Close to the exit but the room was quiet for sleeping. We were able to walk to a nearby bar/restaurant which was great.

This is really just a roadside motel that bought into the Wyndham franchise. Front desk person was friendly and polite. Room was clean for the most part and mattress was firm. Towels were thin and had stains. Common areas like staircase had horribly dirty and tired carpeting. The breakfast area is small and the included breakfast was poorly layed out. Felt the room rate was too high for this property. Not a good value.

Ok for the price. But it was not very clean - carpet was pretty gross, stains on the sheets, bugs on the floor. Continental breakfast was not anything to get excited about and it did not seem very clean in the lobby either so I was hesitant to take anything. Staff was nice and helpful.

We arrived near midnight. The front desk worker was kind and accomodating. I made our reservation for the wrong date and he changed it for us upon check-in. The room smelled very strongly of mildew. We all woke up with sore throats and stuffy sinuses. As we began to get ready, cockroaches were coming out from behind the light shade around the mirror in the bathroom. When I opened the door ro leave, there was an adult cockroach climbing up the outside of the room door which I killed with my flip flop. I didn't notify staff because they were kind enough to change my reservation, but I will never stay there again and I caution visitors about these issues.

I stayed there for about 6 months working in pooler. Overall it was an ok stay and the staff was friendly. Though i would probably not stay there if i was just visiting the savannah area. Most of the double queen rooms we stayed in had a musty smell. The double queen suits did not have the musty smell so we booked those when they were available. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortably but the carpets were questionable. Bathrooms were clean just a little beat up in areas same as the rooms. Some of the rooms the air conditioner didn't work well. They struggled to cool the room in the hot summer days especially on the second floor. Sometimes house keeping would turn the temperature up in the middle of the day which made for a hot room after working in the heat all day, definitely not good. Also they don't run the AC in the hallway on the second floor so you can imagine what that feels like. Probably didn't help with the air conditioner issues in the rooms either. Obviously there are a lot of construction works staying there. I was one of them but towards the end of our stay i caught multiple people going peeing behind the dumpster in the parking lot. Instead of just going back inside to use the restroom. Oh and the free breakfast, just skip it if you don't like bread, cereal or waffles. That was literally all it was. So needless to say i skiped it. So as the title says take this for what it is.

Very dated towels stiff like sand paper
Continental breakfast no so good .

Clean hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. Bare minimum breakfast and wouldn’t allow us to eat before 6 even though we left for work before then

It was OK. This seems to be an older hotel. It could use some repairs and updates.

Easy check in. Nice clean room, friendly employees.

A little noisy with air traffic and other guests.

There was no internet, no TV, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was awful and there was to be no smoking but the entire floor smelled like weed and smoke.

The room smelt like mildew, hair was on both beds also the sheets had stains on them. There was hair on the bathroom walls and tub and a roach in the tub. We had no Wi-Fi so there was no tv. The continental breakfast was nonexistent and the room looked nothing like it was advertised and the chair in room 234 is filty! I didn't want to sit in it!

Walking in it felt like a cheap motel and personnel were not friendly. They still have their covid-19 plexiglass up which made the hotel look less than inviting. There was a list of people they would no longer allow to book rooms within my sight and a list of people who have criminally trespassed on the property. I did not feel safe here, I asked to get moved to the second floor and the staff refused to move me even though I had not been into the room other than to inspect it. There are only two floors and the first floor has sliding locking windows. Upon returning to my hotel after getting some dinner, there were two people hanging around outside my window smoking which just made the whole experience more miserable. Definitely better hotels in the area.

The room smelled mildewy and musty. Every other Microtel I've stayed at has had automatic doors and this one didn't - difficult to open doors with lots of stuff in your hands. Finally, I did online checking expecting to just pick up my key, but had to do check in anyway - what's the point?

It didn't have an elevator. That's not the problem!!!!!

The breakfast area was small and the only hot item was the waffle maker machine. The room had mildew on the curtains. There was trash from previous guests under the beds including a rotten chicken nugget. The pullout couch had stains all over it.

I asked for sheets to put on the sleeper sofa. The desk attendant couldn't find them. He gave me sheets that were huge. No blanket ir other cover for the bed. Yes, i asked. He was about to offer nothing, but i said give me what you have. The sheets for the sleeper sofa ahould have been in the room.
I also asked for face towels. He gave me hand towels. I corrected him and informed him that they were hand towels.
Other than that, the stay was ok.

One person who called was super nice and checked me in since my flight came in late. But the person who was there to check me in was kind of snappy and rude. The facilities were nice and clean, it was just that one person.

The day shift was nice but the lady on duty at 12:30am check in keep insisting that we take a room on the 2nd floor. The building had no elevator. Im disabled & have to use a walker & cannot do stairs d/t to needing bilateral knee replacement. My sister is disabled and cannot do stairs d/t lower back injury & surgery. It took one hour before the lady would give us the 1st floor room we requested when the reservation was made. I will not be staying at this lo ation again!

It did smell like mildew, that's my only complaint, everything else was fine

1st room AC was broken. Was given a key to a different room on the second floor. AC was non existent on the second floor. AC in second room was not working. Finally 3rd room had working AC. It’s July in Savanna GA. How there was no AC on the 2nd floor (hallway) and multiple rooms with no working AC and them expecting people to stay in those hot boxes is beyond me. The woman at the counter was wonderful helping us and I know it’s not something she could have fixed or done much except find us a room we could actually stay in.

The stay was pretty good. Everything was fine besides a slight smell when first getting into the room. But all in all decent stay for the type of hotel it was. And it has a lot of restaurants and gas stations right next to it that makes it also a great stay! And the place has a pool!

Not a welcoming atmosphere by old protocols Covid decoration with no sanitation. AC issues room smelled mildew.

You get what you pay for. The Microtel was our cheapest option. Room was nice and clean but there were several electrical issues and the towels were not very nice. TV picture quality left a lot to be desired.

There was no elevator, which was not expected when our room was on the 2nd floor. "Do not Disturb" signs were not provided during our 3 night stay. One morning an employee was continuously knocking on the room door at 8:30am , while I'm in the shower and my wife is yelling to him that we're fine and don't need anything. I had to get out of the shower to speak face to face with the man only to have him quickly walk away. Towels were replaced in the room without permission. I shouldn't have to worry my valuables are at risk from employees after locking my hotel door behind me.

Carpet inside of the room was dirty. Leaving our feet black at the bottom. But other than that it was a nice stay

Convenient and clean
