Given a room set back from the rest,which was quiet. While the decor was older it was clean and in good shape. The owner seemed extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Very nice location super nice check in guy, very good. Room was squeaky clean and everything worked. Plug-ins for devices plentiful, good coffee maker and big bar fridge. Excellent Value.

For the price, it was good. Traffic at night very noisy. Air conditioner was noisy, and not that effective. We had a suite, and there was no A/C in the other bedroom, and the window screen had a huge hole in it. Breakfast was a bagged meal, and consisted of an apple, a one bite muffin, water, kids juice box, and granola bar. Rooms were clean, and staff was very pleasant.

The room was very clean and the stay was a comfortable one. The manager was very friendly and very helpful. This was greatly appreciated. It was on the main street so had a lot of traffic but was very quiet at night. The windows could be opened so we had good air for our sleep and woke with no headache which often happens in motel rooms. The bathroom was very clean but the bath had no stopper which makes it impossible to have a bath (unless one brings ones own supply of stoppers which we do!) A lot of retired seniors travel and whether a bath or a shower is taken, a grab bar to help enter and get up out of the bath, would be recommended as a safety feature. We were also grateful for a conventional cable TV, as some of the hotels we stayed at have this new streaming system which doesn't have many of the news channels CBCNN, CNN), Knowledge Network or the aboriginal channel APTN. We would be happy top stay again in this Travelodge when we are next in Quesnel. Thank you.

Although it’s an older place it was clean and comfortable I had a kitchenette and didn’t need for anything. I stayed with my dad and was happy that I had my own bedroom instead of two queens side by side. My only issue was I didn’t have an air conditioner in my room and it was really hot a couple of days my bedroom window didn’t have a screen. So I couldn’t open it or mosquitoes would come in. It was a little uncomfortable those nights but that’s a first world problem not a real issue. We were on the second floor and there isn’t an elevator the stairs were difficult for my 83 year old dad. But once in was a nice stay and well worth the money I paid

The night latch took considerable effort to lock each night due to a misalignment in the door frame. Also the bathroom door could not be closed due to swelling at the top. The pool, sauna, and free breakfast were all cancelled due to COVID so perhaps all of the websites advertising this motel should mention that! Other Travelodge hotels are serving breakfast again, so why not this one? Staff were friendly and courteous, but the facility left us wanting more.

The ad said free breakfast as did the sign out front. We were informed that there was no breakfast and that the pool was closed, even though the billboard sign said there was. We were given twenty dollars toward the four meals that were not supplied. Not satisfactory!

The location was central and easy to access (situated on a primary route, it can be somewhat noisy)....room was clean and tidy / front desk was friendly and helpful. Last month, we were at a Wyndham in Cranbrook enjoying the pool and breakfast, so when I saw the same being provided in Quesnel, we booked .... no pool / no breakfast ..... this should have been noted in their website.....other than that, we WOULD go back.

The property overall looked dated but the room itself was good, clean and comfortable. Some things I did not like, the noise of the bathroom fan which came on automatically with the light, no drinking glasses other than the carboard coffee mugs, and the fact the shower went cold halfway thro my shower - not fun. Despite those issues, the room was good value.

Yearly guys bike trip. Only really negative is the drugs addicts that they also rent too. The room and premises are very basic. I would not stay again unless it was the only place in town.
