Nice hotel just off the main centre & 10 minutes walk to the bus & train station, has a kettle in the room, would stay again if visiting Elche.

We were warmly welcomed by Max. He also arranged for our taxi pickup to train upon departure. Hotel is well maintained and very clean, comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. We will certainly stay again when returning to Elche.

When booking I had booked a double room for single use ( I understood from Hotels.com that it could be either a double bed or two singles together and I was OK with that. What I got was a small room with one single bed that was uncomfortably narrow for a 6’3” person. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.com blamed the hotel but either way I was stuck with it for at least one night because no other hotels were available in the center. To be fair the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Elevators are small. I could hear everything in the room, anytime a person spoke nearby to toilets being flushed in the rooms overhead. The mattress was of poor quality and didn’t make for a comfortable night’s sleep. I checked out the next morning whereby I had originally planned to stay for two nights. The width of the room was about 6.5ft

Very central hotel with easy walking distance to all the historic sights and beautiful squares. We were visiting family in Las Baies, and found the access in and out of the city and reserved parking, very straightforward.

The rooms didn’t have air conditioners. It was far too warm inside the rooms. Windows couldn’t be opened. You needed a special key.

I had room 609 nice quiet and spacious . A big thank you to all the staff who kindly took care of me during my staff . Receptionist waitresses cleaners all fantastic …and food is amazing thank you

Very cosy and well-kept hotel, good restaurant with lovely and friendly staff throughout. The cooling/heating was a bit temperamental. Location is excellent and you're right in the centre, seconds away from all the shops and restaurants as well as all the beautiful areas that Elche has to offer!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Great size and lovely modern bathroom. Small complaint, our aircon was quite noisy. It sounded like a washing machine. Thankfully it didn't keep us up. Being in the centre it was close to everything, restaurants, parks, supermarkets etc. Although we never ate there, they do have a restaurant and breakfast is available. Highly recommended. An 8/10.

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of the city. Perfect location to sight-see and experience the local culture. Friendly staff who even gave my wife a small present of cookies and a card for her birthday. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to go back again soon.

The staff is very attentive. The breakfast buffet was varied and very well stocked. If you don’t bring toiletries with you such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. you have to ask for it, as well as an iron and board. All they provide is hand and shower soap. No coffee service in the room either. The mattress was on the hard side, and the pillows are long and hard, but that seems to be the norm in Europe. I’m definitely bringing my pillow next time!

The location was excellent and the service was second to none. But the room and hotel are in need of some updates, the bed was very uncomfortable but the blackout curtains were great. No noise in the room and the breakfast was wonderful. The parking garage is very worthy. Update the rooms and a plus would be given.

Very friendly and well run hotel with comfortable rooms and good resturant and room service. The only downside is that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room - but we took our own travel kettle and mugs and there were no complaints! Elche is a lovely city with plenty to do and see. It is blessed with vast green areas planted with palms and a variety of orchards. Also many outdoor play areas for the children. When we return to Elche we will stay at this hotel again.

The Hotel is very good. The Staff are extremely friendly and their English is superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them I would not hesitate in recommending this Hotel. The circumstances of our stay were not the best but the Hotel and Staff made a bad situation bearable for the time we were there. Thank You

Very close to the city center. A basic hotel. Good WiFi. The room is very oddly designed: long and thin; you don't have much space. The TV screen is small and very far from the bed. Nice and cheap dinner (10 euros per passenger). Friendly staff.

Travelled with another friend and we each had our own room. Room was small but clean. We had to travel to the centre of Alicante by Train every day so we could visit the Beach and shops. Elx-Parc station was approximately a 10 min walk and then 30 minutes by train. Cost of a return ticket was roughly 4.25 euros. The Hotel served breakfast and lunch if required. You could buy food in the Hotel Restaurant in the evening, which had a very limited menu. If you want to eat out, be prepared to travel. Most shops are closed. Overall the hotel was okay if you want a quiet stay. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the Tourist Districts, I would not recommend it.

Great location close to bus lines. My mother was in the hospital Vinalopo. Lots of restaurants close by. The hotel was very accommodating in letting me extend my stay. Very clean updated room, wood floors and beautiful bathroom. No coffee facilities in room but room in minibar to store personal items.
