We chose this hotel due to its location in close vicinity to the main train station. Based on that, it served its purpose. The room was fine. The main problem with this hotel was the breakfast situation. We had breakfast included in the price but the breakfast room was highly undersized. There were long waiting lines on both days. They have a traffic light system depicting "rush hours" but our experience was that no matter when we arrived for breakfast the breakfast room was crowded and the guests had to wait in line in the lobby area to be seated. We didn't have time for that so we ended up having our breakfasts elsewhere. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but I would order a room with no breakfast included if possible.

This hotel is just a 5 min walk from the railway station and easy to find. It is not in the best part of town but the hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are pleasant, and overall the hotel is good value for money with a good buffet breakfast included in the price

The team on site were great. The location is fantastic if you are using the train to come in and out of Düsseldorf. However the place is a little tired and it was odd to get an old fashioned key to open/close my door. The breakfast was good, yet a little cheap as there was no fresh orange juice (multivitamin or apple only) or hot meats.

Nice people and easy check in. The room was clean but not as nice looking as the picture. The room was very warm. We opened the windows to cool it at night but then there were some loud people outside. So we shut the windows and I sweated it out.

The hotel is 200 meters from the main train station. Very convenient location. The red carpets in corridors are very tired and so unsightly, they are overdue for refreshing

The room was nice. Very basic had a kettle and some coffee stuff but no fridge which was a bit of a let down as I would have liked one to put my water in to cool. Breakfast wasn’t the best I felt there wasn’t a lot of choice especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. The bed was comfortable and the room looked pretty well cleaned. The area is a good area less then 5 mins to the main station and most places were writhing 30-40 mins walk. Trams are right outside the door although I never used them

“An old and maze-like hotel in a sketchy area near the railway station. The transport connections are fairly good, but there are many drug addicts in the area. Overall, the area feels dirty. The breakfast was reasonable.”

Very good experience. We where late from the treinstation. It was a very short walk and the check in was reallly fast. Nice room, good beds. Nice breakfast.

Location good but hotel is out dates, rooms are that as well. Front desk staff helpful but breakfast staff rude and I did not feel welcomed.

The pictures are a bit misleading. We were given one of the older rooms. Not the cleanest, pillows had hair on them. Daily cleaning services didn't do much apart from replace a towel.

We stayed in a two-story family suite with a full-ceiling skylight. The skylight does not have shades: we were awake until sunset, and woke again at sunrise. There is no AC: we kept windows open, with loud street noises long after dark. Very tired...

Perfect location for the central station, however it is very noisy so be aware of this at night. The towels in my room were dirty so hadn’t been replaced from the previous occupier & the TV didn’t work either. Breakfast is fine, just basic.

The most dissapointing hotel experience I’ve had. The room was completely underwhelming. Extremely noisy from the street, no aircondition and dirty room. We even paid for an «exclusive» room, which must be a joke.

Great location near the train station. Room and bed were comfortable. There were coffee and tea (expected!). Breakfast was great. Wi-Fi wouldn't stay connected. (It also wouldn't stay connected on my first stay there on the 1st of May. I'd forgotten about that when I chose this hotel a second time.) A man in the floor below me or nearby was talking loudly at his window on two different occasions. I twice told him to shut up in German and English, respectively (because those were the languages he was talking to someone in). He did shut up, but the cigarette smoke that I smelled seemed to be coming from his room. This hotel doesn't allow smoking, but they, obviously, have no control over it. I found the smoke choking and had to close my windows.

The room was very warm, the window barely opened The bathroom fan was very noisy and there was no air conditioning in the room No ice available in the hotel When I asked for water, the receptionist said there was a machine that sold water but it only took coins

The place was a comfortable spot to stay in. Easily accessible, friendly reception. Tasty breakfast, I felt welcomed there. It was a really clean room with all amenities needed :)

Hotel was in a good location being only a 5 minute walk from the main station. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of items. My only complaint was there is no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot at night. We’d to sleep with the window open which made the room very noisy as we were facing on to the street. The room was pretty dated & could be doing with a fresh lick of paint.
