Nice, clean, affordable place. Minimal to nothing in surrounding area and a bit far from tourist areas in Paris, but very convenient to get to the airport (CDG).

We found out after checking in that Bagnolet was a bit far from Paris, but we were able to stay there without any problems. Even if it was our first time, we felt very reassured because it was so noticeable when we got off at Paris North Station on Line 5 and Line 3. Although Subway Line 3 was very old, it ran frequently and the information center and ticket box in the station issued the necessary transportation tickets. In other words, it is an easy place to travel, especially for first-time visitors. The Paris city map and water purifier at the reception were really nice. Housekeeping may be late sometimes because there are many rooms, but it was clean without any problems. The restaurant and bar on the first floor looked very comfortable. The ventilation fan runs every day from 10 AM to 10 PM for ventilation, and although it is noisy, it is very quiet when the fan is turned off. The reception was very clear and kind in providing information about the ventilation fan operation time, how to operate the heater, changing towels, and storing luggage. I really liked it.

Great budget alternative for visiting Paris for a couple of days. Clean and friendly, but the neighborhood is a bit shoddy. Easy access to the Metro right outside the door.

Checking in was easy and quick and Fanny spoke very good English and was friendly and accommodating.
I arrived by car and mistakenly parked in the shopping centre initially, resulting in me wasting €3. You want Parking Indigo Bagnolet Porte De Bagnolet, which is the middle entry route and costs nearly €11 for 24h -- look at the signs on entry. Getting to and from the car to the hotel is confusing and there is no lift so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs and across the car park and through the shopping centre initially (entry code given later). It feels unsafe although it is surrounded with cameras.
The area near the hotel is run down but has the convenience of being next to a small shopping centre with various food outlets to choose from. Also you are only a few steps away from transport links and can easily get to the centre of Paris on the metro in less than half an hour.
The room itself was disappointing and didn't look like in the pictures. It was small, dull and the design outdated. It had no USB plugs for charging. The carpet was old and ripped and the bathtub had a scaling on the bottom so I didn't even want to use it in that state. The beds were clean and the bathroom sink and toilet were in good condition. I mentioned these points to the staff and they offered to change the room but noted that other rooms might be similar to the one I had so I decided to put up with it since I only had one more night to stay.

A room that is close to the station.

The staff were friendly and the room clean with good facilities. The hotel is located just far out enough from the centre to be relatively quiet, but close enough by metro (the nearest station is just outside the hotel entrance). The restaurant facilities are also to a good standard and convenient. I would stay here again.

Very good location for travel around Paris with public transportation.

The hotel was clean with good facilities and the staff was very helpful, even allowing us an early check-in. It is located at the border of Paris but is well-connected with a metro and bus station right outside, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there is a shopping center next to the hotel.

The staff overall were helpful and nice. The breakfast on one side is very nice; however the “tour group” side is nasty. Do not let the lady at the front push you in with the tour group. We were directed to that side and it really was not worth what I paid for the breakfast. I attempted to get the desk to fix the problem, but I had to catch a train….no refund for the breakfast ever came through on my bank card.

This hotel might be underrated, based on our experience.
Spent 6 nights here, was impressed by the hotel manager, who has shown high customer oriented skillls.
The rooms are modest, maybe some upgrades required for the carpet, but it's clean. Although the hotel is in a high traffic area, there is an extra sound proof window which makes the room quiet. (At least 630 and 605 😀) you can hear more from inside the hotel than the cars.
It is located just 50meters from Gallieni metro station stairs, which offers a 20-40min trip to major central points. From the metro entrance you can buy a 10trips card for 17eur (2024 april).
Auchan supermarket, McDonalds, drugstore and the parking lot are a few steps away.
The personnel is polite and willing to help. They arranged a breakfast box for our friends, who checked out at 6.30 am. The breakfast has enough options, for its price.

Spent 6 nights, the location is just nearby Gallieni metro, around 20-30min away from central points.
Was impressed by the hotel manager who proved that is a customer oriented person.
The rooms are modest, but clean. Even though this hotel is in a high traffic area, the building has an extra layer of window isolation, which makes it quiet.
The personnel is polite and helpful. They arranged a breakfast box when our friends checked out at 6.30am.

very bad room, weird stains on the carpet floor. Shower has no curtain so bathrrom floods easy, and there is a sign in the bathroom asking guests to not flood the bathroom.
Only good thing is that the hotel is located steps away from a metro station.

Location is horrible to drop off your luggage since the main Entrance access , you need to climb a stairs and a very busy street.
If you will carry big and heavy luggage, not a good hotel.
Arrived early hoping we can check in earlier than 3:00 pm but was ask to come back, when we came back at 3:00 , the front desk gave us the run around and waited 45 minutes. The front desk can’t even speak proper English. Horrible customer service.
Wont come back here

Honestly, this booking was ‘necessary’ because most of the other mid-range hotels were fully booked even 3-4 months in advance… This hotel is one of the worst I’ve been to in Europe so far, heres why:
Cons:
1. Rooms look like a standard 2 star motel with bed coverings that has stains and hair on them as well as the carpet around the room
2. Bathroom looks a hostel shared bathroom and been through some rough times with calcium/mold/stains on the tiles, bath tub is too high to climb in without any shower curtains of any kind to catch the water (only has a half board white plastic barrier to keep the water in and rest is open)
3. Bathroom sink looks older with the drain clogged throughout and bathroom tiles the same stained disgusting thing
4. Room walls/door is like cardboard, you can hear Everything from the room next door to the hallway
**5. This might be my bad luck but I was on the floor with bunch of teenager/kids playing some games in the hallway and knocking constantly up to 2am at night, every night… F%#king horrible and no hot water for the entire day for entire hotel..**
Pros:
1. Hotel Breakfast is decent
2. Hotel is right there next to Gallieni Station
Avoid at all cost when you can and most of the ‘positive reviews’ here.. take it with a grain of salt.
Also if you do book, to find this place, don’t go inside the shopping mall, from Gallieni metro, walk straight into the white building and the entrance is right next to the McDonalds on the outside.

The carpet in the room was dirty, the first night we didn't had any hot water and the kettle wasn't working at all.
The good thing was the location of the hotel very convenient to take the metro and reach Paris in no time. The shopping center was also very convenient.

The carpet was unclean. The bathtub had some issues. There was noise at night so couldn’t sleep well. However, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

My friend and I had a great stay at this hotel. Even though bedrooms were small, beds were comfy and we prepurchased breakfast, it was pretty good comprehension buffet, well worth the money. Initially we had an extra charge to the room charges, but it was quickly resolved and to our satisfaction. Thanks for a clean and comfortable room. We would stay here again if we are back in Paris.

The property is conveniently located at a train station, which was great as we were carrying a fair bit of luggage. However, I was disappointed at being charged more tourist tax than we’d expected. As for the room, it was bland and basic. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable, nor were the pillows. The toilet clogged easily and the shower screen was unsatisfactory, causing the bathroom to flood after each use. The staff however were helpful in the event that we needed anything during our stay.

The hotel is situated through a car parking , we drove 1 hour trying to get to it, we could see it but there was no road only a bridge next to it, we had to enter a parking lot which we did but where we had to press a button on an entry phone saying campanile hotel , the entry phone was broken so we couldn’t speak to anybody to help us , we had a very hard time and at the end we had to go and give up our booking and book elsewhere , I appreciate it was a non refundable booking but surely as we struggled trying to get to the hotel we should be able to get a refund or a free night elsewhere, it was no fault of mine but the hotel.
I am furious , it never happened before and I had to pay another night in another hotel.
NOT FAIR

They took €30 from me just because of an adapter while giving me no receipt of the payment.
They said, “Give us the adapter back when u leave the Hotel, and we will give your €30 back.” During the check out time, when I asked them about the money, they replied “show us the receipt”. They talked about their hotel policy and blah blah that really made me annoyed as I was about to miss my flight to London. The Manager took my number and email address ensuring that he will let me know what he can do for me. And unfortunately, he did nothing for me despite taking my contact details. Besides, they had no room service, which is not good at all with the price they usually take.

The hotel is just outside a metro station, but in a not so nice part of town. It is right next to a shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy and several dinning options, including a McDonalds. It was very convenient as base for our Paris travels, but did not like the area outside. Would probably choose a different location in the future.

I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together.
I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers.
Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that.
Never again.
