Very nice and helpful staff. Close to shopping area and restaurants.

I did the reservation for one room with two queen beds and when I got to the hotel they did not have my room. Apparently a room with two queen beds does not exist in their hotel. I had to find another hotel at 10pm.

We were in Alpharetta for a week in June and picked this hotel for its pool and breakfast options. The pool was unusable full of green algae and dirt. It had not been inspected since 2023 but website did not indicate this at all. The pullout couch mattress was heavily stained and unusable. Breakfast consisted of coffee and nutrigrain bars with some instant oatmeal. Very deceptive description on website. I requested to check out with refund for unused days and was told I would not get refund so we finished out our stay

The smell of curry in the room was overpowering. The room was old and dirty with hair stuck on the bathroom wall, and the toilet that did not flush properly. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had ever. I ended up checking out 2 days early and getting a different hotel at my own cost. Truly disgusting.

Went through 3 rooms as soon as i got there. The rooms had an aweful smell, dirty rugs and floor, roaches, rotted wood in the bathroom and the stove top barely worked. The pool isnt usable and hadnt been for 2 years according to other extended stay people. The check in counter staff was not that hospitable. The breakfast is muffins or granola bars that are individually packed. Not what i expected for sure.

I specifically wanted a pool and they have one but it has not been approved by the county. I chose this place because they said it had a pool. I even took a picture. I checked in and the front desk person told me the pool was not opened. I brought my 7 year old who was extremely disappointed. This is false advertising. The room is dirty and outdated. The sofa bed did not have sheets. I had to go and get them myself. I am truly disappointed and will make a complaint because their guest relations department is closed.

The room was presentable but when i went for breakfast at 8am everything was gone. The gront desk staff, she was pleasant and friendly.

Water pipe busted manger did nothing about it kids running in the hallway at 2 am no ice dirty rooms stunk like a skunk

The staff was but not available at night and did not inform us of needing to ask for additional sheets and things when we checked in.
The outlets didn't work in our room.
There was a dead roach in one of our pillow cases.
And the room was not advertised to be as small as it was. When we opened the sofa bed, we had to literally climb over our top get to the other side of the room. The bathroom was EPICALLY small and the curtain wasn't long enough to avoid a small pool of water to build up on the floor.

Overall a fine visit. Been here before. But this time... I had NO shower curtain, dogs barking up and down the hall, the air/heat did not work right, the TV remote was broken, and the refrigerator door was on backwards. You could hardly open it, up against the wall!

I stayed here for two days and while the front desk staff was very pleasant, the rooms were less than desirable. The room I was supposed to stay in wasn’t done being cleaned, so I was put in another room, with the staff telling me I could switch to the original room later. I wondered why. Well the room had a broken tv that looked like someones head had hit it, and it didn’t work. That and it sounded like WWE was going on in the room above me. I requested a room change. I was put in yet another room, and this one was infested with gnats. I was not moving again, so I sucked it up. I did not leave a nasty review because, as I said, the front desk staff was great. But now, I see I was charged an additional $500 without being notified. I called and asked what it was for. Room damage. Are you kidding me?? I am 58 years old and was by myself. I just slept there, as I was at work all day. I’m trying to find out what it was for, and am guessing the already damaged tv. On top of that, the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t slide into the groove. I had to place the kitchen chair under the knob so I could sleep without worrying about someone coming in. I feel like I was robbed. I spent a total of 687.06 for two nights sleep in a nasty bed?? I assure you this is going to be disputed, even if I have to take it to small claims court. I will NOT be paying for a new tv that their less than desirable clientele broke!! Do yourself a favor - do not EVER stay here.

When i walked into the room it smelled so bad I almost got sick. I was so tired I just laid on the bed and slept. In the middle of the night I needed to use the bathroom and when I got in there the toilet had stuff in it and was clogged. 5 in the morning I went to the front desk it took 15 minutes for the person to come out I’m sorry I woke him up. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but I left after that. It was non refundable. But I did not care. my health is more important. I will not ever stay at a extended stay again.

Had issue with the a/c in my assigned room. The room was changed immediately.
Smoking area too close to the main entrance.
Please be more specific about your "Courtesy breakfast" is just coffee and granular bars.
3.3
Walked in the lobby & you can smell the water damage. The front desk clerk was very nice.
The room also smelled of water damage. A dog down the hall barked for a couple hours & a man had a drunken tirade for a bit.
The hot/cold water was reversed in the shower & water pressure was awful.
3.3
The staff was not helpful, when you could find them. The front desk never had anyone there. They had a sign posted all the time saying that they would be back. The floor was wet in the corners, the tub was stained with rust. The free breakfast consisted of stale mini muffins, warm coffee and packaged grits. Nothing else. The hotel has 2 gas stations next to it so there is constant noise and travelers roaming through.

The people at the front desk were super helpful and informative!

Me, my husband, our 4 year old and two small dogs stayed here for a night. The area surrounding the hotel and the hotel itself was very nice and we felt very comfortable and safe. The hallway sort of smelt like marijuana but it wasn’t a big deal. Our room was clean and pretty big compared to your normal hotel sized places. I saw no bugs, the bedding was clean, & the room didn't smell. The pool was nice and big! The staff was super friendly. If you’re a family visiting the area and are needing a safe and nice place to stay, I highly highly recommend this hotel.

Expedia overbooked the location and instead of you guys calling me to tell me of this, you waited until I arrived in person. The guy at check in even said he intentionally waited until I arrived to tell me that I do not have a room. I showed up at 7PM and was in panic to find somewhere to stay. Luckily there was multiple other locations nearby that had open rooms
3.3
Room stink and the amenities were worn out and eyesores. The bed sheets were clean but the structure of the place and smell was unwanting.

This hotel accepted the money to stay up front for 3 days... Then when it came time to check in, they turned off the screen and said... "System went down... I cant check you in... You have to go to another hotel... " Even after showing that the "SYSTEM" sent a receipt that showed a confirmed Payment... Very Rude People, and they are refusing to give refund, BECAUSE... They Said we...
" NEVER CHECKED IN... NO REFUNDS" Stay as far away from this Scaming Operation As Posible... No Problem, I have turned it in to the Fraud dept. Of my CC. for my $$$ back...

One of the worst hotels to stay in terms of cleanliness. Rooms are congested. Carpet stinks. Toilet doesnt work. Fridge makes loud noise.

Our Saturday was interrupted by someone that came to clean the AC unit by removing it and spray washing it. When they left they did not even re-position the furniture and my teenage son was left moving the couch and table and lamp back in place which is unacceptable.
Then the toilet backed up and we wondered when we got there why there was water on the floor In front of the sink and around the toilet, but I assumed maybe my six year old got water on the floor when she washed her hands. Well when we woke up Sunday morning the toilet was completely to the rim including feces. That makes me question the water that we initially saw on the floor around the toilet. Then Disappthere was very coarse long strands of black hair around the shower and shower curtain upon our arrival. I have the longest hair in the family and it is very fine and also colored.
Then the hot water was very tricky to come on and you had to keep playing around with it to keep the hot water coming through the shower.
There was no sheer curtain behind the blackout curtain so we could never open our windows because we were on the ground floor and anyone walking by would be able to see us, that would not have been so bad if there were adequate lighting inside the rooms.
The mattress on the pull out sofa should be thrown away. The odor as you enter the hall leading to the rooms is just a stench of uncleanliness in my opinion. It overpowers the experience for sure in a negative way.
One roach spotted

We liked that the room had a lot of electrical outlets. We didn't like the size of the room, no ice, no ice buckets, their complementary breakfast was far from acceptable. All they had were dried muffins and honey buns.. No juices, eggs, bacon, nothing at all.
3.3
The area was fine but this hotel must allow both smoking and pets. I should have checked before I booked but I know not to go there again.
3.3
Nothing

Got there and spent 20 minutes trying to get checked in,,,,computers were down and they could not or did not how to get them working,,,,the clerk had the manager on the line on speaker and when she told the we were waiting to check in I heard him say “ well they’re just going to have to wait,,,,that’s when I asked to cancel the reservation and left…. never to stay in an extended stay again poor poor poor
3.3
The staff was nice and polite and the spurts ding area is definitely one you can trust but inside the rooms wasn't the cleanest and the hot water wasn't working either. Was really disappointed & quite frankly disgusted.
3.3
The room had roaches and bed bugs
