Arrival was confusing as the hotel has been renamed and is undergoing major renovations. Our room was completely updated and very comfortable. As would be expected due to location close to the road, noise from traffic did wake us each morning.

Room cleanliness 10/10
Exterior 5/10 Renovation ongoing

Room was comfortable and service Staff was great. The description online is a little misleading regarding getting to the beach. I believe online it says 800 feet away which it could be except you have to walk about 3/4 of a mile to get to beach access

Where do I start. Pulled up to the property and the place looks condemned. Definitely thought it was closed due to construction. Lobby is extremely uninviting and small. The main building is closed and looks hurricane damaged. Room was renovated but very small. Pictures posted look nothing like this place. Worst of all the bath water was brown. Never experienced anything so disgusting as brown water. I wouldn’t stay here again.

TV did not work with satellite tv, bath tub would not drain without it beinf proped up, having to pay for parking was unrealistic because we could park close to our door, we had pay to park behind the building. Lobby parking is not ideal and definitely was disappointed. But renovations may make the experience better once its done.

My check in was very late because of my arrival but I was quickly taken care of and off to my room in building #1.The room was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed.Had plenty of fresh towels and working A/C.I had the room serviced once housekeeping was good but could've clean the floor better because after she left there was still dust very visible to the naked eyes .I had an issue with very small ants all over the table didn't know where they were coming from but the Maintenance gentleman came and place a repellent but that didn't help , its Florida no major issue. There's a lot of renovations going on on this property but I can't wait for it to be completed so I can be there again, plus the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly, with special mention and thank you to Rogney who was very knowledgeable and directed me about how to get to wherever I was going.

Towels were not clean and didn’t know property was under construction.

The place is under construction. They false advertisement and u end up staying in a nearby motel. Swimming pool is basically on the street. A car can lose control and end up in the pool.

Fort Lauderdale is a amazing city, I love this hotel, I an my family had stayed there couple times, but I feel sad when I bought popsicle and ice cream, and I figured out the refrigerator don't have fridge, and everything melting, I sow other people having the same sad experience!

Place not sign posted or labeled so difficult to find first time. Room had recently been renovated but smelt very damp and mouldy which didn’t make me feel great.

When we arrived the pool was dirty, the place is still under renovation, which is good but you should be made aware so you can make the decision if you want the inconvenience. No outside bar or food. Would not stay there again. We stayed there in the past and was pleased, not this time. Pictures they show are false advertisement.

The house keeping never refreshed my room and the people at the front desk have terrible customer service. They put a parking violation on my car after I paid for my parking this place is trash seriously will never stay here again. Plus they take such a high deposit 200 dollars and tell you 7 buisness days before u can even get your money back just a terrible hotel. Will never recommend to anyone I know.

It’s a good “budget friendly” place. If you’re looking for something resort like, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for somewhere decent to sleep at night this will definitely work! Great location, small but comfortable and clean rooms. Very easy check in/check out process.

They are remodeling and the rooms are just perfect

This place is a collection of various buildings. Although named as a hotel, we were in a motel section of the place. The picture of the place is a bit misleading. Also, the name of the hotel implies a beach location. The beach was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They are undergoing renovations, but the place we were in had already been completed, so no issue there. Everything was new and clean. The staff was friendly. This place is a bit far from the main strip (about a 1 hr walk) so we had to Uber quite a bit (you might want to factor that in when considering a room price). There is a water taxi stop nearby, but those prices have increased significantly since we last came. All in all a good place to stay, given the price was much cheaper than hotels closer to 'core' strip (around Las Olas). There are some good restaurants close to the hotel.

Location was great. Not fair to rate as the facility is being Reno’d. We didn’t know but could have missed this. Room was very clean.

We were not notified of the renovation, so we were surprised when we checked in. I have stayed at your hotel three other times and enjoyed the pool, bar, and restaurant on those trips. I was very much looking forward to that on this trip, so very disappointed those amenities were not available to me. Love the convenience of being able to eat, drink and swim all at the hotel. Had to go other places, so very inconvenient!

Loved the room, but sad that renovation and zero lounge/restaurant/bar without notice before booking. Our stay was just fine with the exception of the LOUD HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ALWAYS YELLING THEIR ENTIRE CONVERSATIONS OUTSIDE OUR DOOR!!! We wish they'd avoid yelling their greetings and 15 minute- long conversations across the balcony or across the parking lot at people they know. We could tell you their entire conversation word for word. It's vacation for almost everyone and nobody wants to be woken up when they're not checking out that day.

We chose this hotel because it was a good price so my expectations were not inflated. The property met my expectations for more than adequate cleanliness. The parking was safe, well lit, and convenient although 19$/night.. The restaurant was closed due to renovation but there are plenty of nearby options.
The room was basic but updated. The kitchen feature was nice although we did not use it. Be aware that there is a 200$ deposit for the mini bar and room cleaning!
The bed was adequate but not a great mattress. The pillow quality was poor. For a bargain it was worth it but not if you’re looking for comfort.

Location was right near the beach, you will have to pay for parking additionally and a deposit. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, it's great but could have been a much better experience.

The staff were excellent, the room was okay but the hotel is under renovation. So the room was somewhat renovated and some areas still needed attention. The website should advise you of the renovation been done before you book.

Was not aware hotel restaurant under construction, although place across the street pretty decent. Pool not open 7 pm one evening, although they said it was open until 830 pm.
Could not lock front or back windows to the unit which was on ground floor.

The check in time is very very late and it is not very handicap accessable.
