I stayed here and paid a 100 dollar deposit at the hotel. After some time, I called in regards to my deposit. I was told twice that my refund was coming and it never happened. I disputed the charge with my bank and they sent back it was for the room when I booked through Hotels.com. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We were there seven days, no housekeeping until 7th day, no blanket on bed. Had kitchen, no kitchen stuff provided, not even coffee maker. All had to be "ordered" at front desk, apparently for a fee. Was charged a deposit that we had not been informed of. Room had to be checked before checkout. Stayed at other extended stays and never had these issues. Very small room. Not very comfortable for any length of time, sleep service at front desk.

We called for one hour until someone finally came out to check us in. The air condition is broke so no cold air, only heat during summer time. Not clean and the area was bad.

I showed up early in the morning and was denied access to the property after they told me I was 15 minutes too late in order to have my room. There were signs posted in the parking lot not permitting guests to park there because of asphalt work that would continue. Despite discussions with the front desk and a 1- 800 number me and my son were not able to gain access and ended up sleeping in a car as all other hotels in the area had been fully booked. Not only did this hotel deny my reservation it canceled the next two nights forcing me to find alternate options in anotherwise Very busy weekend. The front desk and everyone involved was entirely unhelpful and people were lounging around the outside of the hotel early in the morning. I could not in good conscience recommend this property to anyone avoid at all

You probably don’t want my review but I’m going to give it anyways. We came down there for my son who plays baseball. I called the hotel to let them know we will be checking in late and they said that’s perfectly fine I even said around the time we would be there. We get to the hotel and they gave away my room it was 12:30 in the morning and I had no room to put my child so he could get sleep.

My room smelled like dogs. The water didnt get hot. There was no breakfast, which is why I chose this hotel for the free breakfast, which there was none. I should be compensated for not being able easy free.

The room I stayed in had a really bad odor. Almost like burnt on grease. The staff was no where to be found and the lack of attention to the customers was a problem.

The room was spacious, but the walls were very thin. We heard lots of shouting and fighting in neighboring rooms and stomping and very loud noises on the floor above (and all around). Upon checkin, I was told if I needed fresh towels, to bring them down to the front desk and they would exchange for me. After our all day lacrosse tournament, we all wanted showers so we brought our towels to the desk to exchange, where K was informed that j would have to wait for them to wash and dry them and get them back to us, which would take 2 hours. It was late and we had to leave early the next morning, so we were stuck reusing wet towels. Also, they advertise free breakfast, but all they have is granola bars and coffee, which is NOT breakfast.

After check in, we tried to use fhe bathroom where we found that "dirty towel" was given to us. When we asked for a replacement from the front office, we were told that the hotel would not provide a spare of any clean towel. This a horrible experience staying in a hotel that provides you with a dirty towel. We checked out in the next day although our reservation was for three night. We only expect that we will get a refund for the remaining two nights that has not used.

The room was very clean and in good condition…on the inside. Upon arriving, I was almost poked in the eye by low-hanging branches, or which the tree. Branches had torn the window screen next to it. I almost stumbled over uneven sidewalk, and observed 2’ high tall weeks growing in the landscape along with weeds in the big flower pots by the front entrance. The window had not been cleaned in several years on the outside. General maintainance on the outside was lacking.

Room was gross. Switched our original room because the door was left open & the room was left dirty (no clean towels or toilet paper) went to a different room and it was super dirty. We tolerated it but will never be staying here again. It was gross.

The whole place was smelly and just didn't feel clean. The "breakfast" was coffee with no available cups, and some granola bars". The cost was cheap and so was the experience.

They had no extra towels. None!!!! Shower leaked water all over floor every time you took a shower d/t shower head being broken and a stream continuously spraying the floor. Treadmill was broken so I walked around the area, it is safe and quite. A lot of dining choices. I will say the rooms are huge, kitchenette is nice. Staff wasn't great either, other than a house keeper that got me a hand towel to dry off with. On a personal call during some of my check in. This place has potential to be great...... but needs a polishing

The outside of the building looked run down. We remained hopeful about the room. Nope, the room was as dingy as the building. It was not dirty just old and used up. On the bright side there were no bugs to be found and the staff was friendly and helpful.

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, NASTY! Front doors looked like they were cleaned with dirty towels, smeared and gross. Elevator broke. Room smelled like vomit. I booked two rooms so our friends would be close by. Verified rooms twice were close. Ended up on different floors. Our rooms had sticky floors, screens hanging in shreds, the smell of one room was like vomit. I was given eye rolls and attitude when trying to get our friends out of vomit room. I asked for maid service, again, eye roll. Race weekend and area was booked so we bought cleaning supplies so we would not stick to floors and had clean bathrooms. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE CLEANING, guessing they do not change mop water or supplies until end of shift? Furniture looks like it has been picked out of garbage. It did have a nice painting on the wall. 😒

I wouldn’t recommend a family to stay at the hotel. There were some shady activity going on in the area and after 9pm there was no one at the front counter. Somebody kept the side door open with sticks so people without keys could access the property.

Front desk employees were very nice and respectful… the room however, had bugs crawling on the walls. The sheets were old and iron was broken … the bed skirt looked like someone wrapped a dead body in it. And the breakfast was trash. Watery coffee and a granola bar if your lucky

We selected this hotel because it was close to the hospital and previous experiences at this name plate. Cleanliness needs improvement. Advertised as including breakfast. Welcome letter that came the day after checkout stated grab and go breakfast (see attached picture). How do you grab and go a bag of instant oatmeal? Afternoon desk clerk was not very helpful. Seemed her only concern was the $100 security deposit. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaned better. Hair all over the bath area. Kitchen offered nothing but refrigerator, microwave and cook top. No coffee maker or essentials for eating. Set a bad example for other Extended Stay America properties. Would not stay again and will have second thoughts about any other Extended Stay in the furure.

Our experience at this hotel was less than stellar. We were on the north side of town for a baseball tournament and wanted to cut out travel time. The hotel had a smell that lingered, on everything. Things in the room were sticky, non-functioning and falling apart. Customer service was not great. We ended up checking out a night early and had to wash everything when we got home.
