Not close to what I thought Wyndham standareds. Feels more like a Motel 6. Shotty construction overall. Bath, tile, floor grungy with a very loose toilet seat, thats fun. Not maintained well. Breakfast during week, toast, cereal, juice, no cups, only coffee cups.... no plates? Again, low standards. GOOD, comfortable bed, the saving grace. (bring your own pillow). Other accommodations, no closet (truly a 'live out of your suitcase' place), no smart TV to stream from my laptop. No safe. Tad noisy on freeway side. Just an old pig with liostick on. A mix of really nice and helpful front desk staff, and typical now days the standard Why are you bothering me, employees. Sorry! Next year family event elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Good location. It seems people smoking in their rooms is becoming is happening more and more often. I've been staying here for over 3 years but I cannot tolerate the foul stench of cigarette smoke.

Check in was fine but the room was very dark dungeon like the bathroom had a horrible odor young girls barely dressed coming in and out of hotel at night and the bed my god was so hard i had 2 exhausting nugjts there couldnt sleep on that horrible bed and their idea of pullows 4 square type pillow wont stay there again

Check in was easy, friendly staff. The room was clean and had the basics. The bathtub could use updating (stains and dingy looking). My big complain was the bed/pillows. They were SO hard that I woke up with a sore ear, jaw, and shoulder (side sleeper). If the bed was more comfortable I’d stay here again if in the area but for that reason alone I’ll look else where

I really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very helpful and very courteous. Very clean room and the breakfast was awesome. They had a good variety and it was nice saving some money.

Sink and shower water smelled a little.. My buddy would not shower in it, nor brush his teeth in it! I didn't think it was as bad as he was saying but, it wasn't the best water for a shower or mouth stuff... Lots of homeless people camping out a block away, but they never came near the hotel, or bugged us..

We came from out of town expecting to swim most of our stay but pool was closed. Satellite tv was down. Each time we left and came back our room key didn’t work. Room didn’t get service One day I had to ask the housekeeper for fresh set of towels Front desk was very friendly

Decent hotel, kinda hidden but maybe that’s a good thing. Overall stay was decent, staff was nice. But the floor in the bathroom was cracking and uneven in some spots.

Check in and check out was smooth. The lobby, dinning area and the room were clean. The breakfast was good and were on top of providing food items if it ran out. The only down side is that this hotel does not have elevator. Was little difficult to get out luggage to our room which was on 2nd floor.

Overall it was a good experience. I wish they would review the amount of people in a room and leave that many towels. We had 4 in our group and was only left two towels. The breakfast area was extremely small there was only room for about 12 people

We arrived late and the front desk knew who I was when I arrived. Very accommodating and great personality. I felt secure with the double locked doors. I wish they had a sign in the parking lot to direct you that it’s the baymont. Other than that small guessing game I would definitely stay again.

The best part about my stay was the staff. Ms.Jo is AMAZING! She is friendly, kind, and always willing to help with whatever you need. The housekeeping ladies are absolutely amazing.

It was a nice stay. The only thing was that the room was not very clean, the bed sheets also didnt seem very clean. There was dead roaches on the floor the bext day I asked for room service and when we came back to room bed was done but room was not swept correctly there was still piece of roach on floor. That was my only concern because i have little ones too. Over all it ws ok.

It was ok! But, I just wish we are told at the time of booking that there is deposits that is required when we arrive at the hotel. Not to be told until we arrive to check in and then being told that it over $100. Some of us people have a budget and not much money. I wasn’t happy with that.

The place was comfortable. There’s a gap in the door of the room that I stayed in. Anyone could see me in the room by peeking through it. I had to leave the bathroom door open to block the view. Also the exhaust fan is way too loud. The shower was perfect.
