Great hotel off the strip bit close enough to enjoy it. Perfect location if you’re going to a show at the Sphere. Clean, spacious bed was comfortable

Overall the room was very nice . The entry of the room the flood was not so clean. Reason why am giving a low score. There were cockroaches . So that was a disappointment made us not use the room as much . Only came back to sleep..have nice holiday. Thank you

Great experience, the staff was really kind and helpfull, the hotel is ideally located (15min by walk from the Convention Center, 20min by walk from the Strip and the main hotels such as Paris and Bellagio, 10min by car from LV airport). The hotel is perfect for families as we had the possibility to cook and prepare meals on site (nice kitchen with fridge, microwave and baking tray). The room was clean, good bedding. What could be improved : cleaning in the common areas such as corridors to reach rooms (often dirty due to the trashes removed from rooms) and a bit more equipment to cook would have been appreciated.

Didn't spend too much time in the room but it was comfortable and clean. I was able to get sleep at night it was so quiet around. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

It was great. I got to check in early by paying the fee. Room was great. When i needed some water, i bought it from the store. Needed a unger and they let me borrow it. Got to leave my bags there until i checked in.

The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, only once during my 9 nights stay. That was an unpleasant surprise

This property is very centrally located between the strip & downtown. The property is currently undergoing renovations and will be even better once those are completed. I needed a place with a kitchen or kitchenette was my reasoning for trying this place out. I will stay again when I come to visit Vegas. It’s not a big ritzy casino but it’s still great!!

First room smelled like smoke. Staff was quick and friendly when she gave us the second room. Unfortunately the second room had a fridge that did not work. There were hair on 2 of the towels and twist ties on the floor.

There were drunk people in the parking lot in different cars. The hotel is nice and the night person was great at the front desk. The room is decent. Just the surrounding outside area seems a little unsafe

Hotels need to change to mattresses. How often is there? A mattress was also very uncomfortable. The hotel is in a convenient area. I never felt unsafe.

The property is aged, but considering the price, location, pet friendly and cleanliness, we were happy with it. Centrally located to the Sphere. Walkable. Would definitely stay here again if going to the sphere and needed affordable lodging with pets. Walkable to Tuscany and Venetian.

Upon arrival staff was pleasant and helpful. My studio was perfect for me. Having the kitchen was a small blessing. The front desk clerk suggested a corner room for me being I was by myself close to elevator and a little more space than the other rooms. I appreciated her for that. I appreciated the washroom onsite as well asi like to take my clothes home clean after traveling and being able to wash onsite was sweet.

Wasnt luxurious by any means but was safe, easy, walking/bus distance from the convention center, and had great rates.

the hotel is fine for the price but just a little run down. the toilet had a leak and would fill up every 3 hours. the cup in the cubord was dirty, bed spread had some seems that had come undone. But we got a good cheap rate so you get what you pay for.
