Rooms were ok. Did see a roach in bathroom. Floor near ac was sinking. Continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. Had to ask for small towels.

The staff was excellent and super friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room we had was big enough for the baby to play. Breakfast was amazing. My only complaint is the carpets in the rooms were so dirty, and I have a baby that crawls, her hands, legs, feet were black after crawling across the room. Other than that we had an excellent stay, and I would stay there again!

Thank goodness we were moved from the first room we were in due to it not having hot water and the bathtub was filthy. The replacement room was wonderful, clean and closer to the front like I wanted. The front desk attendants were extremely nice and helpful. They made the stay worthwhile.

The room had a nasty moldy pod in the coffee pot everything was sticky, sink was dirty so I could only imagine what the bed and sofa bed looked like or the last time it was actually cleaned. I didn’t even stay I checked out not even an hour after checking in.

We were a family of 5. We all came in together. No towels in the bathroom. Apparently the dryer doesn't work well because we had to wait for some 20 mins. Then she gave us 2 floor towels and 1 face towel 1 bath. I went back up to the desk and asked for more towels. She said she didn’t have anymore because no one cleaned them. She eventually went to other empty rooms and found towels. No covers on the pull out sofa. Didn't feel safe at this hotel. Never again.

Don’t book here! Not welcoming. Pool closed. Noisy. People yelling and kids running in the middle of the night. Smelled like weed/smoke even in non-smoking areas. Felt unsafe. Glad to check out.

We found drug injection needles outside in the parking lot, they said pool was open we got there and it wasnt , they kept saying tomorro . then they made us switch rooms in the middle of our stay , the ac doesnt work. we was all sweating. the room was so stinky when we walked in my 3 year old started gagging . and we found bacon on the floor in the room also , its supposed to be non smoking but they had tobacco in the drawers . owner wasnt to nice only two of the girls at the desk was nice. you cant even bring your breakfast up to the room.

Very kind, helpful staff. The room had a little bit of a smell, and there were a couple of minor stains on the bedding, but everyone slept great. The AC worked great to cool things off. I enjoyed my eggs and sausage and yogurt for breakfast. The kids ate muffins and cereal. Overall very comfortable stay with friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. They tried to assist us at whatever we needed. The tv connections were a problem. New internet service had problems. After the staff fixed it, the system went down again. We went to sleep rather than look for help again.

The property needs to be checked because half the floors are rotten and half way fixed, the ceilings are falling. We went in 2 rooms which had someone in them! The hotel is very dirty and needs to be redone it’s all disgusting and rusty

The staff was the highlight of the Hotel. They were always there, willing and able to deal with any situation. Staying for 12 days, there is bound to have some situations pop up. Great job staff!

New Iberia is my home town. The hotel staff is great, they work very hard, and they try. We did have to change rooms due to gnats in one room and we open a door that was occupied and a man was sleeping, however the third room was good. The hotel is old, it needs some care but the rooms are clean and the staff are so nice and that matters to me.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and very helpful. They were wonderful to converse with. The con was our hotel room, which was dark and old and felt dirty. We had to use the pull out couch and that was filled with crumbs and stuff when we lifted it out. The bathroom was old and dingy and the shower curtain would not stay in place. It always slipped down which caused an opening at the top and water would always get onto the floor.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Lights in room on wall did not work in-between beds and made it a little dark. Hair dryer almost pulled out of the wall when using. But over all the price I paid which was 74 for the night was fair and hotel was clean and not dangerous. Good area believe me I have rented rooms elsewhere and they were like crack hotels.
