The air conditioning was noisy. For the fee they had no room service after 09:00 PM which was terrible . Average not worth it .

stayed at Novotel Jardins during a business trip . had a pleasant stay .. Room was large and comfortable . very good breakfast . many dining option in walking distance and area was very safe . value for money . would stay here again.

The hotel is lovely, all staff were friendly and front desk staff speak Portuguese and English which is excellent. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good quality. The hotel was in a safe location and not too far of a walk from shopping and subway.

The Novotel SP Jardins is an ordinary hotel, not great, nor terrible, just average. It gets the job done, without anything notable on the positive side. The place is a little run down, but still functional. The breakfast is acceptable, but nothing special. If your needs are basic, the hotel will do fine.

It is a good place to stay in SP. Nice location, is inexpensive, excellent breakfast buffet, nice service. I did not use the other services, so I can't comment. But I will stay there again

Novotel is a good place to Stay in Sao Paulo - very good location in Jardins close to a lot of restaurants and Park Ibirapuera. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a good breakfast buffet.

Bathroom is way to small, TV is old model and lacks enough power plugs throughout the room. Needs adapters for US power cables.

I always use Slaviero Jardins on my trips to Sao Paulo, and that's once a year at leat. Great room, nice location for restaurant and business trips. Very convenient for working.

Lovely staff, very helpful every step of the way, including letting me store my bags between checking out and leaving for my flight. Breakfast was delicious and, though I went out for other meals, the offerings looked great as well! The bed was a little stiff and the bathroom door wouldn’t completely shut. I wish softer towels were available. The latter two notes are pretty minor though as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the location.

Staying at Slaviero Essential São Paulo Jardins was very good. The front desk staff was especially helpful. The area is nice, has plenty of restaurants, and is close to the park. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Note - they will not hold your bags after check out.

This is my home in São Paulo since I discovered it last year. The staff are always willing to assist in any way. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very nicely appointed and are quiet and comfortable. The location within the Jardins area is great for walking to restaurants or shopping and is safer than other more active areas of the city.

The hotel location is great, the rooms clean and the staff is awesome. Close to Paulista Avenue and some malls. The breakfast is huge with different kinds of Brazilian snacks, fruits, juices, and a regular continental breakfast. I really enjoyed to stay in here.

This hotel was nice. The location is close to restaurants and bakeries. You can walk around with no problems. The hotel has a nice breakfast with lots of varieties. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is a little small but updated. They just need to put an iron board in the room. Receptionists were nice. Some need to smile more than others. But overall great stay.
