We stayed at a studio and everything was good except during the night there was this very loud banging noise coming from the heater/ventilation system. I couldn’t sleep well cause of the noise. It could have been just at the room we stayed at and I told the front desk person about it to take a look in case it needs to be fixed. Without that noise, I would have given a 5 star.

The location of Bell Rock Inn is perfect for those interested in the various hikes in and around Sedona. Within 5 -10 mins to popular hikes - Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte. Friendly and welcoming staff at check-in that explained where the room and facilities were located. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to wind down from sightseeing. Wi-Fi was not available in my room during my time of stay due to an issue with the internet provider - this can be a downside to those who rely on WiFi. It was available in the lobby area. Towels didn't smell fresh/clean, had a bit of a musty odor. Room was overall clean but design felt a bit dated.

Our stay was a little disappointing. The room was dated. There was a large hole in the shower wall patched up with duct tape. A lot of noise from the room above that began every morning at 5. Wifi went out for a day. No housekeeping. We left a day early.

Overall great. Bring a mattress topper for hideaway bed. Also I brought own blanket, bring extra blankets if you need hideaway bed. It can get chilly.

Nice place. I don't have any real complaints besides noise at times, but that's not really the fault of the hotel. The location was ideal for several local trails, a Thai massage place, and some decent places to eat. The scenery around the inn was pretty spectacular

There were no grab bars in the shower. The bed pillows were lumpy. One of the lamps on the end table closest to the sliding glass door didnt work. You couldn't turn the air down below 72 at night. The TV was awkward to watch due to it's location. And the nighttime desk clerk was very brusque and a little rude. The towels were nice. The little kitchenette was good. It was nice having a full sized refrigerator. The daytime clerk was nice.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the comfort, price, service, nearby services and attractions, cleanliness. I did not like that the hot tub was so small and always crowded. We were hoping to relax in it after hiking, but there was never room for us when we were there.

Nice little oasis close to Sedona and other interesting spots. Great value for the price. We were disappointed to not have a balcony with view on Bell Rock but the two levels room was comfy and everything was provided in the mini kitchen. Free washing, two pools and the ability to extend our stay was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel is a hidden gem. With the cost of other hotels in the area, this one was almost to good to be true. We were actually worried but it had over 4 stars so we went for it. The bed was comfortable. It has a small kitchen, a table with 2 chairs and a sofa. There were pools and a hot tub and it had a fitness center. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect for visiting all of the beauty Sedona has to offer. The property has great curb appeal. Checkin was easy and staff friendly. No elevator which was bad for my disability. The room was labeled as nonsmoking but it smelled like an old barroom. The carpet was old and gummy. Room needed refreshing. But on the positive, the kitchen area was nice with a coffee pot and toaster. Towels plush. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it.

Old and out dated decor. I had to kill mosquitoes when I fist got in the room. Unmatched tub fixtures that needed fixing. The handle was so loose It fell off. No set screw in the handle.base molding was missing the grout. No USB ports. I think I was put in a room that hadn't been used for as while. Youd think they would put you in room that was in a better location if they weren't sold out. No such thing.

First off, the views from the hotel are spectacular! This was our first time to Sedona, and staying outside the main town area (5 min drive into downtown Sedona) was such a great choice. The staff at Bell Rock Inn were AMAZING, so friendly and respectful. The pools are really nice, the kids really loved how warm the water was. We loved the fully stocked kitchen in our room, and the gas barbecue available for guests! We loved the stay so much, we ended up booking one extra night. When we booked, there was one tiny mixup where we had to move rooms due to scheduled maintenance in our first room. The hotel said they would move over all our grocery items to the new room, but when we arrived back from our excursion that day, the items were in the wrong room. Not a major problem, but the staff treated us with the utmost professionalism in correcting the mixup. They were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to remedy the situation for us. 10/10 experience, we will absolutely be staying at Bell Rock Inn again in the future!!! As my partner said, “this place is a thousand times better than any resort I have been to in Mexico, Dominican, or Jamaica”.

I loved this property. The room was more than we could have expected! Large, roomy, clean, and nice kitchen area. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 3 bath until due to my difficulty with stairs. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Been going to the Bell Rock Inn for the past 16 yrs & never had any regrets thus my husband & I return. The grounds have always been kept clean as well as the rooms, never had a regret. We recommend the place to all our family & friends. Might sound corny but its our home away from home.....very cozy place. Close to hiking trails, restaurants & market
