We checked in late at the hotel . When we came in the someone has used the toilet and the toilet paper was in the pot . Felt the room was not serviced . Even the toilet seat is not upgraded . We used the coffee machine and it has flakes and was not cleaned properly . I will not book through hotels.com any more as the room was not serviced.

I've never left a negative review before so this is a first for me but since they took my money, I feel like I can share my rhoughts without feeling badly. In a word, the room with filthy. The cleanliness of the bedding was questionable. My daughter purchased a blanket at the nearby Target so that she could "cocoon" herself without having to touch the sheets. The bathroom was gross and declined to take shower for fear of actually getting dirtier. The toilet seat was cracked. The lights on firealarm had been covered with gum presumbly to keepfrom flashing all night. There was a pile of carpet remnants in corner by the bed but neither my daughter or myself were daring enough to investigate why they were left there. The carpet was ripped, stains on walls and holes in the ceiling. I hope my attached pics adequately capture the state of room. I know the hotel is not respondible for kids screaming in the middle of night (because there was), but anyone reading this should be aware of the train whistles at 3am and 5am. Also, the TV worked but only limited channels were available. I questioned this at the front desk and was informed that not local channels were unavailable and was provided with a printout with these channels crossed out (I was able to watch something akin to ESPN 8 the Ocho). The next morning, my daughter and went to the Steelers game & we both came to the same conclusion that the public restrooms at Point Park were cleaner.

Staff was nice. Room seemed clean with the exception of the sofa bed or love seat. Whatever it was it needed to be retired. Older property that had definitely seen its best days

The room was dirty. The toilet was broken. The sheets were dirty. The mattress had stains on it.

Hotel room was incredibly unclean. Floor was unclean, aircon had hair stuck on it and blew sticky air, desk and side tables were unclean, hairdryer had not been cleaned down and had a thick layer of dust over it. There’s no pride in how this place is managed. I used all my hand sanitizer wipes to clean down my room and put out the Do Not Disturb sign for the few days I stayed there, because I absolutely did not want the cleaning crew to come in if their idea of cleaning to spec is filth.

It was the worse hotel ever. We came for A Steelers game. We chose that hotel because others were sold out because of the game. Everything was bad, close rack broke, shower head broke, ceiling over the bed with A leak, staff was horrible, looked behind the dresser to see if anything fell behind it. It was garbage and dirt behind the dresser. It’s not even worth $20 A night. It was A pint of ice cream left in the freezer. No adjustment dial in the refrigerator or freezer.

A half hour before checking in the manager called and asked if I would switch my booked 2 queen beds room for a king bed room since they were over booked. I agreed and didn’t mind helping them out. After getting to the room, it was not a king bed and was so small it looked like a double bed. Called front desk and was told he knew nothing about it and since they were over booked that was the only room available. I then called the number back that called me 30 minutes prior to check in and was told the woman that made that call was gone but they had a king bed available across the street at days inn which was an even bigger dump than this place so I said no, just give me the room I had originally booked. She said no with an I don’t care attitude. I read reviews before booking any room but this was an unplanned trip due to a family member’s hospitalization so no time for that and since it was a Steelers home game, no other rooms available. Upon check out there was no compensation or apologies from Heidi, the manager on duty that day. She made it abundantly clear that she had no intention of compensating me at all. Needlessly to say things got heated and after screaming at each other for 5 minutes I walked out and tossed the card keys at her and left. The staff was completely unprofessional, the room was filthy, toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and all the furniture was falling apart. This place is filthy and disgusting. Sleeping in your car is a better option than this dump.

Room had a stale smell to it, toilet seat had burn marks, half of the lamps had burnt out bulbs. We ended up leaving 3 hours after check in, due to the poor conditions of the room

Bldg very dated, rusty light fixtures, worn carpet & floors, mattress sagging & worn, cheap sheets that had pulls in them and overall dirty room. I went to Quality Inn because other one that I went to in Ohio was excellent but this was the opposite in every way! Only fast food restraints in area

Large room and sofa space with separate shower and bathroom areas.

It was run down and not updated. Table was broken in the room. Bathroom lightbulbs burned out. Cracks in the ceiling and walls.

So dirty here. Poor condition in the rooms. The first room they gave me someone else was already in. Gave us both quite a scare. I like the area but will not return to this dirty hotel.

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We checked in late at night and left early the next morning…just a quick stop along the toll road or else I would have walked out and asked for a refund. The only plus was that the “suite” was big enough for my large family. There were cobwebs in the corner of the walls, thick layers of dust pushed up in all the edges of the floor and bathroom, dried splatter on the lampshades, visible stains on the couch and pull out mattress, the carpet was filthy…I could go on and on. The card reader on our door did not work at all and the door would only lock manually. To be fair, the sheets were clean and I didn’t see any evidence of bugs. Breakfast was pretty good. It exceeded my expectations and I was ready to just skip it, but we ended up eating there since the door to the food prep/kitchen door was open and much cleaner than our room.

The rooms should be more clean , except bed all things gave dust in it .

Cracked tiles in elevator, door handles mounted upside down, noisy wall-mounted AC units, small rooms - definitely better than other budget properties though desperately in need of some investment.

The joint is tired and run down . Lori at front desk was very nice. My handicapped room consisted of a stool sitting beside the tin. Air conditioner broke second night. 90 plus degrees. Breakfast was pitiful. Indoor camping. The pic in my room during light id day…. Things were splashed all over it. Elevator had missing flooring… almost fell stepping into it city my luggage. Towels clean but threadbare.

Checked into the TV not working, and it had a huge crack in the screen, the phone not working, the toilet seat looked like it went thru hell and back, had a weird smell throughout the whole building. The girl at the front desk was ranting about how miserable her job was. The morning person was too busy on her cell phone talking about personal issues to be bothered to say hi,good morning, anything but all she said was u ready?. I won't be back.i just hope the blankets I layed on were clean.i was asked if I wanted a different room.of course I do,I wasn't paying 125.00 for that.

Hotel was supposed to refund our money as we didn’t stay. They said they would take care of it.
When we pulled in the lot there was a gentleman who had overdosed and they had to bring him back to life. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there with my wife and 2 children.

Great location- beds were comfy- took forever to check in as seemed short staffed - room carpet had big snag/hole and dresser was coming apart at bottom and the toilet paper holder is Way Too close to toilet

Hallway, room floors were wet in summer, bathroom floors were wet.. bathroom sink and electrical were unsafe with temporary support. Bathroom exhaust fan not working

I canceled , because I gotten this room too far away from my location. So I had two different locations and one Quality Inn . I didn’t want to drive to different places. Sorry

The facilities are well-kept and major highway access is very convenient to both the PA Turnpike and Route 28 to Pittsburgh's downtown!

I was told a handicap accessible room was available on the first floor when I called about the reservation. The 1st fl was under renovation, so no room availableon the first floor. The 3rd floor room we were given, the air conditioning nor the phone worked. We didn't stay there not one night. The place was a dump.

This hotel is way past a face lift. The rooms are small and outdated. Everything from the nasty walls to the broken lampshades. Toilet leaked really bad. Told the front desk but apparently didn’t matter. I had to use towels to stop the floor getting all wet. The tub didn’t drain at all. By the time you got out of the shower there was four inches of water in it. Do yourself the favor and stay at the holiday inn express next door.

I had booked 5 rooms for me and my friends. Really smelly rooms. Exhausts not working. Dirty curtains.
Not cleaned rooms.
Really had rough time along with children. Not worth the amount I paid for it. Need refund to some extent.

I was told by one worker yhat they havent have USB on the lamps since he worked there and he didnt have any downstairs. The air conditioner didnt work until about 3am. I was sweaty and sleeping on the blankets because I was so hot. The washer and dryer were out of order, the water from the ice machine was warm. The food was not great. The lady making the food was really nice. The bathroom was dirty. The pillows were not firm. The AC didnt cool the room down till about 3am. We couldnt find any channels on the tv. It was a miserable night. The only positive was talking to the lady, i don't know her name, that worked friday morning. I was planning on paying cash, but they were unable to accept cash, so i had to ask my son to pay for it with his card. Then I had to pay him back. The bed wasnt comfortable for my 19 year old who just had surgery. Will NEVER stay there again.

We got what we needed for a good night of rest. Good breakfast to get us on our way.

Don’t recommend. The comforter had multiple stains on both beds. There was a cheese puff under the desk in the room. So how good did they clean it???The freezer in the in room fridge needed defrosted. It was useless. Carpets were very dirty. There are several hotels in the area if you need to stay in that town

Don't book a room here.

This hotel is in bad shape. Ir doesn't seem that old for the poor shape it is in. The shower leaked water. There was a bad patch on the ceiling above one of the beds likely from a leak in the roof. The patch was hanging and pieces fell onto the bed. The rooms are all listed as nonsmoking but the room we stayed in was disgusting and smelled like an ashtray. I would not stay at this property again.

Room smelled like severe mold and mildew.. Carpet is damp, pillows were yellow and disgusting.

The first room was dirty and falling apart…paint peeling, rust on fixtures and dirty bathroom! Asked to move to another room it was clean and we were very appreciative of that, service was great with them helping us out, but it was nothing compared to what the photos show on the website!

Some of the towels were used and smelled bad in the room. Rooms were very dirty and the plumbing and the bathroom door was so old, they were almost falling apart. There was also a big leak from the room from the 4th floor which is clearly visible when you sleep on the bed. Disappointed with the stay.
