I enjoyed my stay. If I am back in the area anytime soon I will make reservations.
1.0 / 5.0
1. There are signs in the elevator that says "fully equipped Kitchens", there was nothing to cook or eat with provided. The front desk told me I could buy the items and that it would be $80.
2. The bed has 0 support and the mattress is sitting on the frame which is about 5 inches off the ground, next to impossible to get out of.
3. There was a yellow crusty substance on the side of the refrigerator.
4. There wasn't any soap or shower supplies provided,
One of the worst hotels around.

Nothing,worst experience ever!

Room was ok but there was a smell that was unpleasent and presisted for three days. It was worse in the hall way.

It was a rough start because I arrived very late in the evening. But, after a few phone calls a lovely attendant helped me check in. I extended my stay through hotels.com because they did not have my specific room available. The staff was so very nice and accommodating. This was my first time at an Extended Stay, it's not your average hotel. But, that's not necessarily a bad thing.

No one is here to check me in. & I can’t get through the doors nor get the keys to the room I paused fir

Very basic we stayed for two days had to take the towels down to the front desk to exchange them for $1.75 had to take the trash out to the dumpster. The bathroom was very basic too, no handles for the tub, one small bar soap, two towels, two washcloth. They advertise as a fully kitchen, but there wasn’t anything there except for a burner, refrigerator and sink. No dishes, silverware plates, cups, bowls, etc. so if you’re looking for a hotel for two nights you might as well pay for a regular hotel and get all the amenities.

Run down and no staff available between 10pm to 10am which is strange.

Needs updating room was outdated

It is what you need and nothing more. If you want to cook, they have you covered but I didn’t. It’s not expensive and you get what you pay for.

Staff are not helpful. Rooms are not very clean. Are is very accessible and walkable area for dining options

I would never stay there again. You have to paid for everything and it wasn’t that clean and it was run down.
1.5 / 5.0
1) TV was responsive to remote commands 25% of the time
2) Did not come with hand soap/ shampoos and conditioner
3) The same toilet paper roll was still there from the last person with a new one added to the back of the toilet.
I’ve been to plenty of hotels and have never had an experience like this one. Maybe its normal for this hotel chain though?? It was only one night but I will be booking elsewhere next time I’m in the area

The hotel has partnered with another entity and as a result has zero amenities. In a suite with a stove and refrigerator, there are no utensils, no coffee maker, no dishes. If you want dishes it is a $30 charge. There are a few threadbare towels. If you want an extra you need to sign up for their service for $2 a day. The bed has three pillows, no extras, no extra blankets. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby. You have to take out your own trash to the back dumpster which was overflowing. We had a pet and the pet waste recepticle was overflowing and had not been emptied for several days. The hotel observes "office hours" which means there are no staff present after 10 PM to 7 or 8. The person at the desk gave us 3 keys and said keep one you know works in your car at all times because after 10 pm you can't get in if there is a problem with a key.
If you are looking for fairly cheap ($86 a night plus 25 a night for pet) the room was okay, the bed was clean, the tv small but working, the hotel generally quiet, though you could hear people, doors shutting, etc.
I would not stay there again. The one interection with the staff at checkin was fine. She was pleasant and went out of her way to inform me of all the changes. I don't fault her but this is the opposite of hospitality.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was smelly and rundown. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was not acceptable. We arrived late, around 11pm and there was no one to check us in. We waited for at least 30 minutes, called the 1 800 number and it wasn't clear how to get a hold of anyone who could help us. There was an incident in the hotel, I'm not sure what it was all about but the cops were there for hours one night and back again in the morning. I think they were evicting someone. Also, what the heck is up with paying for more towels? I had no idea what this was all about. The furniture was old and rundown. The only redeeming thing about the room was that the bed was surprisingly great and the customer service was good. The front desk people were helpful and friendly during both interactions.

Doors lock and you can't get in at 6:00 am. Room key didn't work and I waited 30 min to get in. No one at counter until 9 am. No place to take my trash or at least the duimpster what eight feet high and I couldn't throw trash over. No signs to say it was a dumpster. Charges for every little thing like wi-fi, cleaning towels in room, making bed or cleaning sheets. It should be explained better when you make reservations. I chose it over Holiday Inn or Hampton because price was better. But, that price is added to for two people to be on a wi-fi. I highly suggest anyone wanting to stay here add up all their incidental charges and then choose between it and the other hotels in the area.

Need new mattress for bed I was in way to soft like my body sunk into the bed I went out got air mattress to sleep on other then that everything else was good

They may be changing their name and services but I will not stay there again. One bar of soap. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. No Kleenex. No coffee maker (was told due to changes they no longer did breakfast nor coffee but not even in your room?). No plates, mugs or silverware even tho you have a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Only cup to microwave a cup of water was the plastic drinking cup. No hairdryer. No trash container on the floor nor entry. Only trash was a bin in the back and the large container in the back. And you were suppose to take care of your own trash. Not up to my standards but then I was on business and not pleasure. Limited power outlets available.

I requested an accessable room. I took that to mean handicap accessible. I was given a room near the end of the hall, with a bed that was difficult to get in because of its height. I also expected a walk in shower. It was a tub with safety bars and a seat which would have been nice if I could have gotten in it.

Roaches. No amenities, only 2 towels and a bar of soap, extra fees for dishes, no front desk at night.

I liked the mini toads jumping around the front of the building. didnt like service out front or amenities, the room didn't match the picture the inside wasnt dirty or unkept a little dilapidated maybe could be a potential safety issue ŵhen you walk through the front door with the feeling of possibly falling through the floor all and all not a good experience

This place is extremely out dated and old. Normally your dishes/glasses and eating utensils are in your room (cabinets) and chairs at the table. There aren't any!!! You have to ask for these things at the front desk!!! This is unreal. I never wish to have an experience as this again. Wouldn't recommend this place to a dog.
Customer service was awesome. They are working with what they're given.

Our desk agent Naija(sp) was marvelous and accommodating.
She explained everything about our stay and even provided me with a coffee pot when i asked!
The facility was fair and be prepared, breakfast is just a few packaged items like granola bars and muffins.

Terrible policy. Spent 3 hours at 9 pm fighting with hotel and Expedia because one of my three employees couldn’t get into the hotel. They would not let anyone in without a scannable ID card which was lost by one of my employees weeks ago. He had multiple other ids as well as a photo of his I’d. he wasn’t even the one who’s name the hotel was in. Aweful experience

Property was good. Staff not good at check-in.
Monica was a bad reception person. We won’t be back.
Hotel would not allow us to check in, because are travel time to the property was, disrupted. Had to find another lodging and was charged for the room for being late.

This was the best hotel in the immediate area for the price. I was not comfortable with the amount of personal information they requested, scan drivers license of every adult staying in room, cell number, email, & $100 deposit. Still nervous on if the deposit will be returned(they said 3-5 business days). Seemed to be a lot of people that stayed there for an extended amount of time.
