The hotel itself is gorgeous. The bar area had a lovely luxurious cosy feel to it with a good range of cocktails. The bedrooms were large with very comfy superking beds and i am fussy!
Fabulous breakfast and very good service from friendly and smiley staff!!

We have a lovely stay, the room was almost too big and bed amazingly comfortable.
The team there lovely, polite and helpful.
We also dined in the restaurant and highly recommend it.

Lovely bed and pillows. Happy dog!

Breakfast at £20 is much too expensive, new restaurant menu not as good as it was previously.

Excellent staff - friendly and professional

I had an enjoyable stay a short distance from Harvington Hall, the object of my visit. The food was very good, and there is a nice bar and lounge area (could do with some more draught bitters and draught Guinness pumps) but overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.

Big variation in service, particularly at breakfast from basically being ignored first day to spot on, third day. Beautiful grounds, a pleasure to walk around, great place to sit outside with a leisurely drink. Bathroom felt “tired” needs updating and shower control very poor. We stayed three nights and paid in full on arrival but were asked to pay for all drinks and food as we went. It felt like we weren’t trusted. Apparently you can pay a “deposit” against food and beverage but we weren’t informed.

Fabulous stay, the hotel were incredibly acoomodating and extremely lovely. We can't wait to stay again.

Tranquil, meticulously-appointed, don't be put off by the rather chi-chi menu. The food itself is beautifully prepared and presented.
Parking is a dream, and service is fabulous.

A comfortable stay in a superior room. Dinner in the restaurant was great with attentive staff serving excellent food and wine. Breakfast was busy and at times the buffet refresh was a little slow. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would recommend!

The staff were really welcoming, especially Joseph, behind the bar, who was so quick, friendly and efficient. Wendy, who brought us our breakfast was really helpful with advice and always made us feel at home. We loved wandering around the beautiful grounds, and there were so many places where we could sit, read, chat, have a drink and just enjoy the gorgeous landscape. The food was excellent with generous portions. There was lots of parking, and taxi service was readily available. A perfect romantic place to celebrate our anniversary.

Hotel staff were brillant (shout out to Louise) when contacted the Hotel as we were there getting ready for my daughter prom that was at the hotel they Upgraded us to a room overlooking her prom (room colour matched our daughters dress) making sure we were aware of some noice disturbance which we didn’t mind. Loved our daughter getting ready there and watching her attend her prom, we also enjoyed the music. Room service breakfast was lovely, gave us a bucket of ice for our drinks as it was such a hot day and extra shower gels when asked. The only thing that could have been better is if the room had air conditioning but there was a fan in the room. We will back again in two years for sixth form prom x

Stayed here on the way home from the airport after a long flight. We checked in late so didn't get to try the restaurant but the menu looked good.
Very friendly staff and large comfortable room.
I'm sure we will be back

Comfortable hotel - bedrooms very nice
Very expensive drinks - pint of soda and lime £6.90 - don’t miss any trick to charge.
Bar service can be slow.
Restaurant - Food generally is good but a touch expensive - don’t like charging for service.

We had a luxury room but a few of the fitaments were broken and the heating was turned off as there was no thermostat like other rooms. The room was was nicely presented and the bed was comfortable.
The curtains were too long and when drawn blocked the heating,
Breakfast was a disappointment as it was cold and the scrambled egg was awful - expected more from that standard of hotel to be much better

Excellent venue for our friends wedding. Nothing was too much bother for the friendly hotel staff. Clean rooms.

We stayed for 1 night, a Friday, very comfortable room and bed, very quiet even though a function was taking place.
Had a lovely walk in the morning through the hotel grounds,
thoroughly recommended.

The hotel is masquerading behind a beautiful period facade as being upmarket. It is very disappointing. Doesn't live up to its hype.Luxury pared back for economy.
