Good as usual, my preferred hotel right now. We had to leave a couple hrs before checkout due to Hurricane Milton but guess they had to get the rooms in order & employees need to leave to be safe. I had my own crisis going on where I had to leave my room all day instead of relax but it was nice to come back to a nice comfy bed with comfy pillows for the time I had to sleep. I did not care for this baby crying but it wasnt too bad.

Nice size room with kitchen and utensils suppled. Drip coffee maker, but no coffee provided. Nice laundry which has coffee, seating and is attached to gym. Laundry requires app download to use machines with $10 minimum in the app.

It had everything I needed for a 4 day stay. I was very happy with my room. Full size fridge with ice maker & stove &.microwave. Enough dishes. Nice bed with great pillows. Desk which I loved the design of work desk & chairs. The only thing bad really is not too many tv channels but oh well I did not go to watch tv. I would have liked an oven but no hotels really have ovens. I was about as happy as I could be with this room & will be going back.

Reserved for 1 day so I could check out this hotel & room & it was just what I needed at a good price. So I extended my stay by 2 more days which 3 days is what I really needed but also needed to be at a nice clean place where I could cook, work & have a comfortable bed with extra nice pillows. I especially love the work desk & office type chair. I will be back!

Place was filthy. Plates at bed bugs on them. Woke up in the middle of the night and have bugs crawling on my arm. Complaining to the front desk. Checked out immediately call back the next day to speak to the manager she cleaned we trashed the room which was a lie. Had to drive down there in person. To call her a liar and clarify the situation to get my money back

A good clean cheap place to stay. A lot of blue collar hard working people staying here. Staff are great. Kitchen is fully equipped and the rest of the room has everything u need for a longer stay. If u need something, the front desk probably has it

We absolutely loved this property! It had all the appliances as well as utensils etc that we needed! They were even putting brand new mattresses on all the beds during our stay! The staff was so helpful and made sure we always had everything we needed in regards to towels etc. ! We definitely will go back!

In general the hotel was clean, friendly, safe but it was incredibly uncomfortable, noisy, and hard to sleep. I was in room 221 directly adjacent to the front desk and what a nightmare it was. It was loud and I was only able to sleep from 1 AM ish to about 5 AM ish. You had to deal with all the check in conversations, hotel staff, the cleaning personal (maids) etc. It was constant noise and talking except for those 3-4 hours. The bed itself was very uncomfortable and then whomever left the room last set the alarm to go off at 5 AM. Any alarm clock should be checked by the cleaning staff when they clean the room to assure that it is off, so guests aren't awakened like I was. If you can deal with all this and want a clean sage room then you're OK.

At first we were pleased, had a good set up with a kitchenette to be able to cook dinner. We had spilled something on the floor and when we used a paper towel to wipe the floor it was black. Definitely not clean. At 5:30 in the morning we were woken up by a domestic dispute and apparently it happens all the time according to the front desk. The walls are very thin and we were right by the front desk and could literally hear every conversation or noise, staff didn’t seem to have much consideration for what time in the morning it was, very loud.

Clean and safe property! Very quiet and everyone was responding of one another. We ended up extending our stay. The free toiletries and amenities like dish washing machine soap, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, tissues , coffee, and so much more, we came and were equipped the first night. It would be nice if they replenished those things for us when we extended our stay I feel only due to the cost of the stay. We were grateful for what we did get, during this inflation we found it very helpful. Lastly, My husband has a service animal that is also our amazing family member and also our fur baby who is usually treated unfairly due to his “aggressive breed” there isn’t a mean bone in his body. There are ignorant folks out there that rather judge and remain ignorant but the manager here got to meet Mr. Chopper and complimented his behavior. She made our day as well when she deemed our boy as Animal of the month! That actually made our day! 😊

I got locked out of my room because the door locked itself from the inside. We were patient and left to to get something to eat and came back 2hrs later and we still weren’t able to access our room. The front desk attendant let us know prior to us leaving to get food that they had been having this issue with multiple rooms recently. They even tried to jimmy the room door open with a rubber band and some tape! Saying that the person who usually fixes this for them isn’t there today! Anyway, when they hadn’t got the door open after 2hrs, they tried to insinuate that this was my fault somehow because I didn’t pull the latch all the way back before I closed my door….I let the front desk attendant know that this was unacceptable.They made no effort to accommodate me, made no attempt to get me another room and offered to open up their conference room for us to sit in instead. Unacceptable.I was understandably frustrated and needed compensation since I paid to be in this room and couldn’t use it. She let me know that the GM would be there in the morning and I could speak to her about that then. So I left the property AGAIN. An hour later I get a call from a woman telling me she was the general manager. This woman let me know that they had to call the maintenance man in and pay him to open my room door.That they couldn’t compensate because I paid through Expedia.I asked her how her paying someone she employs has anything to do with me.Poor customer service and you’ll be locked out.

Cool staff, our bed smelled like chicken ramen tho and our door key didnt work 90% of the time (good thing we didnt get locked out at night because they are not in the office late hours) bit out dated but not terrible, other then that, pretty quiet, bed was comfy besides the smell, not bad 3.5 stars. Its cheap… u get what you pay for, and we booked last minute no problem 👍

It took us over an hour to even be checked in because they did not have a room. And the guy had to call the manager and she told me there was nothing they could do and I couldn’t cancel with them because it was through Expedia. So then I had to call Expedia. In that process they found a room that had just done maintenance work done in it and it fit what we needed. So in the end it all worked out. But over an hour with a grumpy husband and 3 kids. It was NOT. A great experience.
