The facility needs some love!!!! Air conditioner hummed all night (terrible sleep) bed uncomfortable, And there were a couple cockroaches in our luggage. NOT GOOD!

My stay was great. They only complaint i honestly have is the shower temperature, either it was very hot or cold no warm water what so ever. Other than that everything was great.

The room we were assigned was not even cleaned. Bed sheets were not made, etc. The heater fan was so noisy that bothered to sleep. Maybe it's too old.

Property shabby. It took me 24 hours begging for hair dryer. Kept getting excuses. Finally, I was given a hair dryer. Some of the lighting in room broken and not working Bathtub needs glazing..chipped and stained. Poor insulation from upstairs unit so their loud footsteps kept me away a lot. Would not recommend this property to anyone until it gets necessary upgrade.

I read a lot of complainings so I was expecting something really bad, but it wasn't like that. I went to a tennis tournament so I spent a lot of time out the hotel and went to sleep so it was a good place just to sleep and take a shower if your looking for cheap prices.

My son and I were looking for a place to stay for one night while attending the USTA Paribas Open in Indian Wells. We decided to make the trip last minute, and all of the hotels near the Open were either sold out or WAY overpriced (i.e. over $200/night for Motel 6 and $400-$500/night for Hampton Inn, etc.) The Roadway Inn had rooms for $140/night and it was only 15 minutes away from Indian Wells. We decided to give it a try, and with it being rated 2 stars we weren't sure what to expect. It was better than expected. Yes, it isn't fancy and doesn't include breakfast, but if you are just looking for a decent, inexpensive place to stay for a night or 2, it is fine. The beds were comfortable, check in/check out was easy, the hotel was quiet, A/C was good, shower water pressure was great, and we had no issues. The rooms are very basic and could use a little better cleaning, but we weren't expecting the Ritz Carlton for the price. If we go to the Open next year, we would definitely consider staying here again!

How this motel received a 7 rating is beyond me. Couldn’t sleep with the constant jet of an AC unit taking off, it was either freezing or hot wouldn’t adjust at all.

Convenient to Palm Spring. Next to a Truck Stop and noisy highway. Bath towels were so thin...like what you wash the car with. Room size was great. I think since we booked with Expedia they put us back by the highway

I wish there was a blow dryer in the room. The morning staff was rude when we checked out. I burned my hand with the coffee and he was only concerned that I spilled the coffee and could care less that I burned my hand.
