Corner room with a view of the parking / driving lane shouldn’t have been the same price as the Mountain View. Only real complaint was the massive amount of young (10 and under) soccer teams running the halls and stairways.

This place is way overrated! Thankfully I only booked one night so I could find other accommodations for the rest of my trip. This place is old and has had a paint job so don't let the photos fool you. Beds are terrible! Lump in the center and slide of each side kinda beds, they are very low to the ground and unsupported. I tried both of them. You can hear everything in adjoining rooms and hallway. I could hear every conversation walking down the hallway. Light comes through the doors (zero insulation). Also, you could hear the valet entrance and staff all night long! The only good thing about this place is you can walk 10min to the ski resort to find decent restaurants. I would not recommend, plenty of much better options in the area. Also, they charge an extra fee for valet parking which makes it less affordable than other places in the area.

I have been staying at the Pines Lodge annually for over a decade - the
Physical plant is .still nice BUT the sense of luxury and comfort has GONE. Poor service at front desk and bellman - are they trained??? Rooms not cleaned every day??? Coffee machine in room did
Not work. Water not replaced. Hot water barely warm.

Heated pool was amazing. Hot tub was hot and clean. Highly recommend stay.

Very nice property with outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Very quiet.

Stay was great, as always. We love The Pines Lodge!
4.6
The restaurant is outstanding, both the food and the service.

Lovely location! Beautiful, quiet, clean!

The facility was showing its age.
4.6
Amazing view, room, hot tub, pool and service 5/5!!!
4.6
Coffee bar was available near the elevator on our floor so we didn’t need to go the Lobby. However, there wasn’t a dining option in the hotel that was open for breakfast and lunch so that was inconvenient.
4.6
It was a close walk to town, pool and hot tub were great and everyone was friendly.
4.6
Nice property but be aware of lots of hidden fees resort ($50) and required valet parking fee ($35) - cost compare with other Beaver Creek properties accordingly!

Beautiful views and heated pool

The Pines Lodge is beautifully situated in Beaver Creek with excellent village transportation. The staff is kind, thoughtful, professional and very responsive to guests of all ages. The onsite restaurant, Grouse Mountain Grille, is one of the best in the Vail Valley!

We called to say we would be arriving late and told they are staffed all night but when we got there in the middle of the night, was no staff to be found. No room refreshing when you’ve booked a two night stay and we would have liked the in-room coffee supplies to be refreshed. Would have liked to have a cocktail in the evening but bar closed at nine-thirty.
On the good side, people in reception were friendly and helpful.

We spent extra and booked a corner room hoping for a beautiful view of the mountains but instead looked over the pool and roof top. Our room was also not in the best condition with many cosmetic flaws.
The lodge itself is beautiful and the staff are excellent. We are only disappointed in our room type for the price we paid.

Great place to stay in Beaver Creek

The room and space around the hotel was perfect! The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the path to get to the rest of Beaver Creek. It was a maintenance road that often got muddy, making it hard to walk without hiking shoes. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

I booked a 2-room suite for a wedding and couldn’t have been more impressed with the hotel. Great view for those suites, clean and spacious, comfortable, and attentive valet and other staff. There was no trouble with a late-evening checkin. I highly recommend this hotel for a Summer visit!

Very nice hotel.

The Pines Lodge is a gorgeous property. The staff is friendly, professional and makes us feel at home. The restaurant offers a varied menu and is truly a dining experience. Our dog is traveling with us and she is receiving the VIP treatment. We will be returning soon.

We are both in our mid seventies with medical problems. Ease of access to all facilities is impt., and this property requires either a lot of walking or driving, but of which we did not want to do.

Very nice comfortable property.

Nice property. Great staff!

This hotel was so quiet and peaceful and perched above other hotels in a very beautiful setting. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to store our bikes in the hotel and access them as needed. The view from our room was awesome and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This property is a hidden gem. The property is very charming and the service was excellent. It’s walkable distance to the lifts, shopping and restaurants. Also, you can request a shuttle at any time if you don’t feel like walking. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back next year

Beautiful and good location inside the beaver creek resort. The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, love the coffee ( so good and tasty) every morning is served in each floor of the hotel, the restaurant is fancy and the food really good but a little expensive. Definitely I'll come back!

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable nice sized room.

Disappointing!!!
Booked their Deluxe room which show Mountain View’s in the images BUT got a room overlooking a car park. Upon requesting a room change was told to get a better view would need to downgrade the room but unfortunately non where available. Room itself was clean and comfortable BUT don’t expect hot water after 7pm. Onto breakfast OMG, we have had better at a ‘Quality inn’ on the highway, it’s somewhat unbelievable to think a resort / hotel that is 4* deliveries a breakfast such as this. Also to top breakfast off it’s zero service I mean zero! Then upon paying you are expected to tip “for what” Hotel has no coffee facilities in reception or anywhere come to mention it, there was some coffee canisters on our floor ONE morning but empty. So we went to Walmart and bought a kettle and milk…. Now for the Pros, staff -valet- reception super helpful and polite and hotel was clean and it Snowed while there, That concludes the Pros.

Not worth the money!

In my 22 years of traveling domestically and internationally, I have never written a negative review. This will be my first and, hopefully, the last one.
I did like this about the resort.
Our condo was extremely comfortable and warm.
Fast Wi-Fi.
Comfortable beds and a large primary bathroom.
Negatives:
The Valet staff was indifferent and aloof.
Unfortunately, both elevators malfunctioned on our last day. Brandon who was the only employee working the front desk and valet department was extremely helpful. He provided excellent customer service.
The resort's location is very close to Beaver Creek village, which can be walked within 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, the ski way used to walk to the village has a poorly maintained area where you are sure to slip and fall. If you are an older visitor, please take great care. The area of concern is where the Interwine-Lower meets up with the Stacker-Lower.
I was forced to stay an extra night because of a Snowstorm on March 14, 2024. I was charged $1,900 for an additional night. I have two small children and did not want to take a chance on the I-70 highway. Consequently, I decided to stay an extra night. This price is ridiculous and is the epitome of price gouging.
I will never return to this Resort.

Loved the location, a little hike is needed for ski out, but is perfect for ski in. Will stay again.
