Very very nice room. Front desk clerk was beyond kind and nice to chat with. Both hot and cold breakfast options were available.

It was clean and much needed from being on the road all day.

The front desk staff was so accommodating the hotel rooms are absolutely modern luxury clean unbelievable. The breakfast attendant in the morning this man I don't know his name but he was absolutely amazing smiled all the time helpful said good morning the ladies at the front desk last in the evening were amazing in the morning amazing I had a leg injury and they help me bring my luggage out put me in handicap room accommodated me and they are amazing I would stay there again and again I actually am thinking now becoming a Hilton rewards member for this purpose only because they have really changed my mind and amazingly feel wonderful and the cleanliness of this property was amazing the beds were amazing the sheets towels the products in the room were absolutely amazing.

Quiet, no attempt at recycling

Easy access from the interstate with multiple dining choices and stores around to re-stock for road trips. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Front desk was absolutely the best! Any and all questions were answered. Helped us with directions to places were were looking for.

This hotel never disappoints. Easy off-and back-on the interstate. Good facility and friendly staff. Varied eating choices within a few minutes walking. Our preference is Primo's for Italian food - excellent.

Quick check-in (keys were ready from my online booking). Hot (hot) water available at coffee bar at 4PM. Zippy elevator. Renewed carpet in halls; room was also lovely. The adjacent mall has a fabulous Italian restaurant; there are also more-casual options within walking distance. Getting out to the interstate was a matter of 3 minutes in the AM, but the rooms were quiet. Just a super comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel

This hotel has become our main stay in the Yukon area. We have family in the area, and normally travel a few times a year to visit. This Hampton Inn is very clean, the staff are so kind and service oriented. The rates are reasonable, and the location is great for eating establishments and shopping nearby.

The staff at front desk were more than helpful, very friendly. The rooms on the Highway side were a bit noisy. Enjoyed my stay.

I would give a 12! One of the best hotel in a long time! Been to several hotels but this one, I definitely would go back again. Highly recommended to everyone. Full breakfast self served way better than other others simple and boring breakfasts.

Went for Halloween to treat myself and relax. Not only were they super nice at check in but when I got to my room, they even left goodie bags! I collect rubber ducks and they even included one I can add to my collection. Super happy with the stay.

Have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years. Always clean! Always personnable staff! Always comfortable! What else do you need!

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and quiet.

Due to our special circumstances, Stacy from Hampton Inn and Concepion from hotels.com, was able to help us out to get our stay changed and we were able to get checked in and had a great evening to spend for fall break with our daughter. (Indoor pool was very cold, but still enjoyable) the breakfast was hands down one of my fav parts of the stay. The beds were so comfy and helped me to relax and drift off to dreamland. Like any hotel the walls were thinner but it wasnt to bad, I'd suggest getting some type of silencers on doors so they dont slam and vibrate other rooms. I will def be back and let others know how great it is if they are needing a nicer place to stay.

The property was well maintained, clean and orderly
