Very nice and pleasant hotel… it was excellent for the price that is why I did not rate it as “excellent” because to not a ritz or Waldorf BUT it’s an excellent/ clean place to stay.

We were very grateful the hotel held our room even though we arrived very late (1 am) and they were booked full

The stay was good. the only problem that I had is that there was a large group of children and parents having a game night in the lobby directly across from the front desk. They were very loud, and we could not hear the employee while checking in. I have no problem with the group, but they were in a very bad spot for guest checking in.

This was so so not what i expected for this price point. Desk clerk was ok. The first room wasn't clean there was hair from a previous guest in the bathroom. The foors were not vacummed. I let the clerk know he changed our room. The next was cleaner but still not was i expected from this chain of hotels. The breakfast was not the best not much choice available that wasn't full of sugar.

Got there late. Only one tight parking spot left. Cones in blocking a large area of the parking lot. Got terrible allergy congestion in the room until I turned off AC and fired up my hepa air cleaner. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Nice furniture and big tv. Good value for the price.

This was a very nice choice for an overnight on our trip to Gatlinburg, TN. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel offered an excellent continental breakfast and had a nice great room for families to play games/cards.

My stay was for one night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The mini fridge was clean and was handy for storing a couple water bottles. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 and they had really good food and coffee.

Staff was so helpful and so kind! Room was excellent for what I expected for the price. Breakfast is very good. It was a extremely pleasant stay. Whole place is non smoking so the room was perfect in that regard. Everything was very clean.

although the room was very clean when i arrived the person that did the cleaning must have dropped a cleaning rag because there was one on the side if the bed.. was there 6 nights...always felt safe...breakfast had slight variations daily and was very good ..would definitely recommend

Good variety at breakfast and staff did a really nice job of keeping it clean and well stocked with both hot and cold items. Room was small and we had a bit of trouble with temperature control. But, overall clean and good staff.

I loved the simplicity of the hotel. It wasnt anything overly fancy, it was modern and really well kept. Breakfast was phenomenal. I loved how some of the items changed daily. I really loved the breakfast empanadas from Thursday's breakfast. I give you all a 10/10.
