The staff was nice and as accommodating but location needs an upgrade. The rooms have no fridges, bed was hard & my door broke in the bathroom. The gym had 2 treadmills and bike and only one treadmill work.

Upon arrival we were greeting with a drink by a nice lady and gentleman. Checking in was easy and pleasant. However our room had 2 full/queen beds which was uncomfortable for my husband and I, we would of preferred 1 king bed. We were also surprised to see there was no fridge in the room. PROS: 1.) Supporting Jamaicans by booking this resort 2.) Located in the middle of Montego Bay near hot tourists spots CONS: 1.)The bartender was constantly missing. Roaches were running across the bar. 2.) No fridge in the room 3.) You are not allowed to take food back to your room 4.) Roaches are all over the bar area 5.) Bar/lounge smells like sewer- which is connected to the kitchen/dining 6.) If you are hungry after dinner or a night of drinking you are out of luck. You have to walk down the road at night that may not be safe to purchase food. 7.) Entertainment is very limited I would not stay here again since it is not a clean hotel and it is not truly an all-inclusive. It is more like, hurry and eat before time is up, or starve.

Although my stay was decent overall, Deja is not someplace I would return to in the future. Aside from one staff in the dining hall named Brandon, and a housekeeper whose name I didn’t catch, staff really weren’t that attentive or polite. The balcony doors were tricky and basically unlocked/accessible to others if you don’t know how to handle them and the room phone couldn’t make outgoing calls even to the front desk. Even as I requested an easily accessible non alcoholic beverage, it was made clear to me that they didn’t have any and had no intentions of getting any during my stay. Also, the gym was out of order but this information was not shared. Food was decent.

My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional - I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff. We Enjoyed the poolside grill food and Bar entertainment. Highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking beach that was just steps away from the hotel. Overall, my time at this hotel was incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized, already planning my next trip back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I would like to thank all the EMPLOYEES of This resort. The EMPLOYEES WERE AWESOME with what they have to work with!!! THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH! THIS PART IS FOR THE OWNER OF THIS RESORT!!! DO BETTER!! I have health issues so my meds needs to be refrigerated! NO MINI FRIDGE IN ROOM! NO MICROWAVE NO PHONES to call front desk!! NO ELEVATOR! FOOD HORRIBLE! OMELET AND BURGERS WERE THE BEST TO EAT! DRINKS IN A CHILD LIKE CUP!! FOR ADULTS!! I REALLY WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND!! THIS WAS NOT IT!!

We had a really great time. Staff were friendly and could not do enough for you to make your stay confortable and relaxing. Big shout out to Dion, porter service and Nikeisha who tidied our room. Food was good. Liked the assortment of vegetables and fruits. We will definitely be back!

The Deja resort is a hidden gem conveniently located in Montego Bay,very walkable with access to a beautiful beach,the food options can be limited at times but whatever they serve is usually delicious,it’s also all you can eat….the rooms are not fancy but very clean & spacious,not to mention the staff is amazing,very helpful & friendly,if you’re looking for a getaway that’s budget friendly and close to the airport,I highly recommend the Deja Resort.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful the shuttle service was quick and easy , the food was always fresh and plenty of choices and delicious. Vanessa was extremely attentive to our needs and happy to serve us ice cream or any snacks in any area she helped us in , Dahlia walker who ran the kitchen was extremely helpful to my husband Reid what ever he asked her to help him with she did with a smile and true compassion

I spent 4 night at this hotel and was totally satisfied. The location is wonderful. It is directly across the street from Doctor's Cave Beach. About 5 minutes ride from the airport. The staff is very friendly and the service was great. The food is also amazing. Kudos and Big Up to Roland, our driver, who was most pleasant, timely, friendly, and courteous with taking us around. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Montego Bay. I will be back.

I like the proximity of the resort to Montego Bay airport. The variety of options for breakfast,lunches and dinners. Dislikes was more the entertainers and karaoke nights, and old furnitures in my cousins rooms

Ok place to stay.Top notch customer service.The staff are so friendly I sure would stay longer just for them.other than that, the place is so run down.In need of a major touch up.The room was ok but outdated.Just one electrical outlet worked.The shower , the towels need some bleach. I came craving some Jamaican flavours but the food is so bland. However there is lots of food and drinks if you don’t mind taste.The location is great.Right across the doctors cave and Starbucks for the coffee lovers.

I loved my stay at Deja Vu & will definitely be back. The staff was amazing & so was the food & bartenders. Although the hotel isn’t super “luxurious” it is definitely worth the stay especially for solo travelers.

All the things that was showed on the website was not what we got we had so many stars to walk up people with health issues couldn’t be there no fridge in the room no ice machine only in the bar area the pool had mold couldn’t used never saw the hot tub it wasn’t a pleasant stay for 4 days we payed for excursions and had to also pay to get back we ask to speak to manager no one never call us back the food was very commercial not Caribbean taste at all I have requested a refund was not please at all I will never return back to this place again. This place is so outdated they really need to renovate the hold place the hall ways was very poor quality and hot 😥😥😥😥 fort Myers

This hotel had a "home" like feeling to it. All areas outside of the rooms were very hot. I didn't mind but my kids have never stayed in a hotel where there was a lot of open spaces so it was different for them. The food was good, the shows they had at night were very entertaining and the staff was amazing.

Welll the property hasnt been renovated since 2012 so it is time for an overall. Early morning i would a squealing noise. I think it was comingbfrom the ceiling fans from the cafeteria below my room. You couldnt leave the resort unless some from the local shops hounding you buy something. The drinks in the hotel, to me, were watered down. The food in the hotel had some good and some mediocre dishes. The pool wasnt well maintained. Overall i would give a3cstars but the staff was accomodating for the most part. The beach was directly across street entry was free but you needed to get a pass each time you went. The food was ok. The staff was almost non-existing.The nearby restaurant were goid: The Pelican and Peppers.

We love staying at Deja Resort resort so convenient. It’s close to where we need to be and just super cute tthe staff is super awesome .. Jonathan thank you for great check in excellent customer support . We definitely will be back longer stay next time .
