This is a very clean and quiet place to stay close to everything in downtown Pendleton. We spent two night here while visiting sites around the area. Lots of great places to see and eat close by. It has been remodeled and updated nicely. We would stay here again if in the area.

My original stay was for 4 days and 3 nights. I called an extra night. There was a miscommunication somewhere and my last day was taken off. When I showed them what happened, they didn’t want to help me. So on that day I had to hurry up and get out of the motel because they were going to call the police. They obviously don’t look at what hotels.com sends them.

We are arrived late at night to find people in the parking lot, crying and police officer searching for somebody. There was no parking. Went to the front desk and there was nothing but Nats so I decided that I was definitely not gonna be eating the complementary breakfast. Ice machine was broken. Bed was ok but not great. People upstairs and outside were extremely loud and a lot of the rooms are in an alleyway where there’s constantly weird people walking through. The minute we got in the room it smells so strongly and cleaning chemicals that I could barely stay there. Definitely very expensive for what we received.

Hotel and staff are let down by fentanyl addicts surrounding the business. Rooms were nice and clean, but there was a women dealing fentanyl behind our parked car, and homeless passed out all around the hotel

Bed was way too hard, could not sleep. Based just on that, i won't be staying here again. The room wasn't that clean, remote for TV did not work, outside lights on motel were directly outside the windows, so there was light shining in at night even with the drapes closed. Overall, not happy about staying there. Should have stayed somewhere else!

I am going to file a formal complaint against this property with the city of Pendleton. I stayed in room 123. Turned on the main bathroom light and it nearly caught fire. Wood to tile going to take a crap, I nearly stepped through the floor. Looked at the ceiling and there’s a giant crack in the drywall. Went to use the shower and it’s only a handicap accessible shower head. The nossil handle wouldn’t stay up, I slipped in the tub, couldn’t have a nice shower. Phone jack near shower head that probably has live wires prayed I didn’t die. Ac unit that wouldn’t work half the time. This was the most horrifying hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I want my money back. The hotel room is not ADA compliant by any means. Sorry owmers but this place should be condemned.
