Room was clean coffee pot tv refrigerator worked

I called the hotel after I realized I had left a travel bag in the parking lot. I called and asked them to check a specific area. They checked and told me it wasn’t there. I drove back to the hotel and while driving called and asked them to check again as I was certain I left it there. They again said it wasn’t. I assumed it was taken by a random passersby but wanted to check anyway. It was exactly where I had left it. I was very surprised, happy and angry at the same time. I had a lot of very important items in that bag and was really worried it was gone. I do not believe anyone looked. Besides this, I went to the desk through out my stay and had to use the phone at the front desk every time to call someone up and it took over 10 minutes one of the times. Other guests were wanting assistance as well and mentioned issues similar. When I checked in I was greeted by a very nice lady who was so helpful and had a wonderful personality. It wasn’t all bad.

Good place to stay.

Pool area could use upgrade. Nice staff.
