It is cheap for the area so you can save money. But, outside was not clean and inside had minor stains and scratches. So, you get what you pay for. If you just want a bed to sleep on in an area where activities, stores and the metro are easily accessible, this fits the bill. If you want something a little more cleaner, but more expensive, then this is not the place.

The front office person at checkin was not welcoming at all. I greeted as I walked, but he didn't reply and was very rude.
The room over all was horrible. It stinks all the time something weird. Whoever was smoking weed, the weed smell was always in the room. There were bugs in the bathroom. They were supposed to provide cooking materials which are mostly unavailable when you request from the front office.
In your website, you claim hotel provides breakfast. First of all, there was no breakfast. It is so called "grab-and-go"; however, they didn't either have snack bars or hot water. You should do a through research before putting that information on your website.
There was no house keeping! I stayed 7 nights and my room was never cleaned!
Stay away from this hotel.

The units were efficient and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to access the property. There were several places outside to relax with friends. I did not like that I had to go to the office and request the coffee pot, the coffee, plates, silverware and cups/glasses. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was friendly.

I have stayed at this location several times and up until recently I have been satisfied. Its nothing super but it does have a kitchen, microwave and great fridge. The most recent trip highlighted some of the other comments I have seen. They had and have roaches in room 166 which also had a horrible smell as soon as I walked in. I figured Lysol and air fresheners by the AC and it helped. I didn't fuss as I work in construction. The one thing I dont do is roaches. Needless to say it changed my review from good to below average. I notified management, and was surprised I didn't get offered a different room. Either way I know now and when I walk in if it smells icky, Im going to leave it up to them to rectify the issue while I stay in a different room.
Other rooms on the 2nd floor were fine. They are dark and not 5 star but what would anyone expect for the price. Buyer beware, if you are a person who is looking for the cleanest, fancy type spot, this IS NOT IT!!! Keep in mind there are people who use places like this to stay when they have no where else to go and along with their belongings they can bring passenger of the insect kind. The plus side above some of the more expensive places is the cost and the kitchen.

There were no hangers, hair dryer, nor dishes in the room. The coffee in the lounge was bad. The bathtub porcelain was worn and streaked. No uce trsys in freezer.

Right in the heart of everything great, but the room had dead and flying bugs. There were no provisions for cooking or eating. I will never stay there again.

The room was falling apart. Laminate on the cabinets was peeling off. The floor was bubbling up in kitchen area. The carpet near the bed was soaking wet. I put a towel down so I wouldn't step on it and it soaked through and it was so brown and gross. Not to mention the 5 dead beetles on the kitchen floor I spotted as soon as I walked in. If you choose extended stay, go to Herndon. It's better.

Its good for long term stay and the management should add proper breakfast instead of only coffee and tea

Place is okay. Not for you if looking for super new, high end accommodations. Not really the hotels fault regarding the other patrons. The sidewalks outside the room could really be cleaned. The rooms are not hateful just a bit old. I would stay again forna few days when needed but not somewhere I could see spending more than a week. Be sure to bring any kitchen items you would need like pots, pans silverware, plates, bowls etc. Everything else seemed to work.

Pull out couch was a full size mattress, and it had a twin mattress in it. Roaches in the bathroom. Microwave was terribly dirty and had no glass circle inside.

After getting to the property, I was informed all room was booked and it feels like I was gonna get robbed off my money

Terrible service, if you are looking to stay in a place that has a kitchen this is not the recommended place, it has a kitchen that you cannot even use because it does not have absolutely any utensils, they say that you must request it through an application and that they will bring them to your room, which apart from being ridiculous is a lie, when we arrived and realized this, I tried to use the application to purchase the kitchen utensils and I could not do it because they warn you that if you did not book directly with them you will not have access, I called reception without any response, we went to reception and did not find anyone who would help us, I contacted the hotel's customer service line for almost half an hour so that the only solution was to tell me that there was already someone at reception and that I should go request them there, when I was finally able to make the request to the receptionist, the surprise is that he tells me that they had nothing to provide me, that everything had run out, at my insistence he only provided me with 4 plates, two spoons, a carving knife and a glass, I asked for at least one pot to be able to use the stove And he told me that they didn't have one, not to mention that all this happened after we arrived in the middle of a storm, why do you want a kitchen if you don't have anything , not even to make yourself a coffee? They have a stove, a fridge and a microwave, but you have to bring everything else. Does this make sense?

The place was not well maintained in parts of it. Our first room was dumpy, and the a/c didn't work, they did move us to a better room with working a/c, very nice encounter with front desk clerk.

The bed was clean but the room had grimy carpets, chipped countertops and general maintenance issues with paint and esthetics. Hot water worked so at least I had a good sleep and shower after a transatlantic flight.

There were lots of cockroaches in my room.

I have stayed at this location before, but now I find it is not kept well. There were people hanging outside their room doors smoking drinking and talking loudly. The first room I was given had no TV and the door was held to the hinges with duct tape. I demanded another room. Needless to say I was disappointed. I stayed but got out early.

Room smelled like dog & cigarette smoke. (Heard dogs and smelled cigarettes walking to the room.) Floor was sticky and the outside of microwave was greasy. Although the staff member could not get me another room, he was courteous. (Grabbed a few hours of sleep and vacated the room cutting short a planned 3 day trip.)

The first room I was given was dirty and the bed sheets had stains.
The second room acceptable but around midnight I saw roaches in the bathroom.
I took my luggage to the car so I wouldn’t get bugs in my things since it was too late to check out and I had to get up early anyway.
Then at 1:45 AM in the morning the fire alarm goes off for 45 minutes. Trucks, sirens till almost 3 AM.
Dog poop and cigar wrappers litter the property and courtyard.
I would never return, a complete rip off at that price point. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I was given a room that was still in the process of being cleaned. The room smelled badly of urine, like a pet had soiled the carpet at some point. I was so exhausted that it wasn’t worth the hassle to change rooms. At 1:52am the smoke alarm went off across the entire complex. It was not disarmed until 2:11. Then it went off 4 more times over the next 10 minutes. When I got up to check on the issue (were we actually on fire?), I was greeted by a roach crawling up the wall.

Cigarette smoke smell permeated every square inch of the place. A non-smoking room isn't truly available here. I had to get all of my things laundered before leaving town.

It was decent room. Check in and out was easy. The A/C froze you or you were super hot. The phone/blow dryer and clock didn’t work and the fire alarm went off randomly when I was in shower. Parking is great and ample. The area is great. The water pressure in shower was great.

The manager (Kumar) was very nice, but complex itself had a lot of trash and litter—perhaps because there were no garbage receptacles around the parking lot. No recycling containers visible. Out door passes had to be replaced three times in two days.

My stay was not so good. The breakfast included just muffins and a glass of coffee, nothing else. It's too little for "breakfast included". The TV in the room did not work, there was no signal. Otherwise, everything was good.

When I arrived at the room, it smelled like mold and the toilet was clogged in my first flush. I was Moved to a different room with a fixed toilet but still smelled like mold. The sheets looked like they were not washed from the previous tenants and there was a water bottle Stil In the fridge
