were people shouting and banging on the doors at all times of the day and night and there was even an incident where the police were called. Very scary for our family.

When we walked in our room it was clean and tidy but had an overwhelming smell of bleach. We had to open our window for awhile to get the smell out before we ended up with headaches. Other than that the room was fine.

I booked a suite. When i went to the second bathroom inside the shower was hair scattered around the tub. When i looked at the sink there was a hair around the opening of the sink. In the other bathroom the tub was dirty but usable. Overall im glad i only stayed one night.

It was a bait & switch. Reserved a suite and they gave it to someone else. Had to settle for lesser room. Got to the room and it smelled and was dirty. Your socks turn black walking on that floor. The bathroom smelled like urine, microwave didn’t work, not one dish in room, no coffee pot available. It was too late to change. Absolutely NO effort to resolve when reported next day. Tried to talk to manager and no discount for the absolutely sub standard situation, she couldn’t care less. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I don’t see how they got above 3 stars. I give them 1.5 stars. The manager is doing a BAD job! Staff too.

The guy at the desk was very nice. Helped me when we needed cups etc. when I checked in though the room we originally booked thru here wasn’t available which left us with two beds. It was hard to do with three kids and two adults. Cleanliness wasn’t the greatest. Room didn’t smell too clean. This was first night staying before stones concert in Cleveland second night was at the other location of this hotel in area. Wasn’t impressed at all with the hotel franchise in general. I don’t plan on staying with this hotel again. One good thing though as I said props to guy at desk worked well checking people dealing with stuff and keeping busy.
