The hotel was kinda vintage but very nice. The pool area was nasty and smelled like urine. Everything else was ok though. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but other guests seemed to enjoy it.

The hotels is behind other businesses and had lots of shady looking foot traffic walking around the dimmly lit streets at night. The hotel is older and hasnt been remolded in a long time.

Just slept one night-nothing special

We waited over 15 minutes at the front desk to check in. The front desk was unmanned!!! We called and heard the phone ringing. It was around 10 pm and we were tired. That was not rhe worst part of our stay! After check-in, we were awakened several times by unruly patrons/guests. It was unnerving because our door (Room 222) did not lock properly. In the darkest hours of late night and early morning, the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason. Lets all act surprised that the front desk was unmanned at checkout so we could not relay any of this to a real person.
We wanted a no frills good night's sleep. The expectation was low. Don't fall for the decent reviews - stay somewhere else!!!
Very Disappointing.

When we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor we noticed a smell of some sort.. the room did not smell. On the last night about 12:30 am a group of collage kids were in the hall way yelling and laughing outside of our door. That went on for about 5 minutes. After we asked them to quiet it down it was quiet after that. It took forever to go back to much needed sleep..There were plenty of rooms they could have booked the kids in other than next door and across the hall...

Old building. Room and bed was clean but bathroom smelled like garlic as I think a neighbor was cooking something in their microwave but even the next morning the odor was still there. Lobby and halls were smelly. Lots of laborers staying there which is fine but maybe not a family-friendly location.

The hallways smelled of curry, the pillows and mattress were uncomfortable and reeked of urine.

Overall fine stop off point. Not the cleanest and the beds were not great. May have been the pillows. But convenient, safe, and friendly.

The hotel was clean which I expected. The front staff was quite good. Breakfast was good. You could tell this hotel was remodeled. The bathroom used to have one of those large mirrors which was replaced by a smaller, lighted mirror (very nice) but you would tell where the old mirror was.
I would have given this a better rating but we were on the back side which overlooks a shopping center that has a sports bar (mostly bar) that is open very late. There were a good number of motorcyles and loud music. This went on past 2:30 am so I didn't get much sleep either Friday or Saturday

My room had roaches crawling everywhere to the point I couldn’t bring nothing I owned in the room their was something on the ceiling and the curtains it looked like candle wax .. and the tub wasn’t even cleaned out but I chose to stay do to no more rooms available… please do better Ik it’s 90$
Room but you don’t have to give terrible service to paying ppl .

The bathroom of our room flooded the first night due to a leak coming from the bathroom vent. The room was “clean” as long as you didn’t look behind or under things. We reported the flooding and were offered a different room. The second room had an air conditioner that was separated from the wall and around it there were bugs. The breakfast looked like reheated leftovers that were dried out, and the waffle maker was not functioning. Our check in staff and night staff were very friendly, but the breakfast staff seemed very unhappy and bothered by their job or assisting us. Right before check out I found a dead bug in our room. We only continued our stay because we needed a pet friendly hotel and were only in town for work.

I love staying here it’s become our “go to” when traveling to Pooler. Staff is extremely kind and helpful, property is clean and rooms are comfortable. We specifically stay at this location because they have an indoor pool so kids can swim in any weather. Breakfast is great with a waffle station and staff keep it very clean

Good afternoon at the stand of this hotel, I would never want to rent a room there anymore. The room was OK with the cleaners a little bit but the first room I was in the tub had a slice in it and almost cut my foot off mine I am a diabetic so that would’ve been really bad. The second one was OK but I don’t like the hotel they could do better they needed clean up a little more.

I was turned off by the appearance of the outside, lobby, hallways , rugs…..
Luckily front desk is very pleasant and helpful. Queen beds…… I beg to differ . Def seems like a full size. Pullout couch was more like a queen size pull out. Rugs …. I’d give a 3 out of 5. Beds are comfy and bathroom clean.

I like that it wasn’t far from what we had to attend
I didn’t like you had to run the water at least 30 to 45 minutes just to get hot water

Hotel is in mid-renovations. Fitness center wasn't available and no mention of it on website. Room smelled. Possibly from the carpet. Mattress slumped in to the middle.

Ended up not staying here. The room we were assigned had dirty sheets, and they moved us to a new room where the AC was broken and smelled like mildew. They said that they were the only 2 rooms available. We tried to get our old room back with new sheets, but they said they booked it. All in hot mess with management, and the only saving grace was the poor girl at the front desk who tried to help. Still trying to get our money back.

It is ok if you are just going to stay one night.....like if you were driving to/from Florida and did not want to drive 12+ hours. First thing I noticed is the area around the hotel, specifically the lawn, looked like it hadn't been mown or even seeded for over a month (that's a guess). The carpeting is fairly clean, but old. The bed was clean enough and fairly comfortable.
The second big thing I noticed was while they had coffee cups in the room THERE WAS NO COFFEE POT OR ANY OTHER WAY TO MAKE COFFEE! If you wanted coffee in the morning you had to get dressed and go down to the lobby. I understand none of the rooms have a coffee pot.
The only Soft drink machine didn't work.....kept spitting my dollars out of the slot. Tried new bills, old bills, crumpled bills, it just wasnt' having any. I was told that there was a Publix nearby, and a couple service stations, but who wants to walk a hundred yards in that heat. I don' t walk all that well so it was out of the question.
The continental breakfast was adequate, no better nor worse that other hotels in the price range.
Like I said at the beginning, it's OK for a one nighter but I wouldn't want to stay there a week for example.
Not sure where this comment goes; but I have stayed at 2 wyndham hotels in the last year. Don't think I will be choosing Wyndham again.

Main light in the room was burnt out and no one was available to fix it. Horrible stains on the decorative bed pillow and on the desk chair. No tv remote control. Large dead mosquito on the floor of the bathroom. Heard noise from other rooms all night. No hot water at 6:15 am. Got the heck out of there.

Looks like they have done some work to it but they could do better with the cleaning. The breakfast was not good at all. The pool was green. Our sink was clogged. Chips out of the bathtub we thought it was dirty at first with brown mystery marks. The staff was friendly. Definitely not going to look for another stay at this hotel. And there was a group of construction workers partying in the parking lot with loud music till after 11. Wouldn’t recommend for family.

Beyond disgusting. The property is so dirty. They don’t even try to make it seem clean. Around the bathtub was mold and grim. It smelled awful. My husband ended up sleeping in the car. We also saw 2 roaches. Don’t waste your money

Smelled strongly of tobacco smoke, to the point we were gagging in the hall and elevator, and it did not dissipate during our stay so is in the walls/carpets. As far as cleanliness, it seemed one set of bedding had not been changed and the bathroom had not been swept. The plus would be the mattresses were decent and the AC worked!

Rooms were supposed to be non smoking but smelled like cigarettes and stale air

This was a mixed bag for us:
1. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
2. Breakfast area seemed to be popular / very busy in the mornings (we didn't utilize it except for juice).
3. I don't know where the pictures on the hotels.com site came from, but they're seriously out of date. This place has not been updated in quite some time.
4. The smell was gross. Smelled like wet dog everywhere in the place, especially in our room.
5. The linens were clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub and toilet need maintenance.
6. The fitness center was closed "for renovations," and was filled with boxes of lighting.
7. The pool was reopened our 2nd day, but the water was still green so no way would we get into that.
8. The outside door on the back of the building stayed unlocked 24 hours a day - what kind of security is that? As a result, people were coming and going at all hours of the night, leaving that door to slam behind them.
Synopsis: While comfortable enough to sleep in, I did not walk barefoot on that carpet. If you want "nice," this isn't the place. If you want "it's good enough, we won't be in the room much," then go for it.

Wouldn’t recommend more than a night, not as advertised
