I read the reviews before I chose this hotel based on the ratings. Everyone has there own take on their situation. I went in the off season (November) I was excited for the sandy beach and I was ready to sit in a chair and read to my hearts content. Unfortunately across the lake there were jet skiers preparing for a race. All day long a constant jet ski sound. It was extremely loud. Bummed since I drove 2,000 miles to get there. I did feel bad for the hotel. On another note the bed was very comfortable.

The resort is older and there are things around the resort that are in need of repair. The bathroom facet was loose, the toilet would run. There were multiple sprinkler heads that were leaking water on the sidewalk

Parking eas good i just bought a boat and never had to stay somehere pulling a boat and worrying where i could launch it. This location was amazing. The only downside was i had no cold water in shower it was really hot and to hot to even shower. Had to run a bath and wait for water to cool down

Employees were great. Service was excellent but the rooms were horrendously filthy. Bath tubs black around the rim and floor. Bathroom filthy all together. Living room area table was sticky and unclean. Sink clogged. Thankfully there was two so used the other one. For the price paid we should have stayed at a cheaper hotel and probably would have been cleaner. Note in rooms saying rooms aren’t cleaned daily by housekeeping.

The bathtub was really really dirty and the toilet looked rusty. Trash was dumped in a large bag that had liquid in it 5 feet from our room. The liquid leaked out of the bag and was all over the walkway. This was on Monday and Thursday the ground still hadn’t been cleaned up. Closet door was broken.

I paid for a floor level rm and call to ck for that they confermed a floor level room 2 weeks before my arrival. i am partially handycap. Apond cking in it took over 2hours and 45 min to get a room. front desk seem very dis orangnized a mess front desk was a riot.guest wear very up set with no rooms to ck into a 4 oclock ask for floor level room faceing the bay.. they said i was luck to get a room . Very disappointing in this hotel stay and will never stay here again.. im 64 years old and was completely over whelmed with stairs to my room. this much money and i didnt even enjoy my stay. I was confermed a floor level rm....

We did not stayed here I am requesting a refund. We go to the property after being stuck in traffic for more than 6 hours. We were absolutely exhausted. We enter the office and it was dirty we proceeded to check in and grabbed the key and parking ticket. When we enter the rooms there was a horrible smell of pee. There was personal belongings in the balcony (boots, a cowboy hat, belt, reusable water bottle, and a room key) I have pictures if you need proof. We didn’t event unloaded the luggage we returned the keys and drive away to Hampton

Checked in to our room and found A/C was not working. Also had a wall outlet that had about 5 things plugged into it including the TV. It didn’t work either. Tried to call front desk but that didn’t work also. Had to walk over to office. Mind you it’s 112 outside. Long story short Mindy from maintenance came and checked the room out and immediately hooked us up with another room. After that it was a good stay. We like the Nautical, it’s very convenient when you have a boat. We usually go there 2 or 3 times a summer. For what they charge they really need to do some serious rehab.

We come here a lot. This is your best choice for a Lake Havasu hotel. It has its own small private beach and a very vibey pool. The grounds are nice and the location is great, and there is ample free parking. We always like it here. But I was quite shocked by the fact that we requested fresh towels on our second day at 9:00AM and did not receive them until 5:30PM, after texting the hotel several times. They gave us only four towels and did not change the sheets, as we had also asked. When I inquired earlier why we had not yet received the towels, I was told that the new arrivals' rooms take priority over the current guests. Wait, what? So I can't give them 5 stars because they were inefficient and rude about our simple request. Clearly, waiting 8 hours for towels is not normal. But you should go anyway, and hope for better housekeeping.

This was the best place i have ever been with my dog! I had direct access to our own little private beach. There was grass and dirt everywhere. So i was only concered for hit ground in the parking lot. I will be back very soon.

The property looks to have made no updates to guest rooms for a very long time. Outdated. The staff was friendly but at check in i was not asked about room preference location i assumed since i had patked in handicapped parking and clearly ada due to mobility that i wouldn't have been assigned an upstairs room in the middle of the row.

Check in was way later than expected, we arrived at 2 . Our room was not ready until around 5pm, it was 115 outside, if we didn’t have friends in the area we would’ve had to wait. Once we received the text message to get our room we still had to wait another 20 mins to get our key card waiting outside, they did offer hot complimentary pizza and cold water while we were baking outside waiting for our room.
