Great value and great staff

I really like staff the only thing is that when you get there they try to get you to go to a breakfast for timeshare snd if you say znI. Their attitude changes

An okay option for a few nights in San Jose del Cabo before heading to our weeklong timeshare in Cabo San Lucas.

I would go back and stay at this place again.

Very quiet, nice pools and great food and bath prices service. Quaint small hotel and located off the interior of a golf course, and off busy roads. We we’re able to get our antigen test in our room, quick 10 minute process, and able to preschedule. Monica and Dante were very helpful at front desk, setting it up, including printing our tests for return flight.

Property was clean. Noisy at times.

There was no elevator for the second floor. The bathroom shower was small and impossible to turn on without getting drenched in cold water. There was construction on the road in which made it almost impossible to come and go. There was no ATM at the hotel so we had to drive out for cash for our Covid test and to dine. And not even coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The hotel room itself was ok. Nothing fancy. The customer service was terrible. Neither hot tub was working. I don't normally leave reviews, but this place left a bad taste in my mouth. If you can afford it, spend the extra $20 a night to stay somewhere else.

We stayed for our one night through hotels.com and are now staying an additional week through our time share in the same suite. The staff here are fantastic, the pool and swim up bar are great, and the weather is as one could expect in the southern Baja.
Thanks for asking.

I like that it is quaint and small and close to everything (grocery stores)
Would be nice if the rooms had a coffee maker and kitchenette however

This was a hidden jewel, I regretted not stay more than a day, the restaurant was awesome, that greet you with a welcome drink nonalcoholic, ginger something, the room was extremely nice and clean. We are gonna come back and stay definitely.

No plates/dishes.
Hotel room door was a security concern.
Door cut too small and you could see light and feel the heat coming thru the visible cracks between the door itself and the door jamb.
Hotel room door lock could be pushed open with a forceful shoulder check, anybody could of broken inside so I had to take my passport and money/cc's with me when I left.

It is a cute property. The shower head needs replacement or cleaning and the shower did not drain.

The pool had a little bit of mold/mildew on the tiles, other than that everything else was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Was happy with the hotel service and staff. It was an older building but overall well kept. Price was nice and locations was good for the price. Don’t pass on a chance to have late night tacos at the taco joint in the alley behind the LaComer retail/food store. Just a short walk from the park royal.

Close proximity to restaurants and grocery store

The room and pool were clean. The staff were helpful and kind. I appreciated their kindness we stayed because our flights were cancelled.

Confirmed reservation from hotels.com but denied accommodation at hotel stating no rooms available.

All the staff are wonderful and honest. Day one while we waited for our room to be ready I sat by the pool and organised all my currency accidentally leaving it there. Later I was called by the main desk to advise they had my cash. I had no idea I didn't have it on me. There was a LOT of cash - all my currency for a month's stay!!! The staff person received a generous tip:-)
The gardens were groomed immaculately each day. There was a pride in the work of all the staff from poolside and gardens to daily maid service, restaurant staff and front desk which reflected well with the guests.
The decor of kitchenette and bathroom seemed somewhat dated, but that didn't detract from the clean and peaceful ambience of the unit.
There is a supermarket nearby, La Comer, which is a 10 min walk and has all you need including an organic section, plus there is a great Sushi place, Taco place and a Starbucks nearby.
There is no view of the beach, but the pool area was nice.

I was quite annoyed by the "airport shuttle" situation, since this is the main reason that I paid a bit extra to stay there. There is not a shuttle to the airport, even if you pay, and there is only shuttle from the airport if you call them to rearrange (which is difficult to do if you are traveling internationally ( and nowhere is this clear on the website). They didn't try to amend the situation, and merely said I should pay $35 for a taxi or walk a few blocks to take Ruta del Desierto bus, so I opted for the later. It was a bit cold the week I was here, and the pool could have used some more heating and thing that looked like a hot tub is not hot at all. Otherwise, the rooms were nice enough, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Next time I'll opt out of this tourist trap of a town and say elsewhere.

This is a 3 story older walk up time share, on a golf course, which needs upgrading and maintenance. (Toilet leaked and the bathroom vanity faucets were on a rotted surface from leaking ). The location was excellent for grocery shopping and restaurants.( easy walk)
Beds were hard but we enjoyed our 21/2 weeks in San Jose de Cabos

There is no running water in the room. There is no phone in the room. I contacted the front via my cell phone and there is no information from on the issue or estimate on when the water will be available in the room again. I asked if they can give me another room, they said the other rooms were getting fumigated.

So, call me spoiled but I was not expecting to spend a week in a hotel that DOES NOT HAVE A FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, or a coffee maker and, practically a safe even. It was broken. The bed felt so hard, pillows sucked because they were so firm that my head was all the way tilted sideways I had to use clothes for a pillow, they had no other rooms available. The neighbors upstairs wouldn't stop stomping through out the 6 nights we were there. Pool and HOTTUB was colder than the ocean There was ants all over the sink counter, they didn't clean the 2 glasses we used, but on a plus side they do pick up the room and make the bed everyday. We didn't try the restaurant but we did go to the bar once. The bartender "PEPE" Jose, was so awesome!!!! Best customer service ever.

This small resort is close to shopping, the beach, and some wonderful restaurants.
The El Patio, restaurant on the resort site, was perfect for breakfast & lunches, with great service. Mary & Noah were very good, & we loved Norma's happy greeting each morning.
Liked the swim up bar, but the water was so cold, we ended up just sitting inside.

We thought we had booked a room with a kitchenette The description we read was all-suite resort and the straightforward suites come with kitchenette But when we got there we were told we had a standard hotel room and had to pay $20 a night extra in cash to get a kitchenette. But it was a reasonable place to stay and comfortable if not new or fancy. The location is OK if you dont mind not being on the beach. Also there was no airport shuttle. And San Jose is a much nicer place to stay in our opinion compared to Cabo San Lucas.
