Room was clean & good size. En-suite well stocked. Breakfast was very disappointing. Individual serving pack of cereal. No hot options very limited choices & seating. Tables dirty & when they were cleaned they were wiped onto floor. Don’t book this hotel for the breakfast. Expensive for room only

The hotel was nice, I had been wanting to stay there for a while, so it was nice to finally be able to stay there. The only complaint I have is the customer service. Usually when we stay at a hotel we feel welcomed and are greeted, this was not the case here. Granted, not here to form long life friendships, but at least pretend you’re happy to see us lodge at your hotel. Location was great!

Staff was not nice or helpful at check in, rooms are very dark and bathroom was not clean. Was charged $15 for shuttle service to the cruise port that I didn't use and was told I would be refunded. I never got the money back and hotel won't respond to emails. This is an odd looking hotel with a creepy vibe. Don't stay here.

We had a great stay the one night before hoping on a Cruise. The view was beautiful! The location was very convenient! Great food choices next door! Staff was exceptional.

We had a great stay! Not much to comment on, but I’d like to encourage the management to consider black-out drapes or shades. The current shade lets a lot of light in, especially since we were on the harbor side with floodlights. Also, some different pillows would be good. We found the super firm ones hard to get comfortable with. But the bed was very comfortable and the room is generously sized.

The hotel is nice. Very clean. Dee was very friendly and informative. She had a great personality. There's a row of shops, restaurants and bars on The Strand, which is a block away. Many shops were closed at 6:00pm. We'd stay here again.

The location was good & conveniently located to the harbor & historic district. The rooms were clean. The lights & television sort of worked. We had to unplug light fixtures in order to turn them off and on. The bed linens were odd. They didn’t fit the bed. King size bed but the bottom sheets were flat sheets for queen size bed laid crosswise. The views of the harbor we’re good.

Woke up to see my cruise ship waiting for me from my window. Perfect!! Nice breakfast then a shuttle to my boat. It was raining hard but I did walk back to my car where they had provided long term parking. Would highly recommend and will be staying there again.

The best overnight stay before a cruise out of Galvaston you can have!! The Harbor House is the place to stay. If I could have given it 10 stars I would have! The rooms are big as Texas and very modern and updated… Life is Good :)
