The breakfast could be a good deal better

Our room 314 needs some care. Very tired. Needs a paint job, wallpaper peeling on the wall in the bathroom. Shower spraying out of top of shower head, we had to tighten it. Toilet loose, moved when you got up. Air conditioner would not cycle on and off. Asked not to leave it on when we are not in the room. No screen on the window, so we could not leave the window open. It was 27 out. Bedding very tired. It had been laundered, but old stains on sheets and duvet covers. Black hair that wasn’t ours, on the inside of the pillow. I went to put clothes in the drawer. Dead bug in the drawer. I expected a lot more from a hotel representing the Wyndham chain. No elevator.

Would stay at the Travel Lodge again and again

I had booked requesting a Ground Floor room - Front Desk staff had "just gave away" my "reserved" ground floor room to the guest in front of me! NO WIFI in the room - I was told "Oh yeah, some rooms the WiFi is sketchy"!! Shower head water 'trickled' out of the shower head and hot water lasted for 1 minute! Would not recommend this site to anyone again!!

I did not Check into my third night with this hotel as they could not guarantee me an “unscented” room. The room itself , after two nights, gave me a head ache and sore throat. Also housekeeping took my towels with out replacing them. The stay was very distracting and stressful. I will not book there again.

They have booked one of our room with the some reandom name like Nirmal don't know why even after showing they were not helpful. But some how when have find the conclusion and get room but customer service were tooo rude. Not helpful at all.. worst room.service. Also room some kide of stink. We felt suffocation during our stay. And lot of humidity in rooms. Also unsafe room condition. I have saw big bug as per internet it name as House Centipede. So we don't recommend this place to stay it cheap but not appropriate and safe. Or not welcoming.

The room has two Glad Plug Ins and the scent in the room was alarming and disgusting. The smell of toxic vanilla was putrid. I had a sore throat, eyes and woke up choking in the night. I was there for two nights and when I asked for my third night in an “unscented” room the front desk told me they could Not guarantee that. Also they took My towels and I had to Go To the front desk, from my shower, to get new ones 🙃 I’ll appreciate a refund From Expedia if possible. I have had to go to another hotel for my third night to get some Fresh living air.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, the price was reasonably and the hotel was clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from the traffic going by. I understand that you have no control over that.

Very tired hotel. The room reeked of mildew. We would not stay again. Staff and location were good.

The staff and property were better than average, my problem is I booked a room showing a sliding door (ground level, access to outside) but was given a room on the second level which was very inconvenient for my family. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere, there was no option or way to ensure on the website.

Very clean , helpful staff, needed assistance with TV came up and fixed promptly. Employee door on breakfast area is spelt Emplyee. Waffle maker needs a can of Pam beside it... Sticks badly. Coffee thermos's (3)need labels. Otherwise quite adequate. Air conditioner works but is just OK, struggling to cool the room. Enjoyable stay. All was good.

The staff were super friendly and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. For the price, the value was unbeatable. I would highly recommend this this place to anyone visiting Oven Sound and will definitely stay here again!

The place is fantastic and staffs are accommodating.

Stayed here with my young daughter for one night while visiting my grandparents who live in town. The staff were great and the place was clean. Continental breakfast was decent in the morning - waffles, bagels, oatmeal, boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. The dining area is a bit small.. I think I counted around 15-20 chairs at the tables but I never saw it get busy. I would definitely stay here again.

Where do I start? 1. Inaccessible for People with Disabilities: There's no elevator, making the hotel unfriendly for those with disabilities. 2. Unsanitary Room: The room we were initially given had a clogged toilet filled with someone else's waste. They didn’t have anyone available to fix it until midnight, and we had to request a room change ourselves—they didn’t even offer it. 3. Power Issues: After switching rooms, we found that there was no power. Instead of sending someone to fix it, they told us to check the breaker panel ourselves. 4. Unreliable Wi-Fi: We couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, and their excuse was essentially, "That's just the way it is." 5. Broken AC and Windows: The AC in the room didn’t work, and their solution was to open the window, despite it being over 30 degrees outside. The window crank was broken, so we couldn’t even do that. I will never return to this hotel. It used to be great, and we always received excellent service, but since the management changed a couple of years ago, the service has gone downhill. The owners are rude, arrogant, and have poor communication skills in English. Avoid this place at all costs.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean , and staff was friendly and efficient. Cleaned our room daily as asked. However the coffee maker didn’t work, we had to ask for a replacement, it had to be plugged into bathroom to get it to work. TV only worked on a slow streaming, could not get regular tv channels. The toilet rocked when you sat on it, needs tightened.

They had separate exits for people with Pets . The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Quite different from other lodges. They had good smart TVs too

No hot water Breakfast was horrible. No milk, hot water. Etc. Not the best place to stay.
