I’ll start off with saying the staff was fine. And our room itself wasn’t terribly bad. With that being said, that’s where the good ended. Anywhere in or around the hotel had little to no reception. The first night there we couldn’t even get the TV to work. And the WiFi was non existent and we tried them all. But the most disheartening and frustrating is that NONE of the amenities were usable and it was not disclosed anywhere nor did the staff tell me before they took y card and charged my stay. No pool, no direct access to the beach couldn’t use the grills bc the grass hadn’t been cut and was almost shin deep. The kids were devastated bc they wanted to be able to hang out at the pool when they weren’t down on the beach. I also plan on contacting corporate to file a complaint there as well. This was completely unacceptable.

Very much enjoyed this hotel. It’s older but clean and the location can’t be beat. The pool is under renovation but with being steps from the ocean we didn’t mind. Was able to walk across the street and have two breakfast shops plus a 711 right there. The parking situation was great! It’s a no frills unique place but the pricing is was excellent. We will def be back!

I think it should be stated when things are down or not working on site beforehand. No ice machine, nowhere did it say pool was being remodled. No towls were in room prior to asking for them. Not enough parking spots for guests, had to park adjacent to lot with risk of being towed due to no spots on property.

Pool is getting redone, but we were unaware when making the reservation for our stay. Room was nice, shower head leaked but was amazing feeling. A/C was niceeeee kept the room super cold.

Perfect location right on the beach itself. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. It’s an older place and restroom is a little used up but clean. Beautifully looking room has its style which I appreciated a lot. Stuff was friendly, accommodating and made me feel welcomed

This unique hotel has pros & cons. Pros: very clean, clean sheets and towels, reasonably comfortable and clean king bed, nice little refrigerator with a freezer. Good place for a one night stay. Cons: bathroom vanity too high; window curtain does nothing to keep out the exterior lighting; poor water pressure in shower.

Easy access to the beach, and the room was nice enough. However the lights outside the rooms come on at dark with no way to turn off from inside the room. They are extremely bright and even with the shade closed it is too bright to sleep in the room. Also the room was never cleaned during our stay. With it being located right next to the beach the floors became so sandy by the 2nd day that I went and got a broom from the store to clean it myself. Also the pool is closed for construction and this was not noted in the listing. I would stay here again but only if there were no other options in the area.

This is an old motel. That said it’s right on the beach, the proprietor lady was very nice and everything worked in my room. It’s basic accommodation and they are recovering from the storm damage. I stayed for the Daytona 24 and would stay again.

Property is shown with pool at ocean front. This is why we booked. Upon arrival pool was totally torn out. Called Travelocity about this they said they are not responsible well I feel they have some responsibility about this and asked for compensation. They refused. False advertising and lack of customer service on travelocity

I was pleasantly surprised. Property was clean, on the beach, grounds decor was very nice. Room was super cute, updated, bed was very comfortable. We will be back!!

The room was very clean which was great. The door to get to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close. Almost impossibile. Theyre definitely still recovering from the damages from the bad storm. They should not advertise the pool because they do not have one. The spot is very convenient and the staff was very nice!
