The front desk staff were incredible and very nice! However, the carpet was constantly damp in our room. The AC didn’t work. The bedding, towels, chair, EVERYTHING smelled like chlorine with Febreeze sprayed on it. There is a group of men who stood outside the side door every single day all day, no matter the time, who made us uncomfortable. We didn’t feel safe and left a full day earlier.

Didn't really seem to fit with what Hampton tries to present, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast was pretty bleh, but the ladies managing the breakfast were amazing and humorous. The lobby has a decent area for getting together as a group. Receptionists were friendly. The beds are pretty comfortable. The room was clean, common areas could be cleaner. With the layout of the rooms and some of the repairs you could see remnants of, the feeling this place gave was that it used to be more of a budget hotel but was purchased by and somewhat renovated into a Hampton. Not bad, price was a bit high for what it was in my opinion, but everything is high in this economy, so... Guess I'd recommend.

People at the front desk was very rude. Maids Excuse me of smoking and a non-smoking room when I went out to smoke the front desk Trying to charge me $150 deposit for smoking clearly I smell of smoke from outside smoking.. And I’m handicap in a wheelchair. The people at the front desk saw me outside smoking, but yet they’re still accusing me saying that I was smoking in my room and I was not!
